Amazing inventive food, cocktails and great service!
Amazing inventive food, cocktails and great service! Highly recommend the martini and chicken sandwich
Beautiful dive, great guide!
I was lucky enough recently to go on a dive with Julian at La Jolla Cove. As a newer diver it was great to have someone so knowledgeable. The equipment was out for everyone, and he gave us a quick refresher on everything. We always felt safe and relaxed, he communicated expectations clearly. We had a great dive! He definitely knows his local wildlife too, we saw sea lions, horn sharks, garibaldi, sardines, kelp, kelpfish. I definitely hope to dive with you again!
Absolutely awesome!!
We had a blast! Julian was an exceptional guide/dive lead, and my daughter and I had an amazing time. Everything was organized, timely and always focused on safety and enjoyment! I would highly recommend La Jolla Dive to anyone interested in diving in the San Diego area. We will be back!! Thank you again!! -Clinton and Zoë

Food is very delicious ,fresh Environment is quite and comfortable for dating Service is very good the workers will change all the plates
All you need to know is: get the mushrooms and duck.
We had: country ham, tteok, honey - basically crispy mochi covered with ham and a hint of honey. Fine but I would skip to leave room for the duck. mushroom 3 ways, poached egg, sourdough breadcrumbs - So good. The mushrooms are so umami and I love poached egg, which just makes it even better. I don't know if my boyfriend has enjoyed a vegetable dish this much before. 14 day dry aged duck, blueberry hoisin, house pickles, scallion pancake - This is basically a twist on Peking duck, and man does this twist work. The dry aged duck is so good - the spice rub on top has just a bit of that Szechuan spice flavor without any of the spice and the duck fat is just so delicious. A bite of the crust + fat + tender duck meat is delicious. And then you add in wrapping it in a scallion pancake with blueberry hoisin + scallion salad and it's just incredible. You also get a whole duck so while pricy, it feeds a lot of people. With just the 2 of us, we were too full to even touch the rice below the duck - I imagine this would be better for a group of 4 people to share.
This is the perfect restaurant.
Can't say enough nice things. It is a more modern version of Momofuku. The experimental, David Chang restaurant that closed recently. The service is flawless, the dishes are inventive and unique and constantly rotating. Too many favors to mention, too many surprises, I've never had a meal where I would order every single thing again. Haven't been there a couple times I will recommend the tartar, the chips, the croquette, the cabbage, the uni. The drinks are fantastic too.
Amazing dive with sea lions 🤩
We were lucky to dive with sea lions during our La Jolla dive which made it an amazing experience. Can only recommend this dive spot.
Nudibranch was our favorite places we ate when my friends I
Nudibranch was our favorite places we ate when my friends I visited New York recently. Everything we ate was so flavorful, unique and delicious. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Some of our favorites were the crispy chicken sandwich, alpaca tartare, radicchio salad, 14 day dry aged duck (scallion pancakes that came with it were one of the best I've had!), and croquettes. Basically everything! This place is a must try!
Food was great, creative and yummy.
Some blips in service otherwise would be 5 stars. Get the alpaca tartare!! My favorite
Note: I only went for a drink during happy hour so can't
Note: I only went for a drink during happy hour so can't comment on the food. With that said, what a lovely little spontaneous treat! I saw a sign outside advertising $10 cocktails before 7 and this place has been on my list so I figured I'd give it a try. I ordered the Kingston Negroni which was a fun little riff on the classic. It was batched but clearly made in house. Bartender was super friendly and kind, and another member of the staff stopped by to check in on me as well. They were super attentive, granted it was very quiet being close to the holidays. The place is beautiful and the food menu is extremely interesting, I would definitely come back again when I'm hungry. One thing I will note is that the prices on the happy hour menu for food are commensurate with the regular menu - for example a croquette is $5 for one but on the regular menu it's $11 for 2 so you're not getting much of a deal. Either way the cocktails are a steal. One very minor thing is that the water was a bit lukewarm, a little ice would go a long way! I'm sure I could have asked for some and I'm sure they would have gladly obliged, though. Would absolutely come back
Very nice diving experience!
A fantastic diving tour in La Jolla shore, seeing some amazing creatures down there. And Rick is super friendly! Thank you.
Not worth it
Paid $180 for 1/2 a tank. Should’ve called it before we went in. Talked down to me even tho I’m a DM
Came here twice in two weeks! Although we had a reservation
Came here twice in two weeks! Although we had a reservation both times, we were made to wait over 15 mins for our table, which wasn't great but at least you know they don't kick you out immediately after eating. Tapas style dishes, with some Italian and Korean influences. Staff are pretty friendly. The drinks list is quite extensive, I particularly enjoyed their takes on the old fashioned and martinis (not for vegetarians as it is garnished with some kind of fish). Main negatives besides the long wait time was the price. This is definitely closer to a 4 dollar sign place, each dish and cocktail is over $20 and the portions are small.
Nice dives in Jolla cove
I did 2 nice dives in Jolla cove with Julian from Jolla Dive shop Julian was very knowledgeable and paid a lot attention to details that can make a dive go wrong. He was friendly and very helpful. Though I am an experienced diver ( Divemaster) it was a long time I have done a shore dive in cold water with some surf…I really appreciated Julian help and guidance.
La Jolla Cove Dive
Outstanding service and very convenient to diving La Jolla cove. Chris had everything I needed covered to dive and Rick was the best dive master. Chris kindly answered my many questions before the dive day. He worked to get everything set up and ready to go ahead of time. The shop met all my aire and equipment needs. Rick has a very casual diving style, but a very keen eye for each diver's needs. He was quick to note any equipment configuration concerns and clearly stated the dive plan as well as answered all questions. The dive went smoothly as he guided me through the cove. We had an excellent experience around 90 feet and popped up very close to the shore for a short swim back. Outstanding day.
Everything from ambiance, food and service was amazing.
The best chicken burger I ever had we had to order one more... Jin and Chloe were so friendly and the absolute sweetest. Thank you Nudibranch for an amazing time and the complimentary tequila shots. Will def be back!!!
Went to Nudibranch on a Friday with two friends.
The restaurant is cute and great for a date spot. Let's get into the food: Ahí de gallina croquettes: 10/10 - absolutely divine, we ordered a second round Alpaca tartare 10/10 - SO unique and absolutely delicious, highly recommend Oxtail 8/10 - I'm picky with oxtail because of my Caribbean background, but this was pretty solid. The meat fell right off the bone Rice cakes 6/10 - disappointed with these, I love rice cakes and have had so many variations, these were undercooked and wayyyy too salty White bean salad 5/10 - boring, no flavor Rice side 6/10 - came cold, bland Drinks 7/10 - average, nothing incredible The most important dishes were hits, the others were misses. Portion sizes were small for the price point, but I can look past that if the flavors are amazing (see croquettes and tartare). The worst aspect of Nudibranch had to be the service. After getting seated, we didn't get our drinks for at least half an hour. Waitress came around with complimentary tequila shots, which was nice. But we still waited for time after that for drinks. Then we asked for rice with the oxtail and got the rice first and it got completely cold by the time the oxtail came around.
La Jolla Dive
I had a great time with La Jolla Dive and our dive guide/instructor Julian. It was a fun, relaxed, and overall a very enjoyable experience.
Great diving experience with Julian at La Jolla Dive
Julian was a fantastic guide. He is very personable, knowledgeable, and engaged. I felt very safe with him and was well equipped for the conditions. Difficult conditions that day but saw lots of sea life- octopus, lobsters, etc. Would definitely recommend this dive shop.
Great Dive with Rick
Great day diving the canyon with Rick of La Jolla Dive. Rick was very knowledgeable and thorough, knew the area inside and out, and had a huge amount of interesting information on the local sea creatures and the area in general. I felt very lucky to have had Rick as my dive guide. Excellent day!!!

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

When it says working on bid, it means there are people looking to fill it.
