Considering how much you’re paying, the service is terrible. They changed our table twice to accommodate walk-ins. We were rushed by the staff to order and then rushed to pay the bill and leave. They brought the bill to us without asking before we had even finished dessert! Not worth the price.

Very small portions so don't look forward leftovers lol. The service was good, they put on a little shoe for you. Expensive is an understatement lol considering you don't get the real Salt Bae but it's an experience to say the least. I've been twice, once in US & once in Dubai. I would probably go back lol

Where do I start? Not my choice and thankfully did not pick up ‘stupidly expensive’ bill. I’ve eaten far better, far fresher, far friendlier atmosphere and left feeling ‘What a great night out’. This place is located in Knightsbridge and I would expect far more with attention to detail being at the forefront. What was left I took home to my fox that I feed - it kept him going for 3 nights.

For my brother and sister muslims, this place is zabiha halal! So come on thru! Bring the family as well!The steak range from $100 to $600 or more. So you can come with a variety of budget. The quality of steak is good! Also paying for the ambience and the salt bae experience. No dress code required.The amor steak for 2 is Soo good and entertaining. It's worth the experience. But dont come too hungry, bc as you can see not too many peices. Paying for quality, not quantity. The amor steak is my fav bc its tenderloin cooked in butter right infront of you. Also, for the nusr special for 2 which is wagyu beef. It was crunchy on outside. Juicy and oily on the inside. My first real wagyu experience. Wagyu meat is too oily for me. But for wagyu fans, this is the place. My cousins loved it.We ordered all medium which was perfect! It was alil pink inside which made it soft and tender. But not to the point blood spills out when cut and bite.Parking on sunday in this prime midtown locationis easier than other days.Overall, Def recommend this spot for a nice occassion!

Went for a meal with the family, can honestly say it's one of the best places and meals I have ever had, brilliant service along side very kind staff.

I have read alot of complaints about the price, however the quality of food and service makes it totally worth it. I guess all the bad reviews are from people that can't really afford to eat in a place like this?

I was on a business meeting in knightsbridge where I decided to check out this restaurant out which to my dismay the service was very well below the usual standard I am usually acquainted with..but the worst part of it was the entire menu and the prices!! I've never seen such outrageous pricing in my life... I was utterly dismayed and horrified!! My advice to all is, stay very well away from this establishment, its utterly over priced, and not worth the astronomical prices they charge, its a disgrace to the culinary world of London.

Well, where do I begin? We visited back in September on the weekend of the opening.

The atmosphere was good, because the bloke himself was there.

Other than an expensive sliced up onion and a bit of Amazons finest edible gold it was rather mundane and incredibly overhyped. I prefer JW Steakhouse for a delicious evening meal or Flat Iron for a nice different experience, both are a lot more enjoyable than Nusr Et.

As for the extortionate service charge, that got removed as it wasn’t deserved.

I feel sorry for all staff who are now working there, the entourage of staff that follow him to new restaurants for the opening is beyond funny.

Our server couldn’t wait to leave London and that was in the first week and he had worked at the Dubai one too.

The presentation was awful and could’ve been done better by a college apprentice! Chuck and run.

Food quality was high.
The staff was very helpful.

We were 9 adults and 8 children on a Friday night and still, the team did a marvelous job.

Food-wise, Asado was the best.

Don't forget the Baklava.

Overall a very good experience.

Seriously a shockingly rude dining experience at Nusr-Et.First of all, let's all agree the food is mediocre and overpriced. I was resigned to this fact in advance. Came with two male friends (note: gender is important here).When we were seated, the waiter asked what type of water we wanted. "Still is fine!" I replied clearly to the waiter with a smile. My two compatriots stayed silent, as they didn't care.The waiter didn't acknowledge my request and instead looked to the two men, waiting on their say. Finally, one of my friends reaffirmed my request awkwardly, "Yes, still is fine."The waiter nodded and left.Ok, maybe the waiter just didn't hear me. I let it go.When our overpriced and under-seasoned food (tenderloin for three) arrived table-side, the waiter asked--"what temperature would you like the meat cooked?" "Medium rare, please," I responded. Again, no acknowledgement of my response. Finally one of the men had to reiterate my request again before the waiter continued to slice the meat and cook it in butter.This has never happened to me before in a restaurant. I've never felt so invalidated as a woman. Afterward, I asked myself--Was it because I was female at a steakhouse? Would this experience have been different if I went with other women instead of male friends? Did these male waiters not think I knew what I was talking about regarding meat? Did they think one of the men I was with was paying for the food so they deserved to decide over me? A flurry of unanswered questions I had. Overall unpleasant experience I would not wish on anyone.

This is a place you go not only with the expectation of having great steak but also for the show. We couldn't enjoy our steak to give you an honest opinion about the food as they dropped salt all over the table, chair floor and a bit too much on our meat. Too bad, we wish we had the real experience like tables around us. They should have cleaned up the mess and then served our food.

So glad I didn’t succumb to all the negativity….very attentive staff couldn’t do enough to make-sure our experience was the best we could of wished for ….food was amazing , juicey steak that tasted even better when cut by the man himself …extremely stylish restaurant….and loved every minute….the menu prices are not the cheapest but as everyone knows you get what you pay for ….my advice 100% don’t listen to the bad reviews

Fantastic experience. We were lucky enough to meet the main man too. Friendly, posed for photos and did his thing. The service provided was excellent. The food was also very nice, meaty and kind of kebaby taste and the salt on it made it really nice. Good drinks too. Thank you guys we will be back!

Unequivocally the worst high-end steakhouse experience I've ever had. Avoid at all costs. I've been a big fan of Nusr-Et on Instagram and was so excited to finally get the opportunity to try the restaurant. I ordered a sliced sirloin for $95. It was 3 very tiny flavorless slices, about 4 ounces total. The meat was not the high quality that I had been looking forward too, either. The service was also poor. I had a 6pm reservation. When I arrived promptly at 6, I was told to wait at the bar because "the nighttime staff has not arrived yet." I was in a hurry so this was less than ideal. I was finally seated at 6:35pm. I left hungry, and genuinely felt robbed. I posted about my experience on my Instagram story, and had 5+ friends respond with a similar sentiment "why would you go there? It's a crock of shit." "I have horror stories from the time I ate at the BH location." "Horrendous, wish you had asked me." Stick to Benjamin's, capital grill, and Morton's. Will never be back.

Great food and quality service. I know the taste of good meat and I have felt it tonight. I occasionally dropped down the glass of wine and the mess was promptly removed by the staff - excellent job. It’s not a cheap place, but you just have to be prepared. And if not - you may chose any other steakhouse in London and still enjoy. Thanks a lot!

..Made reservations for jan. 14th to celebrate my husband's birthday. He loves steakhouses and figured the experience would make his birthday more special. However when they came to our table to cook the tenderloin...Nosr-et special, they dropped the cutting board hot plate and all they said was don't touch.. sliced the meat threw it in the hot plate poured a mess load of butter over it splashed salt and left. Wish I could post the video of how fast they ran in and ran out with zero engagement. Meanwhile looking on at other tables their experiences were far different.. guess we weren't special enough. Added on top of the waiter was cold non existent and the only dessert they had was baklava, Meanwhile my husband is allergic to nuts. Major disappointment that he didn't have the experience I expected and had hoped for especially with that BILL that comes in the end. First and last time for us.

When my booking transfer initiated two days earlier but didn't complete by the day of the reservation, AT was able to expedite the transfer and confirm a table at Call Me Gaby in Miami Beach. Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
