Amazing food, unmatched steak.
Very small portions so don't look forward leftovers lol. The service was good, they put on a little shoe for you. Expensive is an understatement lol considering you don't get the real Salt Bae but it's an experience to say the least. I've been twice, once in US & once in Dubai. I would probably go back lol

Very disappointing, had low expectations from an influencer restaurant and somehow they managed to go WAY BELOW what I had expected. Asked what the server recommended and the first thing they point me to is the gold flaked menu, also asked for rare and was served tree bark. The service or 'experience' was a sham; servers standing around putting food on my plate when I'm not finished, have to constantly ask for water so I can choke down the $330 tree bark. You can easily find infinitely better food for a fraction of the price. I would NOT RECCOMEND.

For my brother and sister muslims, this place is zabiha
For my brother and sister muslims, this place is zabiha halal! So come on thru! Bring the family as well! The steak range from $100 to $600 or more. So you can come with a variety of budget. The quality of steak is good! Also paying for the ambience and the salt bae experience. No dress code required. The amor steak for 2 is Soo good and entertaining. It's worth the experience. But dont come too hungry, bc as you can see not too many peices. Paying for quality, not quantity. The amor steak is my fav bc its tenderloin cooked in butter right infront of you. Also, for the nusr special for 2 which is wagyu beef. It was crunchy on outside. Juicy and oily on the inside. My first real wagyu experience. Wagyu meat is too oily for me. But for wagyu fans, this is the place. My cousins loved it.We ordered all medium which was perfect! It was alil pink inside which made it soft and tender. But not to the point blood spills out when cut and bite.Parking on sunday in this prime midtown locationis easier than other days.Overall, Def recommend this spot for a nice occassion!

I've never been so ignored as a woman in a restaurant.
Seriously a shockingly rude dining experience at Nusr-Et.First of all, let's all agree the food is mediocre and overpriced. I was resigned to this fact in advance. Came with two male friends (note: gender is important here). When we were seated, the waiter asked what type of water we wanted. "Still is fine!" I replied clearly to the waiter with a smile. My two compatriots stayed silent, as they didn't care. The waiter didn't acknowledge my request and instead looked to the two men, waiting on their say. Finally, one of my friends reaffirmed my request awkwardly, "Yes, still is fine."The waiter nodded and left.Ok, maybe the waiter just didn't hear me. I let it go.When our overpriced and under-seasoned food (tenderloin for three) arrived table-side, the waiter asked--"what temperature would you like the meat cooked?" "Medium rare, please," I responded. Again, no acknowledgement of my response. Finally one of the men had to reiterate my request again before the waiter continued to slice the meat and cook it in butter. This has never happened to me before in a restaurant. I've never felt so invalidated as a woman. Afterward, I asked myself--Was it because I was female at a steakhouse? Would this experience have been different if I went with other women instead of male friends? Did these male waiters not think I knew what I was talking about regarding meat? Did they think one of the men I was with was paying for the food so they deserved to decide over me? A flurry of unanswered questions I had. Overall unpleasant experience I would not wish on anyone.

Not worth it and the service was worse than any restaurant
Not worth it and the service was worse than any restaurant I've ever been at. Their food comes out cold and their servers are rude
This is a place you go not only with the expectation of having great steak but also for the show. We couldn't enjoy our steak to give you an honest opinion about the food as they dropped salt all over the table, chair floor and a bit too much on our meat. Too bad, we wish we had the real experience like tables around us. They should have cleaned up the mess and then served our food.
🤮

Unequivocally the worst high-end steakhouse experience I've ever had. Avoid at all costs. I've been a big fan of Nusr-Et on Instagram and was so excited to finally get the opportunity to try the restaurant. I ordered a sliced sirloin for $95. It was 3 very tiny flavorless slices, about 4 ounces total. The meat was not the high quality that I had been looking forward too, either. The service was also poor. I had a 6pm reservation. When I arrived promptly at 6, I was told to wait at the bar because "the nighttime staff has not arrived yet." I was in a hurry so this was less than ideal. I was finally seated at 6:35pm. I left hungry, and genuinely felt robbed. I posted about my experience on my Instagram story, and had 5+ friends respond with a similar sentiment "why would you go there? It's a crock of shit." "I have horror stories from the time I ate at the BH location." "Horrendous, wish you had asked me." Stick to Benjamin's, capital grill, and Morton's. Will never be back.

The service is excellent- the quality of the food is superb - the wine and cocktails menu is to die for. Impressive and yet trendy, this is one of my new favorite restaurants. Live DJ mixing all kinds of funky swanky sounds. Just sitting at the bar for drinks is great.

..Made reservations for jan. 14th to celebrate my husband's birthday. He loves steakhouses and figured the experience would make his birthday more special. However when they came to our table to cook the tenderloin...Nosr-et special, they dropped the cutting board hot plate and all they said was don't touch.. sliced the meat threw it in the hot plate poured a mess load of butter over it splashed salt and left. Wish I could post the video of how fast they ran in and ran out with zero engagement. Meanwhile looking on at other tables their experiences were far different.. guess we weren't special enough. Added on top of the waiter was cold non existent and the only dessert they had was baklava, Meanwhile my husband is allergic to nuts. Major disappointment that he didn't have the experience I expected and had hoped for especially with that BILL that comes in the end. First and last time for us.

The only thing that makes this steak house stand apart from any other high end steak house is the entertainment value. Yes, the steak was amazing but so much more expensive than an equally great restaurant. Service was amazing.
😍

While there are conflicting reviews about it on Yelp, we decided to check it out for ourselves 🙌
Came here to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and I seriously don’t remember the last time I ENJOYED a restaurant experience so much!
Yes, it is pricey, but this is what you get with the high price tag:
🔥Fantastic steak - probably the best I’ve ever tasted!
🔥Top-notch service - and trust me, I KNOW WHAT GOOD SERVICE IS, used to work in the industry
🔥Great vibe and live DJ in the house - loved loved loved the upbeat music throughout our dinner, which was also at perfect volume
🔥Beautiful experience of their Show of Serving Steak and Baklava!
The restaurant is perfect for special occasions or just a moment of indulgence.

Over priced and ridiculous.
Nothing from another world.
Too much salt and I had tried better meat for less price. People these are becoming more ridiculous and superficial.

Very disappointing dinner at Nusret NYC
I ate at Nusret in Abu Dhabi in 2019. It was a wonderful experience, the food, the atmosphere, perfect. I am visiting NYC with my family and wanted to share the experience again. We went to the restaurant on 26 Nov. We ordered spaghetti medium and the steak medium well. The cooking was reversed and the food was served barely warm. Not at all appetizing. The waiters tried to fumble with the knives as they served and it was obvious they were not trained yo do the famous serving performance of the restaurant. We paid more than $100 per person for a very disappointing experience.
