Disappointing experience, skimpy appetizers, cut of meat with red and white meat thread inside almost worthy of complaint, without the owner even apologizing for the inconvenience. Not recommended.

Nice, very welcoming place. Excellent food just right for my delicate palate 😁 good chef. Traveling 1 hour to eat here was worth it. Compliments also to the service, Mr. Giiseppe served us very well, always with a smile and kindness. Congratulations we will really be back.
A bad day
I was last Sunday, February 4th. Sitting at the table we found two slices of bacon, some ricotta and two slices of cheese. Then came two breasts, a bit of broad bean puree, a bit of parmigiana. No waiter asked for anything, so we understood that it was a fixed menu. Nothing was written there. What do they bring? How much does it cost? MYSTERY. They told us "now two samples of first course are coming". After about an hour, nothing arriving, I asked and we discovered that "we had some problems in the kitchen and the first ones are cooking". To which I said we'd wait for the first one and leave. We certainly didn't go to Gravina in Puglia to sit at a table. Another half hour and, after an hour and a half, two ((TWO!) ravioli and turnip greens and a small plate of baked pasta with mushrooms arrived. We asked for fruit and a dessert. We also took a bottle of water and a quarter of wine. I asked for the bill, without having any idea how much the things we ate cost, €70.00, or 35 euros each, to spend around three hours sitting at the table. I'm sorry, we at South we deserve what we have and, above all, what we don't have.
A good Sunday
Excellent place to spend a lunch with friends in great confusion and at an extremely slow pace. Good quality products but served barely warm.
The height of incorrectness
Although we booked online for Friday 19 January, we also received the booking confirmation, we went there on time as always, and the place was closed. To reach the place I had to travel over 80 km. for such a surprise. STUFF FROM THE OTHER WORLD. Lack of seriousness. The place was closed because they had been on holiday for a week, not for reasons of force majeure. WRONG. When we reported it we were told it was their mistake, they didn't even ask us SORRY which was the least they could do. STUFF YOU DON'T BELIEVE.

beautiful surprise
truly a wonderful surprise, Giuseppe is a true host, he makes you feel at ease, recommends the right dishes and makes sure that everything goes well... and so it was, everything delicious and genuine, the flavors of the past, Well prepared and very tasty dishes! Even our 10 year old granddaughter and even our little dogs ate very well! We asked for a slice of meat for them and it arrived already cut in the aluminum container and it was also very tender and delicious! let's not talk about how good the dirtymuss were, they arrived hot and I asked for an encore! We will be back as soon as possible and I recommend it to everyone!
Excellent local cuisine
Even though we hadn't booked, we were greeted with kindness and helpfulness by Giuseppe, a friendly and very professional waiter. He offered us the house appetizer, made up of so many dishes that I struggle to remember them all. We certainly got to know the typical culinary specialties of Gravina, with 0 km products and a hot bread which, they explained to us, was only produced on that day, the feast of the Immaculate Conception. In short, vegetables, dairy products, cured meats, legumes, all wonderfully cooked products. Next we wanted to try the cavatelli with turnip greens, presented in a commendable way. The house wine is excellent. The menu is fixed at 35 euros, including dessert, digestive and coffee. For quality and quantity, for the comfort of the restaurant and for Giuseppe's friendliness it is a more than honest price.
Very bad
Terrible place, from every point of view. Nothing positive. Worst place ever. Surprised by trip travellers. Rustic 80s location and ultra uncomfortable. If you have a disabled person you have to make a bridge with stairs and if it rains I won't tell you. There was a menu but it was fake. They decided what to bring and although one had asked for different things, it was not possible to have them. Also very bad quality. Plus 3 first place finishers within half an hour of each other, scandalous. Disastrous, almost homely service if you can say so. Finally, the ultra-expensive bill for what we ate. We were taken aback. Plus he coincidentally didn't read the paper. I give one star because 0 cannot be given. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Don't go there.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I am new to this site and just recently bought a reservation here. I noticed that on the reservation page, it is booked under a random name and a virtual email address.
I can't find any button to change either the name or the email for this reservation I bought. So, should I just say that random name when I arrived at the restaurant? Not really sure about the procedures.
