Oyster Bar Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
Our first breakfast in Vegas last Friday morning around 9AM
Our first breakfast in Vegas last Friday morning around 9AM was at the Palace Station Oyster Bar, and we had a phenomenal time. I'd done a bit of research ahead of time and knew we probably had to get there somewhat early, and we were fortunate enough that there was no line and 6 empty seats for our group of 6 to get seated immediately at when we arrived a little before 9AM. By the time we left the line had grown to 20+ people so I'm really glad we hauled ourselves up earlier in the morning to make it. My husband and I split a bowl of clam chowder, the house gumbo, and the bouill-roast, and our larger group also got a dozen oysters to share. The oysters were super smooth, juicy and large, and not too briny, and paired well with a squeeze of lemon and a bit of mignonette. The clam chowder was full of chopped pieces of clam and was so smooth and creamy; definitely one of the best renditions of the dish we've had. The gumbo was packed with seafood and definitely had a kick even though we only asked for level 3 spiciness - very hearty and filling. But the real star of the show for us was the bouill-roast. The creamy seafood-tomato stew base was truly phenomenal, and the seafood was delicious, especially the jumbo shrimp and the scallop. Even though we were too stuffed at the end to finish our gumbo and had to ask for a to-go box, we pretty much licked the bouill-roast bowl clean, it was that good. After we finished eating and paid our bills, we hopped over to one of the blackjack tables next to the oyster bar and won enough to pay for breakfast, so that helped leave a great last impression for us too :) We will absolutely be back for more the next time we're in town - can't wait!
Bussin oysters and food.
The portions were super filling and worth the wait. Servers were super nice and everyone around the bar was nice.
This is my go to place in Vegas for seafood.
I've tried everything in the menu and ITS ALL GOOD. Yes and I'm not exaggerating. The casino is newly renovated so great improvement on ambiance and no smell of smokers so ++ great. I've accepted the long wait(at least an hour) so I've adjusted to that as well. Now, why the 4 and not the 5stars? I miss my chef who chats with me while he's cooking at the counter. I also have to order extra lumps of crab in my order since they seem to not be as generous with it. Flavors are still great and on point!
Went here last July for my birthday.
It was so yummy I wanted to lick the bowl but wax too full. The oyster shot was good too!

This place is to die for and worth the wait in line every time. As a matter of fact I am going back to Vegas this 12,13,14 and best believe that is at the top of my list to stop and eat at.
I can't believe we waited for almost 2 hours to eat this
I can't believe we waited for almost 2 hours to eat this place but we did! My friend wanted to try out the ICONIC palace station oyster bar! This place is on the top of everyone's list when it comes to oyster bars and I don't blame them! I was a little intimidated by how long the wait was but I had time to reconnect with my out-of-town friend and the people behind us were fun to talk to as well! I probably should have gotten a drink during to enjoy the time waiting in line. Luckily, when we finally got seated, we tried a few dishes to really satisfy our taste. We both got cranberry vodkas and feasted on the Caesar salad, pan roast, and clam chowder. The pan roast was amazing. The clam chowder was the MVP of the night. And the Caesar salad wasn't my favorite but to be honest, I would have gotten it again. Overall, definitely worth the wait and the staff were super nice and patient. I haven't tried the other Station Casino's oyster bars, but after Palace Station, I would love to see what the other casinos have to offer! 10/10
Always have to get my fix in here love this place.
Can't get no better than this...well maybe the line. But lucky I'm a seasoned customer and like to go here earlier around 9-11 am otherwise the wait is over an hour and a half. Hit everything is so super good here that more than likely I'd still wait lol. ... that "DIRTY" clam chowder is def my go too and of course the original pan roast is never not going to be fire. So yea it's def a must here in Vegas. This location as well the others are ok but no imitation will ever be as good as the OriGinal.
Love that this place is open 24/7! We got here at 8:30am
Love that this place is open 24/7! We got here at 8:30am and there was already a line. Not a long one but, either way the food is worth the wait. Everything is made to order right in front of you. It's a casual dining environment and the staff were very efficient and friendly. There was a couple next to us who drove all the way out from Arizona just to eat here and drove back the same day so you know it's GOOD GOOD! Definitely, check it out!
Wait Lines.
Seafood. Gumbo. Pan Roast. Oysters. Lobsters. Palace Station Oyster Bar is a culinary dining experience when you are in Las Vegas. My party wore our Wynn slippers to brave the lines. We ordered the Pan Roast which comes with Rice, Butter, and Bread but waited 1.5 hours to have the opportunity to feast. From 11:45 PM to 1:25 AM, the lines just got longer. Highly recommend the Signature Palace Pan Roast and the Bouillabaisse. Palace Pan Roast: Shrimp, Crab, Chicken and Andouille Sausage Bouillabaisse: Shellfish Stew Featuring Shrimp, Crab, Lobster, Cod, Mussels and Clams. Served with Steamed Rice Portions are Palace Worthy with Queen A. There is one Chef serving 20 seats and I now know why there is always a wait, It's GOOD. No To-Go Orders. Highly encourage slot action while you brave the lines. There is also rules and decorum to follow. Open daily for 24 hours, a little bird told me that 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM is the sweet spot if you do not want to wait 2+ hours. Our first attempt at the wait ended in failure.
Best pan roast ever hands down.
I love coming here every time I visit Las Vegas! The oysters are always so sweet. The pan roast is so hearty and delicious! The service is always so fast after you sit down. Expect to stand in a long line if you visit unless you come on a week day during an off time. Other than the wait, I think everyone should try this place at least once!
An amazing seafood spot .
Went here around 10 and the wait was 20 minutes. I wasn't hungry so the wait wasn't bad. The bouili roast was simply delicious. Like a creamy soup with seafood . Crab lobster shrimp . Over rice. It was just as good eatting it as a leftover that day. Pan roast soup was good too just not as seafood taste. Clam Chowder was super good too. Bill came out to around 80 but worth it. Top 10 food I've experienced
The food was amazing! I'm making it a point to go here
The food was amazing! I'm making it a point to go here every time I visit Vegas. The wait is long. 2-3 hours. Very limited seating, But worth the wait. I had the shrimp cocktail and the lobster pan roast.
Palace Station's Oyster Bar is nothing less than truly
Palace Station's Oyster Bar is nothing less than truly delicious. Imagine, it's 8am and it's almost at full capacity. It's open 24/7 every day! Chef Angel was making 6 orders at the time with precision and finesse. I ordered the Bouill-Roast spicy and it didn't disappoint. The sauce was rich with tomato and seafood/clam broth. The big bowl of goodness was filled with jumbo shrimp, lobster tail, crab, mussels, scallops, cod and little neck clams. Chopped tomatoes, special spices and much more was packed in to this amazing seafood concoction. Savory, creamy and full of so many rich fresh flavors. They are well known for their pan roasts and bouillabaisse's but when you order the Bouill-Roast you get a combination of the best of both of those. They also offer fresh oysters, clams, shrimp and chowders. It's fun watching them create these beautiful bowls of goodness that I won't forget!
I can't believe I have never left a review for this spot.
......... I'll keep it nice and short. JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO. It does not matter the day or the time of day. If you see 10 or less people in line you better jump in that line. I find it funny that they don't let you sit in line while waiting. I have come here at random hours on any given day and I always do 45 minutes to the most 3 hours wait! Combo pan roast and your level of spice is all you need. Everything else here is mediocre. Don't question it. Just do it. Get the rice. I've had other items here but nothing is memorable to have an honorable mention.
10/10- the wait is worth it is you enjoy sea food Oysters
10/10- the wait is worth it is you enjoy sea food Oysters a large and juicy Pan roast combo has a season food bite with every spoonful Also had the clam chowder (white)
The food is soooo good.
The service is quick which is great because of the line of people waiting to eat. The restaurant is more of a bar with 10-12 stools. The chef cooks in front of you if you're ordering pan roasts, bouillabaisse, jambalaya, or gumbo. Other items come from the kitchen in the back. I enjoyed watching the chef prepare our meals. Everything we ordered was delicious. Oysters both gulf and the specials, New England clam chowder, bouill-roast, jambalaya, pan roasts, and gumbo. So good that we came back the next day!
This place is worth any wait you have to do to try their
This place is worth any wait you have to do to try their food! The bouillabaisse was heat flavor 8 and was sooooo deliciously seasoned and seafood were good chunks, the raw oysters were fresh and the garlic Mussels were big, juice and the broth was yummy! We picked out and didn't have to wait because we got there at 8am to beat the rush. The counter people were fantastic on giving us suggestions on what to get. I will be wanting to do this everytime I'm in Vegas!
Eze is the best cook ever! My food is always great and he
Eze is the best cook ever! My food is always great and he has the best customer service
Best in all of Vegas.
U will eat for days after. Great staff. Friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this place. Casino was remodeled so it is top notch!!
The pan roast here always hits.
The spice level is kinda weak. I got a 4 last time and didn't think it was spicy at all (I have mild-medium spice tolerance).
I highly recommend going to this place.
I was a little skeptical myself wondering if it would live up to the hype but it definitely did. It was worth taking an Uber from the strip to eat here. All the seafood was fresh. Seating is very limited so you have to be wise at what time you plan on eating here. It's open 24/7, I recommend going for breakfast to beat the lines.
Ok 2 hours later and.
... BOOOOOOOM Still the best and we have tried the other two casinos oyster bars and nope and nope I have to be real tho...last time we came same 2 hour plus wait but that chef wasn't as good not sure who he was but today's chef and we have had him several times but didn't catch his name until today I saw him and said we were in for treat and yup chef Easy was on point as usual glad we came in on this monday Happy birthday next monday chef
I wanted to start off by saying how much I love oysters.
Since I am in town, I had to give this place a try; I was super excited. I tried coming on a Saturday, and it was horrible. The line did not move. I was waiting 2 hours in a half. I gave up. So I tried, today... Sunday. Now 9:30 AM was perfect. I waited thirty minutes only. I ordered 3 oysters shooters for $15.00. It was okay. Nothing spectacular about it. Then I ordered a dozen oysters. The blonde employer had ask her colleague to bring more oysters... the guy grabbed the box, and then dump the oysters right on in. She shucked right in front of us. She was quick. I was quite empress. The oysters were huge. The only thing I did not like it was that, not once did she cleaned the oyster. My hands were so dirty as I was picking up each oyster and had to scrape off dirt. I was disappointed. Then, finally, the pan roast came, and OMG, it was so delicious that I almost forgot how upset I was about the oysters not being cleaned... Overall, the service was great. Oysters.. were huge, but not clean. I probably won't eat oysters again for the next year. The pan roast 10/10.
Don't come here! Always a long wait! Very limited seating.
Adults only. It's always worth it! I'm addicted. Every time I'm in town I have to come here to eat. Get the Pan Roast if you come here, you won't regret it. Don't come by yourself, so you and your friend(s) can take turns standing in line and gamble while you wait. Better yet, don't come so other people have less wait. Be prepared to wait two hours if you're going anywhere close to normal dinner or late dinner.
My number one spot every time I go to Vegas.
Think the best time to go is during the week midday lunchtime good luck on the weekends. It goes pretty fast line, but sometimes there's a party going on at the group. Should take up to an hour two hours or so. It's worth it though damn food is amazing.
Could waiting 3 hours in line ever be worth it? The palace
Could waiting 3 hours in line ever be worth it? The palace station Oyster Bar answers with a strong YES! Everyone whom I talked to about the PS Oyster Bar said that it was better than its counterparts in the other station casinos, and they were right. Everything tastes fresh and delicious. There wasn't a thing we ordered that wasn't above expectations. They are running this place like the military but if it had better bedside manner. The server and cooks were very friendly and efficient too. We started with a half dozen oysters and New England Clam chowder. The NE clam chowder was packed with clams and delicious flavor. And all without the worst part, New England. The Oysters were freshly shucked right in front of us and tasted so great you'll forget you were inside a smoke infested dark casino with each slurp. Next we ordered the Shrimp Scampi linguini and the Pan Roast combo. The shrimp scampi was garlicky, spicy, and with jumbo shrimp. Better than most seafood/pasta restaurants I've had. Ironically the Oyster Bar is not known for it's oysters, but rather the Pan Roast, and once you taste it you'll understand why. What's a pan roast you might ask? I have no idea. but I know its delicious. I had just been in New Orleans the week prior and this dish brought me right back. We got a 7 spice and as a spicy food lover, this was just enough to make my forehead glisten with sweat. Comes with rice, but order a side of pasta to make this even better. Food was incredible and worth the wait at least once because it truly is better than the other locations. Bring some headphones and a portable phone charger, cuz you're gonna wait a while. They also don't let you sit on the floor while you wait.
The best pan-roast ever! Whenever we head out to Vegas,
The best pan-roast ever! Whenever we head out to Vegas, Palace station is often our first stop...if not the last one before heading back home. I hate the lines but it's always worth the wait. Forget everything else on the menu (jambalaya), go for the pan roast and you can't go wrong!!
Despite the often long 2-hour wait, this place is a gem for
Despite the often long 2-hour wait, this place is a gem for pan roasts. One of my Vegas favorites. My go-to combo includes a dozen oysters and the Palace Pan Roast, topped with lobster. Pro-Tip: Go with friends or family, take turns waiting in line while others explore the hotel or gamble. Never disappoints in my opinion and a place I always look forward to visiting.
Palace Station Oyster Bar: Not All Hits Las Vegas
Palace Station Oyster Bar: Not All Hits Las Vegas institution, Palace Station Oyster Bar, is known for its affordable seafood. While the ambiance and service remain stellar, my recent meal was a mixed bag. The butter garlic mussels, a popular choice, were disappointingly bland. The watery broth lacked garlic kick. The Bouillabaisse, packed with fresh seafood, was let down by an excessively salty broth that overshadowed the delicate flavors. If you visit, consider exploring other menu options to ensure a satisfying experience.
Palace Pan Roast! There are tasty and very filling eats
Palace Pan Roast! There are tasty and very filling eats here at the oyster bar. For stewed dishes, you can choose a spiciness level from 1-10. I recommend getting a dozen oysters also. I mean, you've waited this long and it is an oyster bar. Unless you're coming at like 6AM, expect a long wait. I'm talking like 2 hours. Is it worth it? I honestly don't think so. The coolest thing is the way they cook your dish in front of you in those pots that swivel. If you're set on coming here, plan to come in a small group and you can take turns waiting in line while others gamble or something. I would not come in a group more than 4 since it's a small space not meant for big groups.
Not the original Oyster Bar but Awesome
Although this is not the original Oyster Bar, fabulous Blue Point oysters and great dining experience sitting at the bar!
Worth the wait
This was a unique experience. The line to sit at the bar was nothing like I have expereinced. For 18 seats there was an hour and a hlaf wait, and I hear that is a good thing, as it is usally 2 to 3 hour wait. Be prepared.....the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and insightful. My family and I had a great time eating the combo pan roast and the boulinesse* seafood, with the succulent seasonal oysters. The conversation witth the chef and staff was also very entertaining. I will say this is a must and you have to go, but be prepared to wait...remember therre is only 18 seats at this bar area.

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.

perfect
Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??
Tune into NBC News - Top Story Tonight 7:40p ET
Let’s go. Get more people placing bids!
I will give you 50% of ALL of my PROFITS if you teach me how to make profits?
LOL. Thank you The New Yorker.
Appointment
Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
Buyers interested in Bern's Steakhouse: PLEASE READ
Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil
🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🧨🧨🧨 now on to 30 mill!
Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
