CLOSED
Closed! A new Gordon Ramsey restaurant is going to open in its place. Sad to see it go it was great. I wonder where the chef went, he made the BEST risotto!

Sad to advise that the Oyster Bar at Harrahs is gone. The other similar restaurants, Big Al's at Orleans and the Oyster Bar at Palace Station do not compare and Harrahs does not have anything left to compel a visit. So sad.

What a great meal only to find out they will be closing soon. Get there before they do! Many dinners were saying their goodbyes to the staff that has been there for over 30 years. Real sad.

I really enjoyed dining here. I had lunch here on a Saturday and there were plenty
of seats available. I chose the bar and you can watch them make your dish right in front of you. Pretty cool experience! I had the Seafood Linguini and it was perfect.
Not cheap but it had plenty of seafood mixed with the right amount of pasta and was very filling. All employees I spoke with were professional and very nice. I will most definitely dine here again on future visits to Vegas!
Horrible food, slow service
My daughters and I went to the Oyster Bar Expecting a fantastic experience. I was hesitant. This was my 2nd time at the Oyster Bar after a first less than pleasant experience, but I believe in second chances. There MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT be a third! I ordered the oyster platter and clam chowder. The each girls ordered the shellfish boil. They were told their food would take 45 minutes and they said they were fine with that. I assumed because we were dining together, our meals would be served at the same time, but NO! My oyster platter and soup came out right away. I felt guilty eating in front of them and shared some of the oysters. The only good oysters were the grilled, civiche and raw (how can you screw up raw?) Fried were ok and Rockefeller were horrible and cold! The clam chowder was good. The girls' food finally arrived long after I finished my meal. The shellfish boil was literally laughable! The crab amounted to 1/2 of a split leg about the size of a woman's ring finger, just ONE. Plenty of shrimp, but little else. The potatoes were not cooked through and were hard. I finally left while the girls continued eating. They told me later that it took so long for the server to bring their bill, that they honestly thought about dining and dashing. They didn't, they continued to wait. This is 2 strikes you're out, there will not be a third!

They say they close at 22hrs we arrived they tell us they decided today to close early!!
Not professional at all.
Our last day waiting for this dinner and they ruined it.
a little bummer
pricey, soup was warm at best and constantly looking for the waiter isn't what I signed up for when I came here for a quick bite

This was my last meal, and the most anticipated based on previous visits, during my recent vacation. My dining partner and I both ordered the jambalaya with a side of calamari. The rice and broth portion of the dish was good. The dish contained a few very small pieces of sausage. Strips of tasteless and previously frozen chicken were placed on top of dish. The very large pieces of shrimp within dish were also pre frozen and lacking in flavor. The calamari was swimming in grease and should include antacid tablets on the side. Its sad that a Las Vegas staple for decades is cutting corners to maximize profits at the risk of losing loyal customers.

Loved it again! Seafood fettuccini this time but with lemon and white wine sauce, asked for without cream sauce. It was delicious and plenty of seafood.
My wife doesnโt like seafood much but enjoyed the sauce and noodles in addition to her salad.
I visit here almost every time coming to Vegas.
Off the Hook Great
Four of us enjoyed a high-priced meal at the Oyster Bar on 06/13/2020. $172.39 for four. But, the food was fabulous and lots of it. Well worth the price. Best meal we had in Vegas this trip.
