A magical Stay!
My husband and I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel. From the moment we were greeted by the outdoor staff/desk staff we knew we had chosen well. As an interior designer, the hotel is gorgeous having been designed by a famous architect. The rooms are luxurious and we also had lunch at the roof top bar overlooking the city. And did I mention all the various choices for the breakfast buffet? Please do not hesitate to book your stay here!
Be the first to ReplyCasa Fuster charming hotel that invites you to spend a charming stay!!!
The hotel is a charming house that has and preserves the magic of the time It has a lot of character and decoration with very particular and well-preserved furniture. I loved the attention of the hotel The staff is excellent And from the moment you arrive you feel at home. A wonderful stay in a city as special and spectacular as Barcelona
Be the first to ReplyI just loved the vibe of Casa Fuster
I have so many nice things to say about this hotel. I just loved the vibe of Casa Fuster, from the aromatheraphy scent as I entered, which followed me to my room with a view of the street and amazing sunset, to a beautiful welcome sweet treats. My friend who lives part time in Barcelona recommended this hotel , but I was reluctant a bit as it was farther up the street. So I split my Barcelona stay between two hotels. I wanted to test both for the next time when I come with my husband. My room was decent in size and had good energy, also had a cool balcony and a jacuzzi tub which I used immediately. High end toiletries and the most comfortable bedding by far. I slept like a baby with no jetlag. It is a very well managed and organized hotel. from customer service, check in, to little special accents that put a smile on my face. There were no hicupps and everyone was very pleasent. The breakfast was lovely and had many choices, also to my surprise Casa Fuster had my favorite Ronnefeldt tea!! So I must add extra star for this. I did not use any other facilities as I only spent one night at the hotel. I will defintely choose Casa Fuster next time, assuming I will get a nice room with the view ;) hopefully I will catch the jazz night. Keep up great work and thank you.

Elegant historic hotel in a great location. It is close to many activities including the metro but not in the overcrowded tourist areas. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. For example, we arrived at 8 am and were allowed to check-in early. Taxis were readily available. Highly recommend Casa Fuster!

We loved the hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was very beautiful. The location was centrally located, with easy access to upscale restaurants, shopping and all the museums and main attractions. We would definitely stay there again.
Be the first to ReplyA great stay in a landmark building.... the essence of Barcelona
Our second stay in the Casa Fuster confirmed our decision to choose this hotel again..... A wonderful modernist building that could ONLY be in Barcelona. It's not Gaudi but almost as quirky. It's in a great spot for wandering Gracia and at the head of one of Barcelona's most architecturally beautiful avenues with a fabulous building every few yards. The staff were a delight, very friendly, welcoming and efficient. They even offered to change our room for an even better one on a higher floor without any prompting from us. The beds are very comfortable, the towels generous We used the gorgeous bar as always, but didn't get a chance to try the well -reviewed restaurant. It also has a fabulous roof terrace bar with a plunge pool and views over the city. I'm sure we'll be back next time we're in Barcelona.
Be the first to ReplyCasa Fuster; a dream of a hotel with wonderful staff.
I have travelled extensively over my 62 years, but Casa Fuster has to be my favourite place to stay. The hotel is beautiful, and perfectly situated in vibrant Barcelona for one to experience the city's delights. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything we needed for our holiday, from the wonderfully comfortable beds and soft sumptuous pillows and bedding, to the bathrooms with their white fluffy towels and robes. But, what really makes Casa Fuster so very special is her staff, from the doormen to the reception staff, and everyone we encountered. They made our visit an absolute joy, and couldn't have been more courteous, professional or charming. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated their care. I'm looking forward to going back.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff were outstanding ; welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. The room was very comfortable and very well equipped. Housekeeping checked twice a day that everything was in order. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful architectural gem of Barcelona
It is a beautiful hotel, an architectural jewel located in the center of the city, close to museums, shops, restaurants and communications. The service is very attentive, the beds very comfortable and the stay unforgettable. There are always taxis at the entrance and super efficient concierges

Comfortable, friendly, excellently located... you really have to work hard to find fault with Hotel Casa Fuster. The welcome is given by the magnificent façade of the Hotel, followed by the prompt attention of its staff. It is important to highlight that one of the greatest attributes of the place is the friendly attention we receive, always ready, always with a good attitude. We had the opportunity to see two rooms; both impeccable, orderly, with comfortable spaces. From this we notice some important things; Daily cleaning very well done, with frequent change of sheets (with ironing before being placed) and a turn-down service (they get your room ready before you go to sleep). Here I found a weak point, but I think it is another issue of how they do plumbing installation in Europe, the ducts of the bathroom fixtures are connected to each other, which can sometimes give off a bad smell. This did not affect the stay in the slightest, but we did notice it when entering the bathroom at times. As for food, we only tried the breakfasts, and it is a varied menu. From omelette station, fruits, yogurts, cheeses, hams, to more sophisticated things like gyozas. In terms of flavor, I can only highlight the waffles, which were an unexpected delight. Obviously all this was accompanied by excellent attention provided by the staff on duty. We stayed for more or less three weeks at Hotel Casa Fuster, without hesitation I would stay there again.

The best room maintenance I've ever had, they cleaned the room twice a day, morningand evening. Breakfast is wonderful, very rich and diverse. Staff is very professional and helpful. I recommend Casa Fuster!
Be the first to ReplyClassy city break
What a fantastic hotel with great customer service and real traditional high class offerings, without a doubt felt special the whole time we were at the hotel. Bar and restaurants have very attentive staff and offer real quality drinks and food. The rooms are faultless with very comfortable beds and a high standard of cleanliness. Would we return..... WITHOUT A DOUBT !

Super great place - location is perfect - rooms a nice and clean. A beautiful building. But what is most important on top of the ambiance is the impeccable service. It never fails in this one of my absolute favorite hotels. Great value for money
Be the first to ReplyGreat Location and Service
We spent three nights at the Casa Fuster, the hotel is in a great location, at the top of the famous shopping street, 3 mins walk to the closest metro and 2 mins walk to the bus stop for the city tours. The hotel is beautifully decorated with the most wonderful bar/lounge area (ground floor). We had the pleasure of breakfast in that room only once as the breakfast is usually downstairs (basement) and, whilst the breakfast is good, having experienced it in the sumptious ground floor area, it was a completely different experience having it in the basement on the following two mornings. There is a rooftop pool and whilst this is a lovely feature, it is very small, about 6m x 3m. The housekeeping/cleaning/turn-down is excellent. My only gripes are .... we had a suite with an extra bed and a sofa .... we requested bedding for the sofa and it was suggested that we take an extra bed instead of someone sleeping on a sofa, however, whilst we weren't being charged for the additional bedding, we were charged an additional €70 per night for someone to wheel the additional bed into our room - we found this very expensive (along with a €30 charge per day for breakfast for a child)! Top tip ... request a room on a higher floor as whilst the blackout blinds do fully cover the window, the curtains don't pull fully across (they are decoration only) so there is a bit of road noise. Whilst the hotel offers an airport transfer serice, it is €90 whereas a taxi at the airport is approximately €30/€40 and they are widely available. Also, the metro runs straight from/to the airport terminals.
Be the first to ReplyA real gem with top class service.
From the time we walked in, we were charmed by the architecture of the hotel. The service is outstanding and very discrete. The staff was doing the upmost to make our stay smooth and personalized. This is definitely a great place to be and was beyond expectation.

Stunning building with beautiful decor throughout. Staff were friendly and efficient - room was beautiful and a good size, with a cute little balcony and great views. We enjoyed the jazz night on Thursday and a fabulous breakfast each day. Water and towels were topped up every day and there was everything you could need in the room. Would recommend a stay here.

One of the most special hotels we have ever been lucky enough to stay in. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The rooms were huge and beautiful and the breakfast amazing. Location perfect - close to all the sights and walkable to Gracia which has great restaurants
Be the first to ReplyA gorgeous hotel in heart of Barcelona
Luxurious property with amazing staff! Our rooms were perfection and extremely comfortable. Hotel sent us flowers and chocolates/champagne our first 2 days staying which was a very nice touch. Adjoining suites to stay with our family was perfect as we felt we had our own space yet close by. Hotel is close to a lot of good sites in Barcelona and rooftop feel is great. Pool can use a little work, but other than that, a spectacular stay at this beautiful hotel.

Hotel staff works awful. We came specially for one night with a family of 5 persons to celebrate our son’s Birthday, we wrote an e-mail two weeks before the arrival: we asked to bring the balloons in his room (and a piece of cake with a candle). They confirmed it. On the day of Birthday the staff didn’t do anything at all. Even when I called the reception and asked why they didn’t bring what I asked, they did nothing. No one brought a piece of cake or the balloons. We checked out, being absolutely dissapointed. Never again. Absolutely unprofessional staff, beginning from from guest relations, reception staff and hostess at the breakfast.

If you want to feel wealthy and looked after, this place will do it. Old school elegance, amazing features. We stay in some very nice places, but this place really made us feel we had arrived at the top. Perfect location for walking the sites, great lively, safe neighbourhood. We had joining family rooms for our boys, so they were next door. It was perfect. Good breakfast, helpful staff. Would highly recommend this place.

Previously i had commented about this property and given it 5 stars, however not this time..the hotel really disappointed me After reaching at 4 they still had not made my room ready..after fighting with the staff they gave me a room..the housekeeping was horrible ..we had to call them several times to get anything..overall a disappointment…will not stay again at this property for sure
Be the first to ReplyShaky start but a fabulous hotel
We had a fabulous room for our second night and would return without any hesitation, but we were given a less good room for our first night. Much negotiation ensued and we finally left very happy. The staff were all great, couldn't have been more attentive. The hotel is very central, and there's great rooftop bar, where we had cocktails both evenings. Just be careful when you book that you are clear which room you are getting (they are all the same price).

Wonderful experience! Amazing , helpful staff & concierge! It is a beautiful building & the rooms & amenities are lovely. The rooftop is a nice place to grab a drink. Right next to the lobby, you can swing by the restaurant and grab a drink or snack. Some evenings, they even have live jazz you can get tickets to hear. A lovely atmosphere & made us feel at home in Barcelona!

This hotel is magnificent. It’s retained a lot of the modernist details that people love about architecture in Barcelona, and they’ve made it into a luxury hotel. We stayed on a Monday, which I think helped in getting a room with a view of La Sagrada Familia. It had everything a luxury hotel room should have, but the shower was weird. The shower head was in the middle of the tub, so angling it so it doesn’t hit the sliding door is impossible. Also, the drain was also in the middle of the tub, so it made it awkward to try and be under the shower head spray but not step on the drain and close it so water couldn’t drain. Other than that no complaints.
Be the first to ReplyAwful experience; a real let down
I booked a senior suite from the 23rd of November to the 25th and was really looking forward to the stay. I had read and heard a lot of good reviews about the hotel. However, I was incredibly disappointed. Firstly, the staff were incredibly rude. Throughout our 3 day stay we only had one time where the water in our room was hot to have a shower with. We constantly called reception to help and each time we got an answer that they were working to fix it. Nevertheless, it never got fixed and we had to have cold showers. For such an expensive hotel the least you should expect is warm water. Additionally, everyday we were left containers of chocolate, however, they were always empty, as if the staff either ate them or didn't bother to check to refill them. It was a truly strange experience. After I arrived home, I sent the hotel an email detailing the problems with our stay to ensure no one else has this problem; however, to this day I still have yet to hear from them that is why I decided to post this message.
