My first time being at P.
F. Chang's! Sara was a lovely server and welcomed us with positivity excellent service! Food was great and the atmosphere was great! Definitely coming back soon!

Love the Happy Hour here! Felicia the Bar Server is Awesome! Tonight we opted for some non happy hour menu items and they are always so delicious! This is such a cool spot for a date or just a night out! Staff is always busy, friendly and efficient!

While the food was decent there were two things wrong that make me give them a one star rating. One is that the food was supposed to be ready for pickup when I got there, it was not, I had to wait 27 minutes for my pickup order, so from the time of order until I was able to walk out the door with it was about 50 minutes. The second and biggest reason I will not be ordering from them again is the price and portions. I ordered entrees Mongolian Beef and Sesame chicken with extra meat and what I received looked like small lunch portion rather than a dinner entree with extra meat, they charged a pretty penny for this too. The quality of the food and customer service are not good enough to justify the high and ever increasing price.

F. Chang's menu and this most recent visit was for my son he was interested in the chicken lettuce wraps although he was not very fond of them my husband devoured them so it did not go to waste. My husband was very pleased.

I am so sorry & disappointed that this longtime favorite is not on the "again" list. It's clearly evident they have not only changed up some of their recipes, likely cutting down on some costs, but they definitely cut down on the quality & quantity of their ingredients. The chicken was of poor quality, taste & not prepared well. That was consistent in 2 separate chicken dishes, sweet & sour as well as their signature spicy chicken. Small & chewy pieces of poor quality meat. I paid extra for added veggies to the spicy chicken. It was pitiful to be up charged for just a minuscule amount of additional veggies. But the main concern was the overall flavor profile. Definitely not same PFChang's quality & flavor that we were expecting. Lastly, I placed my order over 1 hour prior to my requested pickup time. I arrived 4 minutes early thinking I would pay for my purchase in advance & ready to go with fresh, hot food. I waited 15 minutes before my order finally came out & when the order did arrive, it was incomplete. Luckily I checked before leaving. As a side note this was prior to the dinner rush since my order was requested for pickup by 4:30pm. The restaurant was relatively empty at the time I entered.

I always seem to forget about Changs and it seems like years since we have been in. However it's close and we wanted to try their Happy Hour! They have a great little bar and a nice little cocktail and appetizer selection! I really enjoyed the Japanese Old Fashion and the Crab Wontons. Felicia, our server was friendly and attentive and took time to chat and make menu suggestions! Everything,yes we tried everything on the HH-app menu, was superb!

I was late and dry, so dry. I feel everything was overcooked and had set out for quite a while despite it not being 'ready' at the time requested. We regret our choice of restaurants for our splurge celebratory dining out. The take-out service individual was outstanding, the price was outrageously high and the quality of the food, honestly, terrible.

I ordered the spicy chicken wok bowl at the bar and paid "extra" for the fried rice. When the server brought it out, immediately I could see how they spread the rice out really thin to barely cover the bottom of the bowl. I've never a bad experience here so they need to talk to their chef. I just left, still hungry, so I'm on my way to get a gelato!

Excellent service from the hostess, our waitress, Ebony, and the manager, Mara. All greeted us with smiles. Our waitress went above and beyond. Wish all establishments had such a great server. Our food was amazing! Definitely worth the visit!

I witnessed an Uber eats lady come to this PF Chang's to pick up a big order going to lake Las Vegas. It would of been a nice tip for her and the manager refused to give her the order and wouldn't come out to explain himself to her. She waited and watched other people getting their orders. She realized the manager took the order to Lake Las Vegas himself. What manager goes out of his way to take an order that far!? Oh wait... the NFL teams are staying there. Go figure. I couldn't believe how unprofessional the manager was and he wouldn't even explain himself or cancel the Uber eats order for her. So unprofessional.. I hope she contacts the corporate and complains on the manager. This happened on 2/10/24 after 2:00 pm.

The manager that is on duty today at 2:38 pm is refusing to give me an Uber order that is dispatched to me. I'm an Uber driver and I entered the restaurant to pick up an order. When I asked for the order, the young lady went back to go get the order for me, and then a gentleman came up with several minutes later, and they told me they were not giving me the order because they're manager said that they manager was going to take it himself, even though it was dispatched to me. I asked if the manager can come up and call Uber , so that way Uber would know that and that order wouldn't keep being dispatched out to people and the manager refused to come to the front and the worker at the desk said that the manager was not gonna call Uber right now and he didn't know when he was going to call, but he would call sometime. I saw the address deliveries going to it's going to Lake Las Vegas address so the manager is taking money out of the Uber eats delivery drivers pocket so that way they can just go say hi to some football players. so it's really nice that the management has the choice to do that and pick and choose what jobs that they wanna do. Poor and greedy management. I never knew that managers were allowed to steal orders from Uber drivers. And while I've been waiting for Uber to contact the restaurant so I can get this order canceled. They have been giving other orders to other DoorDash drivers and other Uber drivers so it's clear the manager steals from what he wants to steal from . I've never had this experience at a restaurant ever.

So I normally visit this particular location in person, but tonight I decided to order through Uber Eats. In any case soon after I placed my order in Uber Eats I realized I ordered a honey chicken bowl rather than what I meant to order which was the honey chicken entree. Soon after realizing my mistake, I tried to cancel in the Uber app and it wouldn't let me without being charged $30 bucks. With that being said, it clearly was a simple mistake on my part and so I thought I could call the restaurant directly and explain what happened and they could easily swap the bowl for the entree. Man was I wrong!! When I called the restaurant the kid on the phone told me since it was through Uber there was nothing he could do. Obviously, there is something they could do by simply putting the entree in my delivery rather than the bowl. I said, " you're really going to make me speak to a manager for this." Soon after I was connected to the manager his name was Louis. After explaining to the manager that I messed up and I take full accountability, I asked if he could please just change my order from a bowl to the entree. Again he reiterated what the other guy said that since it was Uber Eats there is nothing he could do. I said dude all I'm asking is to simply swap out the bowl for the entree. I even told the manager that I'll pay the $7.00 difference. I'm not trying to pull a fast one or get anything for free I explained. I just want the entree. Louis finally said that he'll make an exception and swap it out. But before he finally agreed I had to hear how he's running a business and they just can't give out free chicken. At this point, I honestly couldn't believe how difficult this was just to swap out my order. Anyway, I thanked the manager and said I appreciate it and that was that. Well fast forward 30 mins later I finally got my food from Uber Eats and what do you know I still got my chicken bowl and not the entree. I wasn't going to call the manager back, but my wife who used to be a restaurant manager pushed me to call him. She told me how simple it should have been to honor my request and there should have not been any push back to begin with. So I called Louis back to let him know nothing was resolved and he lied to me about swapping out my order. The only thing he said, " I did pass on the message to my culinary team". If this manager truly cared about making his customers happy he would have made sure the order was correct and not just pass on the message. And what does he mean by culinary team? This is PF Chang's not a five star steakhouse. Anyway, like I said, I normally visit this particular location for dinner all the time. They now lost a long standing customer over something that could have been rectified very easily. They need to hire management that actually cares about their customers. Thanks for nothing Louis. I'll now just visit the town square location.

F. Chang's! It was a perfect way to end the weekend. Dumpling's to start, then Northern Spare ribs with dry rub, eggplant stir fry & chicken & shrimp fried rice.The softly lit candles & dim lighting set the mood. Our waiter Anthony, was excellent.

. wtf is this ? The chicken is literally plain , no seasoning, and it's literally fat ... this is horrible . VERY disappointing especially for an overrated price . Plus they forgot 2 other side orders .. smh this place is trash will never come back

Last minute decision to get dinner out and picked PF Chang's. Great choice. We ordered the short ribs, pork fried rice, noodles and sesame chicken. Plus I had a Chang's Mai Tai. Sara helped us with the food delivery and we enjoyed a quiet dinner.

We were seated at the invisible table. No waiter, no service, not even any eye contact from the staff waiting around. We asked a bus boy for water, which he brought. We had to ask another waiter to order food and he got on his radio to ask who had us. Thank goodness the manager showed up. He took our order and we had appetizers right away. He saved our dinner. The food at Changs is always excellent although a little pricey for the potion sizes. I love the food so we will be back but some communication from the hostess and the server might need some work

Order consisted of a salad no protein and dumplings. It was not ready until 20 after six. Parking lot and restaurant was total chaos. Maybe a new manager is in order I've had the same issues when dining in. Not all the orders are ready at the same time. Apparently chaos in the kitchen as well. Received cold dumplings and a dry salad and no dressing on the side. Thanks PF Changs. Please someone check on this store they need help badly.

This PF Chang's had the worst service and believe it or not , you could not get a Mai Tai because they ran out of rum and juices. Will not be going back to that location.
