F.Chang's we've been to in over a decade, I am amazed at the quality and quantity of food that we received. It was delicious and just what we needed and wanted while around the Strip.

Patreice was nice and professioanl. I feel the service was great. I loved the food, I often get the Changs spicy chicken and the hot sour soup. The food wasn't made as I ordered it, I don't feel this was Patrice's error though. I'm sure I'll return

The server, Teddy, was wonderful, he was very attentive and always checked how we were doing. The Manager, Sheila, was great and made conversation with us. And we also heard her going to each table checking on them as well. Best service! Will definitely come back when we're in the area!

A happy experience at ANY restaurant begins with the interaction you have with the hostess. Thank you Patrice!! Patrice was professional and kind to us and to other guests. She smiled, she addressed the children in the group AND when she saw a gentleman standing near his companion at the bar (only one person had a bar stool) PATRICE went above and beyond and got him a chair. Oh yeah, we craved a quick meal and the food was great! We ordered the fried green beans either spicy sauce, orange chicken, fried rice, beef broccoli and noodles. All the traditional stuff and none disappointed.

I ordered the honey shrimp and lo mein which were served in a huge portion. The service was excellent from the greeting person as you enter the establishment to DEE our Great Server who made sure we had our correct drinks to giving us plenty of time decide on our meal selection. DEE made our experience at P.F. Chang's a memorable one. My family and I will definitely return to this location at 1095 S. Rampart Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89128. Bill the manager was a pleasure to speak to . Thank You Bill. The ambiance at this location was excellent. This restaurant was very clean from the entrance to our seating location and every other section of this locale. I can go on and on about this P.F. Chang but I also know that other people have to get the opportunity to give their feedback about P.F. Chang.

My boyfriend & I both loved not only the lettuce wraps but our entrées as well. The lettuce wraps were fresh and the sauce they give you with it was super tasty. The sushi roll was fresh and the chicken was cooked perfectly. We had the pleasure of having Marcus as our server and he was attentive, helpful, and super friendly. We had made a reservation for 9 o'clock on Tuesday and we actually got seated a few minutes early which was nice. The detail of the decor inside the restaurant was super pretty and I was so happy I decided to have my birthday dinner at P.F. Chang's! I also noticed that they have a lunch special that I'd like to try in the future, 10/10 would recommend!
Disappointing Food , Great Atmosphere
After all these years , this was my first time going to a P F Chang's. My son and daughter in law wanted to go and I was meaning to try them for a while. I've tried the frozen meals in the grocery store and figured they had to be better in person of course. The restaurant was clean and I really liked the decor. We were seated right away and greeted at our table for our drink orders and such. We got the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Crab Rangoon as appetizers. For the main dishes we got Chang's Spicy Chicken which is supposed to be like their version of General Tso's Chicken and Pepper Steak. We also got a side of Chicken Fried Rice to share since we were told the two entrees came with a small bowl of white rice each. My son also got a piece of cheesecake for his birthday which he took home to eat later. The Chicken Lettuce Wraps which are one of my favorites was very plain. The tiny little cup of sauce we got was enough for 2 wraps. We asked for a larger bowl which they did bring us , but it seemed like a totally different sauce. One of the other waitresses told us it wasn't mixed properly and that is why it seemed different and they brought us out another tiny bowl of the first sauce. It is holds about 2 teaspoons of sauce and we had 7 lettuce wraps. The first sauce tasted about right but was very weak and watered down and the second sauce was more of like hot sauce and who knows what. The 2 main entrees came to the table and we were so surprised at how little they were. These are meant to be shared , but was more like a snack for someone. I've never been to an Asian restaurant that brought you so little for your main entrees and I've eaten at a ton of Asian restaurants especially in Las Vegas. The Chang's Chicken was okay , nothing special. The Pepper Steak was okay also and tasted better if you ate a piece with a piece of bell pepper. The first time they brought out our Fried Rice it was Shrimp Fried Rice and we ordered Chicken Fried Rice since I don't eat seafood. We waited a few minutes for the new bowl , but began eating the main entrees with the white rice so our food didn't get cold. The Chicken Fried Rice was the only dish that seemed the appropriate size for an Asian restaurant. The Lettuce Wraps were also a good size portion and the Crab Rangoon was 6 pieces. My son and daughter in law liked them. The bowls of white rice that they brought out for each of the 2 entrees was like one handful each ! Also my son ate the Cheesecake the next day and said he gave it a 2 out of 10 and he loves cheesecake. All in all it was a major disappointment. If the food matched the decor it would be great. The food was I would say just a hair better than Panda Express , but more expensive and smaller portions. We all agreed we will not go back to another P F Chang's.

Hmmm, how long does it take to get service for a to go order? Went there about 9:40 on Tuesday night, walked up to the take out area and waited for someone to take my order. 5 minutes pass so I go over to the hosts' stand and ask if there is anyone working there and she replies that she'll call someone to help me. Go back and wait another 5 minutes. Return to the hosts' stand and ask again for to go service and receive the same reply. No apology given for duration of waiting. Return to the to go area one more time. While waiting for another 5 minutes, the hostess passes by and asks "Have you been helped?" I say no, no one has come by, and she replies Let me call someone to help you. At that point I say, sorry I'll find another restaurant. If she would of said, "Let me get your order or Let me get my manager, I would have placed the order, but no one willing to take an order for 4 entrees and 2 appetizers, maybe a dessert or 2.

Our server was Daisy M. and she was great. We required special needs of Non-dairy food. Daisy provided us a list of accommodating foods. We had no issues with our food. we had: 1. Chang's Spare Ribs (Dairy Free) $ 18.00 very good 2. Honey Chicken (Dairy Free) $ 23.50 very good 3. Pad Thai Chicken (Dairy Free) $ 21.50 very good 4. Beef with Broccoli $ 24.00 wasn't sure if cross contaminated. very good 5. Edamame $ 11.00 wasn't sure if not cross contaminated. very good Gekkeikan Large Jar Sake $9.00 (Dairy Free) hahaha very good sorry no pictures.

F. Chang's!!!!!! My friend got me a $100 gift card few years ago and I used it once and I forgotten about it. I should have at least $75 left. I tried to use it not too long ago and called the number on the back of the card to confirm how much I have left. It was ZERO!!!! Are you kidding me??? It's a gift card! It should never expire!! No where on the card states it will expire! Sneaky and greedy company!!! Stay away from P.F. Chang's!!!!

Stick to their strong dishes! We had a late lunch, and were starving by the time we got out of our show, and happen to stumble upon P F Chang's. The lettuce wraps (GREAT), the Mongolian beef (YES). I didn't exactly need the entire bottle of sake that I had mistakenly ordered, but I was relieved just to simply be eating at the bar -- there was a crazy wait for a table, despite there being many open tables. And our bartender was really friendly and nice.
The food was ok but the bill was not right.
The food should have been lunch special but it was charged on the regular price. This is not acceptable. When you come to Vegas just eat something rather than Chinese

When I signed the receipt for a takeout, I only agreed to pay $21.13. However, when I received my credit card statement, they charged me $25.26. Screenshots are attached as proof. Be aware of their dirty business practice!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
