We had lunch here as our first meal shortly after arriving in Vegas. The quality of meat and the meals were very good. We loved all of the food we ordered which included the Mongolian beef, calamari, Kung Pao shrimp, and chow mein. Servers were very attentive. Great visit!

PF Changs is always consistently good. This location holds up the brand value really well. In Planet Hollywood and overlooking the strip, the atmosphere is very good. I had Chang’s spicy chicken yesterday and it was excellent. I recommend.

We weren't sure where to eat on a Saturday around lunch time. Pretty much every restaurant had an insane wait time, so we settled for PF Chang's. It turns out we didn't actually settle at all!The lettuce wraps were fresh and delicious. The tempera string beans were great.Everyone loved their entrees - Pad Thai, Pork Fried Rice, Mongolian Steak bowl, and Glass Noodle dish.The service was fast and efficient and super friendly. Going to try to go to PF Chang's more often now!

I am not a fan of this chain and my local franchise is not on my favorites list.. We went there because were arrived in LV late and it was in our hotel. BUT this location was exception in all respects, best meal I had in Las Vegas and top notch service from Dylan.

We'd seen PF Chang's mentioned in many tv shows and movies, so wanted to see what it was all about. The fact we love Asian food also played a small part in this..... This venue is accessible directly from the strip and inside the Planet Hollywood Resort. Service was good and the restaurant was clean. It was getting busier during our visit but it didn't seem to affect service. There was a minor delay in getting one drink and for this we received a proactive apology - which makes such a welcome change from just about anywhere else we have ever been. Prices appeared lower than elsewhere on the strip and the portion sizes were very generous. Food was very hot and tasty. We had two starters and two lunch bowls and would probably have the same choices again. Really happy with this meal. Will go to another one if I come across one in the future.

We stopped by for a quick lunch while gambling inside Planet Hollywood. We ordered the chicken pad Thai and changs spicy chicken. Both were super fresh tasting. The restaurant was empty at the time we went. It is like any other PF changs when it comes to ambiance. Our server was very nice and informative with all questions we had.

Was last here. It feels much more open--with the bar facing the street so you can people-watch.The bartenders were cordial and informative and we ordered a lot of appetizers for our late lunch. It was just enough food and was tasty to boot! Love it here!

I would like to point out that this review does not reflect the server we had that night. This is solely based on food. Service was a solid four, maybe five, he tried hard to manage our large group.We had a large party in town for a trade show. We had a large table and we had one server for a 20-person table. He hustled and did everything he could to keep the drinks flowing which obviously mattered to this group.The reason I'm giving it three stars is really truly the food. I know, it's a PF Chang's, what could I expect? Just expect that certain things would have flavor other than salt. Or maybe, the protein could be some sort of discernible protein. Honestly though, it was a reasonable place for a group setting, and our CFO determined that the price was right, so I guess it's just a meh experience overall. P.S. One day, there will be a shift in Las Vegas and there will be bathrooms in the restaurants in the hotels/ casinos so that you don't have to travel a quarter mile just to take a pee. This was not that day.P.P.S honestly the Phad Thai looked okay, but the two people who had it I couldn't trust to make a recommendation on food so your mileage may vary.

But this experience was pretty bad. We ordered 3 dishes. One came with out the dipping sauce, which we were told was coming soon and never came. Then we never got our lettuce wraps. The waiter Devonte never even checked on us but walked by us several times. On top of that we had a booth with speaker over head and it just kept buzzing. I can understand during a busy period that service can slip a bit, it's expected. However, this was at 4:30 in the afternoon. When we told the waiter that we never received our sauce and lettuce wraps he said, "ok". There was no apology. This was absolutely horrible. Just skip this place. It's not worth anyone's time.

Went with family. You need to book in the evening. We didn’t and we’re sent away for a while. They then text and said our table was ready. Service was very good and the food was delicious and plenty to eat. Would return.

My wife and I decided to go to PF Chang after having visited the chains other restaurants in Dubai and London, quite frankly we were left extremely disappointed. We was allowed to be left to wait for about 3-4 minutes before we was acknowledged at the door and then was served by a young lady who showed no enthusiasm whatsoever. The restaurant was extremely quiet yet they decided to put us next to the stairs which we found surprising. A waiter came to take our drinks order and we was not ready to order so asked for 5 minutes and the attitude we received was so poor that we we decided to walk out and eat some place else! We love PF Chang food but was not meant to be this time round :(

Cha-Chang on the Won Ton Soup

This was my second time to this chain restaurant and first time in Las Vegas where it is located in the Planet Hollywood casino. My prior experience was in 8 years ago Houston (2014) which I recall as average with poor service. They have a very large bar downstairs and a lot of tables upstairs with a small working bar. Drinks included Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc ($21- 9 ounces), Josh Merlot ($17 – 9 ounces), Rising Dragon ($16) and Green Tea ($6). Our order included two cups ($8 / each) and two bowls ($13 each) of Wonton soup - Savory broth, house-made pork wontons, shrimp, chicken, fried rice ($5), Mongolian beef ($28) - Sweet soy glaze, garlic, and snipped green onion, Pepper Steak ($24) - Pepper-garlic sauce, flank steak, onion, bell pepper, and two Beef with Broccoli ($48 / two) - Flank steak, ginger-garlic aromatics, green onion, steamed broccoli. What I liked: - The Won Ton soup may have been the best I have ever had. The broth was darker than most, and full of great ingredients and flavor. - The beef in the Mongolian beef was very tender What I Did Not Like: - There was an extended wait time to be seated even though there were a lot of empty tables - The lighting was very dim - Service was inattentive - It took a really long time to get our drinks - I was never asked if I needed a refill of my green tea - There were too many scallions in the Mongolian beef - The Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc price per glass was around 2.25x value where 3x retail is fair value and 5x retail is very good value. The Jos Merlot was 2.75x retail value. - The price points for the food were higher than I would have expected for what we got Based on this visit, I would consider dining at a PF Chang’s in the future.

We prebooked a table for 10. On arrival, another group had occupied our table and we were asked to take a high top table at the bar. This wasn’t satisfactory for us due to specifically booking 4 weeks in advance for a normal table. Staff didn’t really handle the situation well and quite frankly should have moved the people they’d mis-seated. Eventually we were seated after having a couple drinks at the bar waiting. The food is always delicious and one of our favourites to visit.

My wife and I went here expecting the usual good quality and previously good service but were very disappointed on both counts. I was told over the phone when we made our reservation that I could use my Caesars Rewards credits at this location on a 1 for 1 basis since we were staying at a Caesars property (Bally's). No. They charge 2-for-1.

Service by primary server was horrible. No settings at table, had to ask. After food came, the beef in the beef and broccoli dish was a bit tough so we asked for knives. Never came. Tore apart the beef with our chopsticks and fork.

We were offered a free dessert but we just wanted to get out of there, especially with a vagrant standing just outside our eating area (we ate outside) screaming at us for some unknown reason. No attempt by staff to shoo him away. We paid with cash just so we could get out of there.

This was the worst experience of our 3-day L.V. stay. Will NOT go back.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
