We had a great table next to the water show - great views, vibes, everything, could not have asked for a better seat. The jamon iberico was tasteless. The seafood (lobster salad and scallop) was delish! The foie gras, however, was too fatty - I actually had to vomit it out later that evening because it made me feel so sick. The filet mignon was overcooked and tasted more like chuck steak than actual filet mignon. We took the dessert home and the service was superb!
😍
Food was great, but the service was greater.
Thank you Ryland for making our night, and birthday such a memorable experience!!

The best fine dining restaurant + service + view ever had!
The best fine dining restaurant + service + view ever had! Make a reservation online (recommend when they first open at 5:30) and request to be seated outside. You'll be able to enjoy a few water shows with dinner every 30 minutes. Get the wine pairing. Totally worth having fancy wine that you can't get at your Bevmo.
😍
I messed up and didn't post this draft from years ago.
Well here it is now. From beginning to end Picasso took me to a place in food I never knew existed. It's one thing to have incredible ambiance and service but when every dish is remarkable. It's easily a perfect 5 star review. This restaurant located inside the Bellagio Hotel sits behind the man made lake in front of the hotel. We sat on the the outdoor patio and enjoyed the water show as we at dinner. Excellent and memorable from beginning to end. I could go into detail but it would take too long. The food is exquisite and there's a reason the have a Michelin star
😒
Disappointing overly expensive dinner
Not as good as expected. We were visiting friends in Las Vegas who took us to Picasso as a multi starred Michelin restaurant. There are NO Michelin starred restaurants in Las Vegas. They withdrew in 2009, and all the restaurants are living off of stars they may have had 13 years ago. Our dinner at Picasso (all the artwork has been sold) was mediocre at best. Excellent foie gras (which does not require chef expertise) and the rest of the imposed tasting menu. It’s Las Vegas so we watched the Bellagio fountains which distracted us from the very expensive not totally worth it menu. Las Vegas is not a foodie paradise despite what they want you to think.
If you only visit one restaurant in the Bellagio then this is where you should be. They've absolutely nailed it from service, through wine list, great staff, ambience and value for money (but remember this is "posh nosh").
🤮
Extremely overpriced for food of very low quality.
Don't waste your money. Small portions, low quality.

Pick this one over le cirque, if you're having a hard time
Pick this one over le cirque, if you're having a hard time deciding. The oysters caviar was the star of the show, and ordered extra or this once bliss hit my mouth. Their desserts however could use some improvement - maybe something simple that ends the meal with a bang! BRB dreaming of the oysters bc I am ghee after all ;)

This was my second time going to Picasso, but wow what a treat! You have the option of 3 prix fixe menus one of which is a seasonal truffle menu. Basically everything is infused with truffle which translates to more expensive menu. There is a 4th vegetarian menu, but since none us were vegetarians, I wasn't able to get a shot of it. But don't worry, if you're vegetarian you're covered!I started off with the quail salad. Now, I'll admit, it did not look appetizing to me. Honestly, it looked like a collection of salad surrounded by little rat feet, but If you can get past the optics, it is very delicious. Just the right amount of salt mixed in with the salad. The next course was the tuna carpaccio. Probably my favorite dish. Savory mixed with a little bit of citrus. YUM! Next came the lobster thermidor. I absolutely loved it. The plating was amazing and the sauce was perfect. For this entree item you'll need to spend an additional 30 dollars unfortunately. It's worth it. Finally the dessert. Their most popular items are the soufflé and the warm chocolate fondant. I went with the soufflé. This is my first time having a supply, so take my opinion with a grain of salt. I thought it was just okay. It has too much of an egg taste for me. I think I will go for the chocolate fondant the next time I go. Definitely will be coming back. The ambiance! Wow! You have the option of sitting out on the patio. You have a gorgeous view of the bellagio fountains. If you can get a table on the patio, definitely get it!
Hands down the best meal I have ever had. The service is impeccable and the restaurant is so unique with the genuine Picasso art and view of the fountains. The quality of the food was exceptional and worth the 2 Michelin Stars this restaurant has earned. This was such an appropriate venue to celebrate a medical and dental school acceptance dinner date.

Vegas! We celebrated my birthday here and we didn't have a reservation. The Chef happened to answer the phone and invited us in. We had an amazing night and the food was amazing. Check out my photos. Wine service was great too.

Hands down the best restaurant we've been to in Vegas (so far)!!! Our flight was delayed so we were rushing to our hotel to get changed (attire is business elegant) and ended up being 30 minutes late but we texted the restaurant ahead of time and they were very nice about it. The three of us ordered both the Menu Degustation (5 course) and Pre Fixe Menu (4 course). Some highlights below:Complimentary starter - This was one of our favorites. It consisted of a very flavorful chowder that had bit of crunchy texture and a fried...potato/veggie bits(?). Both were not heavy and perfect way to start the Picasso journey. Menu Degustation (5 course) Pan Seared U-10 Day Boat Scallop - The scallop was fresh, juicy and tender. Mashed potato was also spot on. Sauteed Steak of "A" Foie Gras - This was my favorite dish of the night. No one can say no to a perfectly cooked, melted in your mouth foie gras. The sweetness and acidity of the poached pear greatly complemented the foie gras as well. Pre Fixe Menu (4 course) Poached Oysters - We saw a lot of great reviews about the oysters and it did not disappoint! The oysters were super fresh and combined with the white sauce and caviar it was milky and soft (not salty or metallic). AMAZING. Roasted Pigeon - The meat was tender and had great portions, warm sauce they pour on top added great flavors. Rice risotto was a delight surprise too. DessertGrand Marnier Soufflé - The soufflé was light, fluffy and not overly sweet. Loved the chocolate gelato too.We will be returning many times in the future!!!

Safe for Celiacs !Okay, I have to admit that I was nervous before coming here because they did not label anything gluten free on their set menu. However, the staff was amazing with accommodating the set dishes to be gluten free. They even brought out gluten free bread for me.The dishes were pretty good and even though they were small, I was full by the time it got to the last dish. One thing that could of been improved is the frequency that the waiter check in on us. I felt like we had to hunt him down.
Got seats outside with fountain view. It was cold and windy out so I asked our waiter if the heat lamp could be scooted a bit closer to the table. He goes "they need to be distributed evenly. It does get chilly out here." Then arrives a white couple right next to us. Waiter drags the heat lamp away from us to accommodate the blonde white lady. Then he also brings her blankets and shawls, constantly asking her if she's warm enough. Will not recommend or go back to a restaurant with racist staff.Fountain view was fantastic. Food mediocre.

Wonderful dinner with fantastic service by Robert .
. table on the terrace and being served by Robert .. great evening
😍
Food was absolutely perfect.
Service was good but one thing that bothered me was the table location. There was a lot of traffic among the staff. Wish they had the table arrangement better and strategically laid out so to avoid the traffic in the restaurant. Aside from that, the food far made up for it.
😍

This is one of the restaurants I always revisit whenever I'm in Vegas. For a Michelin restaurant, pricing is reasonable. Service here has always been great. If you can sit outdoors, the view overlooks the bellagio fountains and is amazing. We ordered the pre fix menu, which came with a lobster salad, scallop, foie gras, and steak. In addition to deserts and chocolates. Other than a great food menu, Picasso has great wine and pairings as well as beautiful art on the wall. Need to visit at least once while in Vegas.

The fact that Picasso has two Michelin stars is absolutely
The fact that Picasso has two Michelin stars is absolutely beyond me. This was by far the worst Michelin I've ever eaten at, and one of the worst meals I've ever had in general. There is no creativity whatsoever in the ingredient pairings, the atmosphere, and we felt that there was a general misunderstanding of what "delicious" is. We chose to skip the chef's tasting menu (which is very unlike us) and instead build our own. First plate was iberico-- literally, an entire plate full of iberico. Why would I want to eat an entire plate of iberico? And what could you have possibly done to this iberico to make it two star worthy? After eating two rich pieces, I wanted to be done. Next, "10 day boat scallop"-- it is a single scallop placed on mashed potato with Thanksgiving gravy. Again, I ask.... Why?? WHY??? The third plate was "crispy gnocchi". It was just that. Bland, plain, crispy gnocchi. Finally, we end on.... Lobster Thermidor. It is lobster drenched in butter and a tomato sauce that is so heavy, there is no lobster flavor. There is only lobster texture combined with tomato flavor-- incredibly unappetizing. Dessert was brought- I selected the lemon tarte which was just ok. Finally, we were brought tiny desserts- a small cookie, a macaroon, a Madeline, a chocolate. The cookie was so hard I literally couldn't bite into it. The wine menu? I was so struck by how light it was, I pulled out my phone to check the reviews of the wines.... And saw they are $20 mediocrely rated bottles available at your local Total Wine. A $250 meal deserved better than that. The atmosphere everyone raves about? It was hard to appreciate when the waiters station is a huge, tall object in the middle of the dining room blocking half of the tables from the Bellagio fountain view. And to add insult to injury, the place huge plants on top of said huge waiters station just to really rub it in that you have no shot at seeing the fountains. An absolutely bewildering experience.
🙂
Really enjoyed my dinner here! Great service.
Love the aesthetics of the place (heart eyes on those picasso plates!) and the view of Bellagio fountain in the background.I chose the prix fixe menu because I wanted the warm quail salad and the veal chop. Then, I did a $10 upgrade to have the seared foie gras from the degustation menu, as I much prefer that compared to a terrine foie gras. All three choices turned out perfect - perfectly cooked and seasoned. Quail and veal were super tender. Highly recommend all three items! Had to have their soufflé for dessert. If you love soufflé, theirs is fluffy and light; not too sweet. A proper one.The only thing I was not satisfied with was their cocktail. Tried their old fashioned and it was quite watered down. I think having wine would have been a better choice here.
What a joke this restaurant is. The service was terrible. The food was mediocre. I did not finish my meals because they were not good. I can’t believe this place is still open. It is pretentious and overrated. My husband and I enjoy fine dining when we vacation and we were looking forward to it. I understand in waiting between courses but the wait time at this place is not well choreographed. It was way too long. We were there for three hours and I could not wait to leave. Please spend your money somewhere else. This place does not deserve to be in business. Maybe at one time when they received the Michelin Star back in 2009 it was a fine establishment. It is a dismal restaurant. Rude and food that needed salt.
😒
Both the food and service were disappointing
We had high expectations for Picasso, and we were rather disappointed. The food was very hit and miss. Some items were excellent but others, such as the fallow deer entree, were simply not good and should not be on the menu. The service was very poor. Despite asking us if we were going to a show after dinner when we arrived and knowing what time we needed to be through, they took forever to take our order and were very slow between courses. When we complained, they finally made an effort to move things along, but we just barely finished in time for our show. In addition, the waiter was pushy and didn't listen to us in general. On the positive side, the ambiance is wonderful with elegant lighting, huge arrangements of fresh flowers, and the gorgeous fountains just outside the windows. Overall, however, we were not impressed. Guy Savoy offers a far superior fine dining experience in Las Vegas.
😍
One of the best dining experiences we have ever had - words
One of the best dining experiences we have ever had - words will not be able to do justice to it. To start, the restaurant is beautiful and elegant with magnificent Picasso artwork. The tables face outside, so you can see the Bellagio fountain show while you dine. We are inside, and we still had a wonderful view of the show.My palate had never tasted anything as delicious as the food here, and it was one of the best dinners I have ever had. The cocktails were great. Foie gras and the scallop were the highlight of dinner for me. My husband loved the lamb. Dessert was phenomenal.Service staff here were amazing. Friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. Make this a must stop while in Vegas, and make sure to secure a reservation in advance! You will not be disappointed.
😍
I have eaten at many places but I can honestly say Picasso
I have eaten at many places but I can honestly say Picasso set the bar extremely high! Every course was exceptionally perfect from taste to presentation to the most beautiful view of Vegas.I've never had such amazing food in my life. The scallop was cooked to perfection, best sea bass I've ever had literally melted in your mouth, and lastly the soufflé was to die for. I can't wait to go back. Truly a memorable experience everyone needs to experience once in their life!
For over 20 years this restaurant has been the gold standard for Las Vegas cuisine, and well deserved. Excellent food, superb wine list, relaxed yet sophisticated dining room, and outstanding service. I have dined at Picasso over two decades and have thoroughly enjoyed each dining experience, that is until this past week. Firstly, upon entering the dining room I was surprised that the many pieces of Picasso's original art were missing. I was informed by our waiter that the objets d'art were sold by the owners of the restaurant (MGM resorts) for 150 million dollars and were not going to be replaced. Secondly, the menu, although consistent, is beginning to seem dated and unimaginative, resulting in a solid "good" but definitely not great. Nothing that I was served raised to the level of truly original or imaginative. Thirdly, the service was nowhere near outstanding, nor excellent, not even very good. It was average, and sadly at times unintendedly comical (how can someone really mistake the difference between walnut bread with raisins for french bread with manchego cheese?) . Additionally, although this is not completely the fault of the restaurant, I have wondered the last two times I have dined at Picasso over the past year why there is even a dress code when it is blatantly disregarded by a noticeable number of patrons wearing very casual attire, such as a t-shirt and a pair of jeans or sweatpants. Lastly, not only are the Picasso original pieces of art gone, so also is the parting gift (an elegant box of sweets) a thing of the past. I left with the distinct impression that the operators of the restaurant no longer are interested in providing their diners with an outstanding and memorable experience. Sadly, I realized that it is now time for me to move on from my once treasured Picasso, and find the new Las Vegas culinary gem that is setting the gold standard for dining excellence.

Dinner with adult family
Service was French impeccable. Food was delicious but not outstanding. In other words not worth the price tag sadly. Wine pairing wasn't perfect ( lobster and frois gras were both lovely. Sherry with Iberico was… difficult ).
A lovely dinner but I wouldn’t do it again.
😍
Excellent Dining Experience
We had an excellent dinner on the patio facing the Bellagio Fountains. Each course and wine pairing were excellent. The Pigeon and Veal were standouts. Excellent service capped a truly wonderful dining experience.
😍
Super wine pairing with menu. Excellent Jambon
My spouse and I went to Picasso restaurant when we stayed at the hotel Bellagio for 4 nights. It’s as good as Savoie and we did not have to valley park at the Cesar hotel. We especially love the Jambon from Spain as our menu gastronomic. Service was excellent and the wine pairing very good also
We had the most amazing dining experience at Picasso on Thanksgiving. I was a little disappointed when I found out that they sold all of their Picasso paintings except one, but the experience definitely made up for it. First, all of the staff were exceptional. Special thanks the Gene the bartender for chatting us up while we waited for our table. Everyone was so attentive and knowledgeable about accommodating my vegan diet. The restaurant is gorgeous. I loved the table of fresh flowers. And it has the best views of Las Vegas. We sat inside as it was a little too cold for me for the balcony. The balcony is great but it’s also really romantic inside. I got the vegan tasting menu and my husband got the regular tasting menu with the filet. Wow, the vegan tasting menu was exceptional! Everything was superb. I can honestly say it was the best meal I’ve ever had. I savored every bite! We also appreciated the stuffing, potatoes, and cranberry sauce -chefs compliments for Thanksgiving. I appreciate that they had a vegan dessert option- the sorbet (many places only offer fruit). The sorbet was really good. My only suggestion would be to include a more decadent vegan dessert option on the menu. Something more rich, such as a vegan chocolate cake or a vegan cheesecake would have really hit the spot. I was jealous of my husband’s strawberry cheesecake! It looked phenomenal. I loved the dark chocolate Picasso paintings that they give you when you leave. For those wondering how much a dinner will cost- our bill came to $580 (that’s including a 20% tip). We had the 4 course menu and 5 drinks. Pricey but definitely worth it!
