I see some people complained about a crispy pizza but I had the opposite problem. It was cooked all the way but all the crust was soft. Ricotta would fall off a slice since it bent so much. They put a ton of garlic on the white pizza which I enjoyed. Knocked a star for the soft crust and attempt to message them about times on instagram and they wouldn't respond but would post. Gained a star because the last working the counter and who boxed my white pizza up was super pretty

Yummy! Yummy! Loved the crust!! Very friendly and fast service. Small place with big flavors. Only wish we had found them earlier and wish they had been open later.

Hidden gem (maybe not so much anymore) of a pizza place, with rotating slices and apparently very good subs too. I really appreciated I could order by the slice, and tried both a pepperoni and veg slice. The veg slice was broccoli and white pizza, and it was delicious but could have used more garlic and seasoning/salt in the cheese. The breading though was great and it managed to be crispy and hold itself together, despite the generous toppings. Would definitely recommend paying them a stop if you're in the area. No brainer if you're going to explore nearby downtown or taking out of towners. This holds up to the best NYC slice shops IMO, having been from the east coast.

The pizza was great! The staff is lovely and sweet and pretty and cute. I love the NY style slices. Probably the best pizza in town.

Pizza was fantastic!! I tried the daily pie and was absolutely blown away! Service was incredible as well. Will be going back a soon as i'm in town again.
Be the first to ReplyI wasn't a fan.
It depends what you're looking for though, I guess. The dough is thin and crispy. I prefer at least a little bit of chew to it, and only a very thin, subtle crispiness on the outside of the dough. I also like thicker, chewy crust with a bit of flavor. I also just prefer different flavors. The main thing I got was saltiness and oregano. That's what came through for me. The taste of the cheese didn't really come through, it was moreso just oily and kinda glooped together. I also prefer to get a lot more flavor from the sauce. I like a pop of acid and notes of sweetness, but didn't notice much of either.
Be the first to ReplyHands down, one of the best pizza places I've been to.
Thin and crispy dough with amazing flavor. Also got the hoagie tuna and it was delicious. This place is located close to pikes place and is a must when visiting seattle. Will be coming back soon!

Their pizza is great but their interpretation of a chopped cheese was one of the most insulting things I've ever put in my mouth. It was a dry meatball sub sans tomato sauce. At $18 a pop I've been robbed and I sit ashamed of my discretionary spending. The sandwich was a total let down but the bread was tasty. No redeemable qualities otherwise.
Be the first to ReplyHave been here a few times as it's a block from my office.
Always quick and fresh pizza. Two slices were $11 and some change. The pizza is good, it's thin crust with sparse toppings, perfect to eat walking back to my office. Staff is friendly and I like their ordering system where you order inside and wait outside since the place is small. This is definitely a place where you eat as you walk to your next location- there isn't a ton of seating or room inside. Definitely going to come back whenever I need an easy hot lunch on a work day.

This is a little cool spot to grab a slice of pizza walk around Pike market area when I come back again yes the pizza I would say it was a solid 7.3. The service was up to par. Very great.

Think it's fair to say that this could be the best pizza in Seattle. Reminds me a lot of a NY/CT style. Folds, great sauce, perfect blend of toppings.

Solid hole-in-the-wall pizza spot near Pike Place! I got the cheese slice which cost $4.50 before tax. It reminded me of New York style pizza, which is always a high compliment. I definitely need to come back and try their other items!

We were visited Seattle for the first time & was referred to Post Alley Pizza by a local chef. Overall, a great lunch spot that's quick and easy! We ordered the Pepperoni, Cheese & Daily Veggie Special Pizza (which had broccoli rabe and mushrooms). This is your typical New York style pizza & it was great! I personally loved the pepperoni. Only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because other than the food, the experience isn't just stellar. You order at a counter, customer service is fine & there's minimum seating. But like I said above, it is great for a come & go lunch - which it looked like many locals were doing.

I love the vibe of the hole-in-the-wall, tiny pizza place in the alley! The sandwiches are really delicious, I've tried both the tuna and the Italian, but I think I'd chose the Italian again and again.
Be the first to ReplySo glad I stumbled on this place.
I was at Pike Place craving a slice and found this little hole in the wall hidden at the very far end of Post Alley. It's a small pizza joint that's mostly takeout so don't plan on eating there because there's only about 4-5 small counter spots inside with barely any standing room. They have slices of pepperoni, cheese and a daily meat and vegetarian special. I got pepperoni and they heated up the slice too, which I appreciate. I'm kind of a pizza snob once I had the real thing in Italy. But it was a pretty darn good slice of pizza. The ingredients tasted fresh, the sauce was tasty and it satisfied my craving. It reminded me of pizza in New York. They have a consistent flow of regular customers which isn't surprising. I'll definitely be hitting this place up again next time I'm there.

amazing!!!! after moving from ny, i've struggled to find something that is like a ny slice in seattle and lemme tell you.... post alley is the closest thing to ny pizza i've found. 10/10 rec!
Be the first to ReplyIt's okay.
Crispy thin crust. Just not the slice that I'm looking for. The hunt continues. (Cute place, tucked away from the market madness).

I've been wanting to go here but the last few times I went here, they were closed. Luckily, this time we were able to swing by since we were in the area! I got a slice of the meat pizza and got seated. It's a tiny store so there are only 6 seats. The slice was just the right size. The crust was thin but perfectly crispy. The cheese was sufficiently stretchy but still easy to eat and the meat was flavorful on its own! This is one of those food items that are simple yet so perfect!

Small pizza place tucked away within walking distance of the pier. Service was super fast, pizza was yummy and it was surprisingly quiet in there. Had a great time eating the pizza and watching the rain late at night. I loved it!

Quick trip to Seattle Just stumbled across this place and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor. No pics to add but yes, a must try!
Be the first to ReplyOne of my favorite pizza joints downtown.
As a cozy corner cafe, it has a charming little seating area inside amongst super neat & cool artsy things, great assortment of spices (garlic, oregano, a red spice with allepo---what! add these amazing aromatic flavors to your pie) and order window outside. The staff was nice; the gal up front took my few vegan questions in stride.A custom small margherita pizza with a few added toppings (red onion & basil after-bake). Super yummy and this style thin crust is great to roll into a "pizza roll". They said flour is sourced from local Cairnsprings Mills which is cool; not sure if they used regular or the organic variety. I appreciate their focus on local quality sourcing [when possible].Feedback: be more consistent/thorough with labelling vegan options (i.e., vegan is on the website but not the window menu, list options for omitting).Cool beans! And I like the short & sweet cheeky humor coolness of just "pizza" in their description here.
Be the first to ReplyGreat pizza.
Hot oven well fire oven. The pizza comes thin but the dough is great quality. The cheese is great quality too with tomatoes sauce. The delivery of placing this place in a quiet alley is great as well.

This place is very unassuming since it's located in such a random place in an alley which is a bit far from pike place. However, the pizza is extremely good for its price and I would definitely recommend this place.
Be the first to ReplyThis is a 4.
5 star review, because the pizza here is really solid. Came here for a slice just before heading to an event and I've read good things about Post Alley Pizza. My friend and I each got a slice. He got the pepperoni and I got the Daily Special slice which had ground beef, pepperoncini, and olives on a white base. I loved this slice. I'm a huge fan of white base pizzas, so it was a no brainer. The first thing we both noticed on the slices was the integrity of the crust. It wasn't soggy and it held its structure when you picked it up. Loved how crunchy it was when you bit into it. I can't say enough about the white base to make it justice. The blend of pepperoncini and olives went so well with it, I ate my slice so fast. Slices here range from about $4.25 to $4.75 and is worth it if you're walking around Pike Place. Whole pies are reasonably priced too, considering how expensive whole pizza cost these days around Seattle. It's a small little shop tucked South of Post Alley and it's great for a quick lunch or snack break before you head back to exploring the market.I'm definitely coming back for more slices or a whole pizza, but I really want to try their hoagies. I love sandwiches and I need to see if they're just as good as the pizzas.
Be the first to ReplyBest NY style pizza in Seattle, IMHO.
If you like NY style, give this a try. There's not much more to say.
