Food and ambience is great, but beware of the upsell and always check to make sure your bill is accurate. Every time I have gone here there has been an issue with the bill and it is always in the restaurant's favor. This afternoon a drink that was included with my entree was not offered and the drink included with my partner's meal was charged as a separate drink. The waitress "agreed" that was unfair but did not refund the money. You have to be very vigilant if you want to eat here. The moment you enter the door they will ask in a friendly way if you want an expensive drink, then when you order your food they will ask if you want expensive extras on everything. Buyer beware.
Tasty authentic Mexican breakfast with homemade bread
Best croissants I’ve ever tried on the same level as Parisian ones. Good cappuccino and a light horchata with a leaf that makes it give a refreshing flavor with the hot sun. Crunchy homemade in house conchas and tasty flavoring huevos rancheros with an interesting sauce authentically Mexican. I will say in the mornings Mexico City is a bit chilly so get outside seating because inside seating is near the kitchen which was really hot. Other than that tasty breakfast overall.

I'm reaching out for some guidance on a recent experience I had with a Resy reservation at 4Charles purchased Appointment Trader.
Upon arriving for my reservation, I was surprised to find that there was no record of the booking under the name provided in my AT purchase. I've already initiated a refund, but I haven't received any updates except the suggestion to check my purchase details and open a refund inquiry.
If anyone has successfully navigated a similar situation and could share their insights, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

There was "no record of the booking"? Could you confirm if there was an online verification link provided along with your reservation (Yes/No?). And if yes, did you check it after making your purchase (Yes/No?).
In terms of successful navigation, I trust you'd get refunded.

The only provided link was an invitation to join the reservation a few days after purchase, with no separate verification link included.

However, upon checking in with the hostname, 4Charles told me they did not have any name for that date, time, or party size.
