So the ONLY bad part I had after staying there for 4 days
So the ONLY bad part I had after staying there for 4 days was the food in the restaurant at the hotel. The "New Yorker" burger was literally the WORST burger I've EVER had in my life. The cheese was super hard I took it off and knocked on my table with it. Disgusting I found myself ordering Uber eats or going to places to eat. But the front desk staff at the hotel was amazing did a very good job answering my questions and helping me out. My room was the superiors delux with the river view super nice and clean

I was staying at this hotel and decided to eat there, and it was a good experience. The service was average, same with the food generally. The pizza was absolutely phenomenal, thin crust and melty cheese, perfectly salty. The decor is nice too, had a great time.

Breakfast buffet is tasty and plentiful, try and get an inclusive deal.Comfiest beds I've ever slept inStaff are awesome.Don't expect speedy service in the Sky Bar as cocktails take ages to be made and served. Gets incredibly busy.

You also have to be prepared for more of a self-check in.If you are hipster, you'll enjoy the big picture wall once you walk in, where you can post your freshly taken self. The downstairs restaurant does have a limited menu but kids under 12 do get a free kids entree with an adult purchase. This hotel is designed to be more hipster and is centrally located. It does have an exercise room.Restaurant main level. The kids menu is a great value, especially the kids main course. I don't feel the same on the regular menu. My daughter had a kids hamburger and fries for 3.50 GBP. I had a hamburger with cheese and bacon which was the same size hamburger as my daughter and fries for 14.50 GBP. Although the fries/chips were very tasty I felt the adult burger (and deserts) are over priced. That said, the burger did taste good but was a little over cooked for my taste. The buns are like a bagel bun so they were chewy. Service was on the slow side (Friday evening, 7:30pm) but that was probably during their busy time.
