I'm generally not a fan of ramen but this is the first place I actually liked. On a Sunday night the wait was about 20 mins for 4, you can join the waitlist once at the restaurant.I don't eat red meat so I'm usually stuck with vegetarian/vegan only options - except here. The chicken ramen was great. The broth was really flavorful, both creamy and spicy. The only thing I wish I could change is the ground chicken, I didn't love the texture of it / thought it could be cooked more. Overall a great meal. I also tasted the vegetarian mushroom ramen here which was way better than vegetarian ramen bowls I've had. The broth isn't creamy but really flavorful and savory. In terms of spice level, 5 was perfect but I could have gone up to 7 to be on the spicier side. I'd say 5 is easily doable / the sweet spot if you enjoy hot Cheetos. Will be back :)

Their signature ramen was underwhelming and didn't have that rich flavorful broth I was expecting. The toppings were fairly basic and their Ube soft serve wasn't available. My date said the ghost pepper broth was unique and different, but also wouldn't get it again. Service was great, but won't return for the food as there are better options.

We ordered-- Signature Pork level 2: loved the broth, the glazed? chashu had a sweeter note, level 2 wasn't spicy at all. Really enjoyed the noodles, but wish there was more than 1 slice of chashu, although I did enjoy the shredded pork meat mixed with the noodles at the bottom. - Mushroom Lover level 2: thinner broth but more umami, slightly spicier being the same level 2 as the pork ramen. Really liked the generous serving of mushrooms and the full egg. Both ramens were served in a sizeable bowl - definitely not a small portion. The noodles were thicker and had a great almost al dente texture.They were out of several soft serve flavors so we skipped dessert - next time we'll be back to try the taro one.

I've been on the search for the best ramen in the city and this is definitely a contender. I've been 3 times now and gotten the 'Mushroom Lovers' ramen. It is excellent. The broth, the noodles and all the kinds of mushroom make for an awesome experience. They offer a heat sprectum to choose from. I thought I'd be adventurous and try a "2" but I'm a wimp and now get a "1". My dining companions have tried other offerings and rave about them too. Will return again and again.

I was worried this place would be a lil overhyped, but it was just as good as everyone says. Some of the best ramen I've had, the broth and the noodles and everything were perfect. If anything, I'd love to have more meat as they just give you one pretty thin slice. The rice pudding was also really good, the perfect amount of sweetness. This casual ramen place was a pleasant surprise in the Mission. I usually have to drive across SF to eat ramen when I feel the need. The place is tight and not very comfortable to eat but the ramen is by far the best on this side of SF. The steamed potstickers tasted homemade. It wasn't the "traditional" pan fried gyoza that is usually found at a ramen shop. Their limited menu is great because each dish has a simple twist that makes it exceptionally unique.

Was in the area and wanted some noods for dinner, so decided to come here. A really odd system as I could see the place was half empty, and I asked for a table for 2, but they made me sign up through their QR code to get in line, which I did and was called a couple minutes later after nobody else showed up or got seated. My guess is they just want the data? Weird, but I guess I get it.FOOD:Pork bao. I'm always wary when fusion comes into play, like why is a ramen shop doing bao? But it sounded good so I went for it. It LOOKS good but it honestly didn't hit. There was a lot of pork, but it was kind of dry with the bao. All the sauce was at the bottom of the bao which made for an unbalanced experience. The toppings were quite nice for the texture, but I think they needed more aoili, or any aoili on a large portion of the bao to get to what they were going for.Takoyaki. Possibly the best thing I had here. Crunchy on the outside, and kind of creamy on the inside. There wasn't the usually large amount of katsu sauce on here, which was a bit odd, but it did allow the rest of the flavors and the mildness of the creaminess to come out.Pork tonkotsu ramen, level 3 spicy. I really thought this was a big miss. The broth was really thin, and honestly quite bland. It relied so heavily on the black garlic oil for umami and even saltiness, and there simply wasn't enough of this. But the main problem for me was that the broth simply wasn't the rich flavorful broth I wanted. The noodles were standard, but without the flavor from the broth, it was quite unremarkable. The pork was also lacking in fat, so this was somehow dry and uninspiring as well.Overall a strange experience with I'd say subpar ramen. It almost felt like the food was made for a camera, and not my mouth. Maybe this was a bad day, but i was unimpressed with my experience this day, especially with the plethora of solid ramen in the city.

I was very excited to try this ramen spot because it has always had a crowd outside every time I've driven by. We came around 6pm on a Saturday and were seated at the bar immediately as they ran out of tables. Not long after did a line start forming outside so I'm glad we didn't have to wait.We ordered the chicken katsu side as an appetizer and were surprised by how lemony the aioli was. It was also served with the typical katsu sauce but we decided to just eat the chicken plain as both the sauces seemed to overwhelm the flavor of the chicken. I got the mushroom lover ramen and was pleasantly surprised by the light and flavorful broth. It had a wonderful medley of mushrooms and I really enjoyed the poached egg. I felt like it really complimented the dish. The noodles were thick and chewy but perfectly cooked. I also opted for a special level of 3 which I felt was nice for a bit of a kick but nothing crazy.I was very impressed by the ramen but unfortunately disappointed with the service. We were seated at the bar but felt like no one really ever checked in on us. They only asked how the meal was when they were trying to push us to pay faster. I also asked our first server where the bathroom was and could not even be bothered with a verbal answer, he just pointed at the door.I think I'll stick to ordering on doordash if I decide I want to try any other types of ramen they have as the dining in experience certainly wasn't remarkable.

5My partner and I came here on a Friday evening after grabbing boba from district tea around the corner. Luckily we showed up before a huge rush. Service was good, servers had good recommendations and helped me choose a spicy level. We sat outside and noticed they were playing anime inside by the bar. Pretty cool.Only downside is bc we ate outside it was windy and dirty. Not much they can do but it just wasn't an awesome experience. We tried to eat fast to leave. We sat right next to huge garbage bins by the curb and lots of dust on the ledge and seating area. Ramen was delicious! Tonkatsu ramen was super flavorful and the meat was so juicy it fell apart. Mushroom lover equally as good! That one has no meat but gives a big chunk of tofu that was just perfect! Takoyaki came out very hot and steamy the octopus was very small pieces but it was still good authentic batter.

Have searched for legitimate gluten free ramen for years and this is the first place I've found. It's a thick tonkotsu style 20 hour pork broth with well cooked gluten free ramen noodles, gluten free pork chashu, 1/2 soft boiled egg, nori, corn, scallion, and black garlic oil. Can't recommend enough! Beyond that, servers are very friendly, nice drink options, and dessert soft serves were awesome. Celiacs need to check out Ramenwell!

That was hella good. I've never had a soft serve that smooth. It's like the VSOP of Soft serves LOL. I could write a review just about it alone. I'd drive from South City into the Mission for it... even with the difficult street parking. Despite that, the service and soft serve is worth it. Almost makes me forget about the ramen. I love ice cream and ogled at the photos of ice cream on Ramenwell's Yelp listing, but the ice cream machine was broken on the day I cameWith that out of the way, stopped by Ramenwell with a friend for dinner around 6 PM a couple Wednesdays back and there were a good number of people, but not too many so we were immediately seated. Hurrah!Ordered the Signature Pork Ramen, which was fine. There was nothing wrong with it at all. The pork was fine, the broth was fine, the noodles were fine (may have been a tad undercooked though), and the toppings were all fine. It had everything ramen should have but it failed to wow me. Part of me thinks it's because I've had so much amazing ramen in NY over the years that it's been hard for me to find a place on the West Coast that I love (Sawtelle Blvd in LA is probably the closest). I was super excited about the soft serve but sadly, the machine was broken! Truly heartbreaking!!! Will try to come back for ice cream a different time.

I think it's one of my new favorite Ramen spots in the city and if you come early enough you can relax and eat to your heart's content. They are super accomodating, especially if you've already taken the time to reach out to them before the reservation date, so if you have any special questions or requests they get back to you pretty quickly. I also love that they have Vegan Ramen to bring my vegan friends with me while I enjoy a fat piece of pork meat in front of them! Just kidding, their delicious Mushroom Ramen is not vegan, so maybe eat that in front of them instead.Pro-tips: The extra portions (including pork belly) are plentiful and on the side, so be sure you have someone to share it with if you're not a seconds type of person. If you are, enjoy those extras! Spicey level 4 is great for anyone that enjoys hot food but still wants to have working tastebuds later. Haven't tried 5 or 6 yet.

I had higher expectations for this place but unfortunately they did not meet them. The fried eyes were deceiving and it turned out just to be deep fried fish that ended up kind of dry. It came with a spicy mayo sauce which was decent but nothing outstanding. The ramen in general was alright. The broth was indeed flavorful and the pork was pretty tender however it was a tad dry. Noodles were slightly undercooked but that was a very minor detail that can be easily overlooked. Overall it wasn't that bad for a one time eat but I wouldn't come back again.

Best Ramen ever! Beats out my favorites in Chicago! Gotta have their Signature Pork Ramen with thick slice of pork belly, perfect egg, and 4 level spice. The broth was rich and flavorful. The noodles with good bite and texture. Our go to place when in San Francisco. Located near Mission neighborhood.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
