If your from Miami or visit here often, you would know that Raspoutine was once our beloved Bagatelle. They are in fact the same food group, as they just revamped the space and created a new menu. Unfortunately, It wasn't for me. The staff, bartenders, and waiters were all very kind, sweet, and helpful. However, I was very disappointed with the food and the amount of food. I don't understand this concept of paying so much for the slightest sliver amount of food. We got the hamachi, tuna tartar, and truffle mashed potatoes. The hamachi was fine, but the tuna tartar was SO small i was honestly shocked. It didn't even come with anything to dip into it to make it fun and interactive. The mashed potatoes were good but still came in a little cup and it was like 25 dollars. I could buy an entire bag of potatoes for 25 dollars. Anyway, those were the only food items we got and then we each got 2 drinks so a total of 8 and the bill was 400 dollars. I don't have a problem with spending when it comes to restaurant experiences and nightlife but we even called earlier asking what time it was going to get busy and they said midnight. By 12:30, half the restaurant was nearly empty on a Friday night in south beach. Yes some tables were full but the floor space was not not. Maybe they are trying to reach a certain clientele who wants to pay 400 for a sliver of tuna but it wasn't even that busy to be distracted by the party and not care how much your spending. Wouldn't go again, 3/10.
