This review is for afternoon tea. It was $50 pre-tax and -drinks, I think. I thought the food was disappointing. The tea options were disappointing too. I knew it certainly wasn't a traditional tea, but each item was disappointing in its execution of attempted creativity. If it's mediocre food, they better make up for it by providing a respectable amount of food, but the items were tiny (as is traditional). The best thing was the banana bread - I love banana bread, but come on. That's cheap and easy to make at home. I want something delicious out that I can't make at home. The cucumber sandwich - an incredibly easy sandwich to make tasty - was bland. Frankly, everything was bland. Some of the pairings in the items were even kind of gross (orange preserves and salami - blech). I really only booked tea here because I thought it'd have a great view. But the restaurant is located in a way that you wouldn't have a nice view wherever you sit. The restaurant terrace doesn't have a nice view of anything.
I give it 3/5 since the waiters were nice and it was like ~fine~ (aka no food poisoning), but I certainly wouldn't ever go back for any food or for views.
