Restaurant Guy Savoy Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
So happy we got reservations before they closed.
Service was excellent from start to finish. I felt this experience was very personable because they were not busy. Happy we chose to do the tasting menu, because it was a lot of food. $420 pp without wine pairing, $720 with. There was another option for $1000, but would have been overkill for our table. We did not feel rushed, and everyone was genuinely happy to be there. Restaurant recently celebrated 18 years and many of the staff have been there from the beginning. The meal was delicious, but felt a couple of the dishes felt short on levels of flavor. Again, portions were generous - not sure if that was because they were closing temporarily. When the dessert cart came, we could not eat anymore. They were extremely kind to send some extra goodies home along with their corn brioche which we had for breakfast. Thank you for a lovely experience!

I was very excited to eat at this restaurant because it was on my bucket list. Unfortunately, I could not give it five stars. The service was phenomenal. we went all out with tasting menu and wine paring. The ambience simple and elegant. The food was good but the service was better. I felt the portions could have been smaller and the wine pairing more compatible with the food. I've done sever tasting menus with wine pairings and I would give this on a Three. For the price I was expecting to be dazzled.

If you dine anywhere in Vegas, Guy Savoy should be on the top of your list. I have gone to quite a few other fine dining places on my trip, and while I enjoyed every single one of them and didn't think I could be wow'd even more than I already had been, Guy Savoy proved me wrong. There are no words to describe my experience, but I will try. I already want to go back and have been dreaming about all the food I ate. The service can't be beaten. Every single person working there knows your name, they all care and want to make your experience wonderful, they suggest things they think you'll like, and even the sommelier made me a drink based on my preferences since I don't drink alcohol. The drink was so refreshing and I really appreciated those little touches. I have to mention, the bread choices are numerous, but they are so delicious and will ruin all other bread for you. Do with that what you will. I'm currently depressed that I'll never have a Rosemary focaccia like the one at Guy Savoy unless I go back, haha. I've had bread in many different fine dining establishments and I thought those were all the best of the best. I didn't know anyone could top it....Guy Savoy did. My waitstaff were so knowledgeable and attentive. They made me feel like I was the only person they were serving. They took the time to chat, joke around, ask about my day, recommend foods they think I would enjoy, and made sure I left feeling special and satisfied with the meal. Every single dish was out of this world. They were not only gorgeous, but so incredibly delicious. The flavors all worked so well together and it really was an experience like none other. I would give the food and service 100 out of 5 stars on here if I could. This was one of my favorite meals in Las Vegas!
Restaurant Guy Savoy in Las Vegas is a culinary experience
Restaurant Guy Savoy in Las Vegas is a culinary experience worth planning ahead for, so make your reservation early. The attention to food detail is immaculate, with a bread cart offering a delightful array of choices--my favorite being the currant bread. The ambiance, however, leaves something to be desired; the design feels dated, and the quiet atmosphere makes it feel as though you have to whisper. The wine pairing was exceptional, with a knowledgeable sommelier who made an excellent recommendation. The menu boasts many highlights, from the perfectly seared Wagyu Steak to the never-ending desserts. The artichoke and black truffle soup is an absolute must-try, living up to its reputation. I visited for a celebratory occasion, and the experience did not disappoint. Another Michelin star for Guy Savoy is well-deserved, adding to an already impressive collection. Despite the ambiance needing an overhaul, the food and service more than make up for it. If you appreciate fine dining and meticulous culinary craftsmanship, this is a restaurant you won't want to miss.
An obscenely expensive taste free zone
All I can say is that this place is an embarassment. The food is a pastiche of modern haute cuisine. It doesn't deliver in enviroment , service , execution and most importantly , TASTE ! The food just doesn't taste good enough , not even close. Even the coffee is subpar To add insult to injury it is obscenely expensive.
Atrocious ,overpriced, pretentious , I can barely think of
Atrocious ,overpriced, pretentious , I can barely think of anything good to say. The lumpen brioche given to guests at the end of the meal a final passing insult . Compared to the one I ate at Maximo Bistrot last week it was a completely different article. It went straight in the wastebin after one small mouthful
DO NOT GO THERE
Quelle déception !!! It was So terrible. We enjoy Guy SAVOY in Paris Many Time So we couldnt believe it would be that bad. Unfortunately it has nothing to do with the original parisian restaurant. The lobster was no good, my branzino tasted like it was frozen then cooked…. Really there are Many good restaurants in Vegas, avoid this one… we were So disappointed.
Highly recommend once or many times in a lifetime dinning
Highly recommend once or many times in a lifetime dinning experience. The dining room is charming and warm. Waitstaff pampered you from the moment you stepped into their establishment making sure you had everything you need for this experience. The food was delicious and unforgettable.

Got incredibly lucky and was able to eat here for a work event. It was a private event and a course meal so not sure if my experience and the dishes I got to taste represent the typical dining experience here but to speak on the specific meal I had..... I mean seriously one of the best meals of my life and I think one I will remember forever!!! Each dish had an amazing wine pairing with the most knowledgeable and personable som!! As a novice wine drinker, I discovered madeiras here and absolutely fell in love!!! The dinner was I think around 8 courses? They were all soooo creative and beautiful and unique! Got to experience some flavors I have never experienced before. The best dishes for me were the chestnut dish, white truffle risotto, and the daurade, and the coconut dessert!!! We also got to have the artichoke and black truffle soup which apparently won them their Michelin star but it wasn't my personal favorite. What an incredible experience I will never forget.... Including the MOUNTAIN of butter

If you want to splurge, the tasting menu is a wonderful assortment of deliciousness. We enjoyed the Christmas Prestige menu and loved the personalized attention we received from the sommelier, cheese fellow, butter and bread service persons and of course our table wait staff. The restaurant is simple, large and quiet while the dishes themselves were outstanding, fresh and beautiful. It's a meal every foodie should try at least once. Must make a reservation.
Outstanding in Las Vegas
It has been a long time since I have written a TripAdvisor review. However, it has been a long time since I had an experience worthy of noting. This changed last night at Guy Savoy. I loved the original in Paris over a decade ago. I had some expectations of this version. I did not think it could compete with Paris or Michelin restaurants in New York or London. I was wrong. This restaurant exceeded every single expectation. First - the service is spectacular. Warm, friendly and not pushy. I thought the service was spot on and exactly what you want from a restaurant of this caliber. They gave us a great table overlooking the strip. Second - the food. This is going to be long. TLDR - its wonderful. The palette cleanser is a mushroom consume shot. We started with bread and butter. It is french butter that they make in a twill from a cart. This was followed by a massive bread cart with numerous choices including an octopus tentacle shaped bread. I had the walnut and cherry and the brioche. We ordered the chefs tasting menu. The amuse bouche was a cucumber with champagne pearls, a radish with butter and volcanic salt inside and a mimi mac or brioche with tartare as the burger. Then we had the langostine with a lot (tons) of caviar. Then the durade with mushrooms and a terrific sauce. The waiter suggested we use the bread with the sauce. We asked him to pick the bread and he brought lemon bread and more brioche. Then the famous artichoke soup that has like 1500 artichokes and no dairy. It is very creamy and peppery. It also has slices of truffle and parmesan to float the truffle. It is served with a black truffle brioche. Then we had lobster tail and A5 waygu. It had a delicious brown sauce with it. This was followed by a shaved (circular shave) swiss cheese with a swiss cheese cracker. The last course was the chocolate on chocolate on chocolate dessert - it was a chocolate egg and they poured temperate chocolate over it. Finally they brought another dessert cart and I had chocolate orange, a truffle and a carmel. Exceptional. Third - the wine. We started with a glass of champagne from the champagne cart. It had an impressive selection of curated champagne instead of simply well known champagnes. The wine list comes on its own table. I am always amused by it. The sommellier suggested a different wine over my old standby. It was a miss but it was nice to have a knowledgable sommelier. I absolutely loved this experience. I would come back to Las Vegas just for this restaurant.

As good as Paris
As good as the original- without question a three star joint - if they had Michelin Stars in Vegas they’d have 3 - best staff and finest sommelier in town
It was our 10 year anniversary so we went to the best
It was our 10 year anniversary so we went to the best restaurant in Las Vegas to celebrate! We did the Chefs Celebration Tasting Menu and there is literally nothing bad to say. A restaurant of that caliber aims to please. From the moment you walk in until you walk out. Easily the best dinner we ever enjoyed. The service was amazing. I highly suggest getting an espresso martini!!! It was THE BEST ESPRESSO MARTINI I ever had. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience book a table here and do tue tasting menu!
This is the best food I've ever encountered! I'm from
This is the best food I've ever encountered! I'm from Louisiana and traveled the globe dining in several countries. The Executive Chef (Nicolas Costagliola) was pleasant, professional and just incredible at the Krug table.

Restaurant Guy Savoy (Caesar’s Palace): A Unique, High-End, Amuse-Bouche Experience
Restaurant Guy Savoy is located in Caesar’s Palace and has amazing food. They also cultivate a higher-end, unique experience. It’s a great break from every day life. They start off by bringing a certain amuse-bouche, then soft & tasty bread of many flavors with butter from France, then another amuse-bouche of a rolled up vegetable, another food I’m not sure of, and a mini delicious Wagyu burger. For the breads, I really enjoyed the honey and one with some fruit flavor in it. They also gave a lemon bread, which I’ve never had before, but it was refreshing. For my meal, I ordered a pheasant, duck, foie gras, and mushroom meal. The foie gras was amazing and the birds were very juicy and flavorful too. I was too full for dessert, but they gave me a sorbet to cleanse my pallet. I would have ordered a dessert because I’m sure it would have been amazing but I was full. Some entrees are smaller portions (fish ones) versus the larger bird and meat portions. The staff was very attentive and explained foods and drinks ordered. The vibe of the restaurant is high-end with business casual attire worn. At the end of the meal, the host gave me a muffin. I recommend this restaurant and will be bringing back my husband in the future to try it!
Wow!!!! I don't want to give away all the surprises at Guy
Wow!!!! I don't want to give away all the surprises at Guy Savoy so I'll say this much: - Prepare for surprises throughout your meal - Get the artichoke soup - Don't be afraid to ask for a box for dessert! Even the smallest touches nod to what's ahead for your exciting meal here. From the glassware, to the impeccable service, everything has been chosen to make sure dining at Guy Savoy is a truly special experience.
We went for 2023 new years eve.
I was hesitant only bc it was $695 each. Thats almost atrocious to us. But the time we stepped into the high ceiling restaurant. It was well worth it. Full 5 stars fine dining all the way. The service is top notch. Fabrice was as professional as they can get. They gave me a purse stool. Asked to hang my coat. Walked me to the restroom and opened the door. When my hubby made a stain on the table cloth.. he put another one on top to keep clean. The treat was meeting the 3 star michelin chef Guy Savoy himself. Such a sweetheart . The 10 course meal did not disappoint. They had the best array of bread selection. We chose the brioche and cranberry pecan bread. Scooped up with unsweetened butter from France Then we mixed salt and pepper ourselves to our liking. Amuse bouche was given a sort of flavorful chicken broth . The wagyu was the softest and felt I bit into mild sweetness and tinge of fat. The chocolate was surrounded by chocolate then melted w chocolate syrup. I wasn't a fan of the foie Gras.. maybe bc I know how it's done. The 10 course meal was amazing . To end it they gave a a signature guy savoy dessert box with sweet bread in it. Everything was classy and everyone was friendly. This place is top and is an example of what a 5 star restaurant 3 star michelin should be. I was happy and full. Thank you Guys Savoy for the best experience ever.
We selected Guy Savoy as our Christmas dinner is because it
We selected Guy Savoy as our Christmas dinner is because it was rated top 100 by OpenTable for 2023. As Vegas top notch French restaurant, we can't help comparing it with another one we have tried - Joel Robuchon. Both service were excellent. Sitting in Joel Robuchon felt more classic while Guy Savoy is kind of modern style. The presentation of the food at Joel Robuchon were more artistic and tasty while the food at Guy Savoy were simply of telling you of good material they are using and other than appetizer and desert, the food were salty, like Confit Leg, tasted nothing but salt. Our favorite among this testing menu was Foie Gras Terrine and Citrus. Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup, Toasted Mushroom Brioche and Black Truffle Butter was good but salty too. After all, we like Joel Robuchon more and would like to go back to Joel Robuchon to enjoy the food there again.
Restaurant Guy Savoy takes after its 2 Michelin star
Restaurant Guy Savoy takes after its 2 Michelin star predecessor from Paris. Being the only other restaurant by Guy Savoy, it was a pleasure to experience it. From start to finish, service is outstanding and top notch and they don't miss a beat. Taste: 4.5/5 Ambience: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Value for money: 3/5 We had: 1) Complimentary bread: Great bread, some of the best bread I've had, only wish it was straight out of the oven! The butter was great as well (alongside its pepper and salt seasonings) 2) Complimentary hor dourves: a mini burger slider, a mini radish? And cucumber slice. The mini burger slider was great! 3) Truffle Soup - this was the best dish of the night. Great use of truffle, the bread and dip, amazing from start to finish 4) foie gras - was good but not $95 good 5) Veal Chop - a nice Veal chop was presented prior to letting it rest and cut for presentation. Almost wish they hadn't done that because the dish seemed to be missing half of the veal presented; couldn't help but let my mind drift where the rest went 6) Squab, Duck and Foie gras with Wild mushrooms: this was a great dish and was well balanced; was missing a starch but that's what the complimentary bread was for. Wish there would be a pastry that went with it 7) Chocolate Fondant: had a ganache on top layer, it was good but it was less than a centimetre wide and two inches long 8) Guy Savoy Champagne: Great! All in all, service was great and solid through and through. And you need to go in with the mentality ready to spend. Despite an awesome service and great flavours I would mainly dock it for the margins on certain dishes I.e the value for money bits. Perhaps I personally don't belong in the world of fine dining, but I wouldn't pay $105 for 3 slices of sashimi for the salmon iceberg. Great nonetheless!
Everything was great about my dinner here.
Excellent service. I liked the sommelier - he was very enthusiastic. The way they served the butter was new - they bring a cart with a huge dollop of butter in a glass cloche and scoop a slice out of it for you. Then they bring a bread cart with about a dozen choices and you pick whatever you want, as many different ones as you want. Some nice art on the walls, and even the restroom was fancy.
I'm just gonna dive straight in and say that Guy Savoy's
I'm just gonna dive straight in and say that Guy Savoy's signature black truffle soup and brioche is incredible. I miss this dish so much and will definitely be coming back to experience this again. All the dishes were accompanied with beautiful presentations; Guy Savoy is definitely one of my favorite 2-stars in the US. Be sure to ask for the cheese cart, and don't be shy with the dessert one (I'm also a huge fan of the bread carts at these French restaurants; don't be shy with this either and be sure to save some to mop up sauces). The dining room is beautiful. The unassuming entrance really highlights the tall ceilings upon entrance.
A meal to remember!
This place happens to be my mother's favorite restaurant, We've been here for birthday celebrations, celebrating a new job, or just for really any excuse I can find. I've never had a bad or even mediocre plate of food here. Highlights include the classic Colors of Caviar, Artichoke and Truffle soup, and that amazing Coconut Six Ways dessert. I usually find room for at least 2 orders of coconut. We were lucky enough to book the Krug table in the kitchen on our most recent trip. This comes with Krug champagne, but Chef Nico makes a custom menu for the table. We started with some Echire butter, which was served at the perfect temperature and carved from a mountain of butter tableside. This was paired with a beautiful bread trolley (choices include country loaf, fennel, lemon confit, rosemary fougasse, brioche, classic baguette, olive, and cherry pecan). Amuse bouches included a cucumber roll topped with champagne pearles, radish with whipped Echire butter, and a teensy Wagyu burger. All were excellent. This may be the best burger I've ever had. Next was the Colors of Caviar, which is classic Guy Savoy dish. It has a layer of caviar vinagrette, caviar cream, caviar, puree of green beans, topped with more caviar. A smoked sabayon is then topped over the entire thing. This was truly decadent. We then had Chestnuts All Around, which is a seasonal dish on the menu. This was a chestnut custard topped with a ?chestnut foam served with a salad that had just the right balance of acid to cut through the richness of the chestnuts. Perfect for the winter season. Next was the classic Salmon Iceberg. This is prepared tableside and was done with both Chef Blake and Chef Nico. They use New Zealand salmon and it's seasoned on a slab of salt. it's then cooked on dry ice, plated on a hot plate with bok choy, Chervil jelly cubes, finger lime and meyer lemon with a hot fragrant broth. This is still one of my favorites with buttery salmon and an interesting play on temperatures and textures. After this, we went off menu, so I didn't catch quite all the ingredients. We had an amazing uni pasta. I've never had cooked uni before, so this was new for me. The richness of the sauce was offset nicely with hints of citrus zest. Truly decadent. I felt absolutely spoiled eating this. Next was a soup course. The base was of salsify with toasted almonds, ?basil oil, and hints of citrus. I hate to say this, but this definitely rivals the classic Guy Savoy artichoke soup. This was followed by a sweetbread and mushroom dish with a very very generous helping of shaved truffles. I thought this was a more average dish, but well, it was still well-balanced and tasty. I would definitely eat this again. Our last savory dish was A5 Wagyu paired with a piquant side of leeks with toasted hazelnuts. The Wagyu was excellent and the leeks cut worked well with the richness of the Wagyu. I'm sad this isn't on the regular menu as I thought this was fabulous! We then had a cheese course, which was Tete de Moine both freshly shaved table side into carnations and also baked into crackers. We were pretty full at this point and I'm glad we didn't have a full on cheese selection. Desserts included my favorite Coconut Six Ways. This is a layered dessert with fresh coconut, tapioca pearls, coconut sorbet, toasted crunchy coconut, coconut foam, and thin coconut cookie. After this, we had a Mille-Feuille with diplomat cream. The Mille-Feuille was incredibly thin and flaky. A slight messy dessert, but also the best Mille-Feuille I've ever had. We also had a birthday cake with candles, and also the dessert trolley, but honestly, we were too full to do more than look. Our last bite was a Earl Grey sorbet paried with a pepper cream sauce. A nice palate cleanser to end a delightful night. Sitting in the kitchen gave us a front row seat of the action. It was incredible to watch every one work and send out orders. As we didn't really know what were were going to eat, it was also fun to guess our next course based on what was being cooked and plated. Andrew (sommelier) also deserves a shoutout for his enthusiastic and detailed wine pairings and tableside explanations. I admit I don't really drink, so we relied on him for wine pairings for my mom. He always does a phenomonal job! This was a pricey meal, but it was well-worth it. We had such a great time and it will be a night to remember.
Truly an experience of a lifetime!
The best service and experience I have ever had at a restaurant, the staff was very attentive and made sure you enjoyed everything. It was truly an experience! The food and flavors were amazing!

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!

Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

LOL. Thank you The New Yorker.

Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
Buyers interested in Bern's Steakhouse: PLEASE READ
Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil

Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
