We recently went to this restaurant & quite pleased. Everyone enjoyed their meal.I have a lot of food dislikes & allergies, they were very accommodating. I chose make your own & it was perfect. The trio & lobster ravioli was excellent. Highly recommend.

We love Macaroni Grill (up until this one). When we travel we always search for one to eat at. This was the worst one and the only time I left one still hungry and sorry I went there. First, the place was 80% empty @4pm should have been a sign. Waited over 15 min for a server to take drink order (water). 10 min to get water and be told no bread but its in the oven. Ordered 4 appetizers and meals. Came back 15 min with one appetizer, he thought we ordered one no apology just walked away. Took forever to get our meals, 3 with meat sauce one without instead we got 1 with meat sauce 3 without. Ordered dinner size was given lunch size. The people behind us and across also had screw ups with their meals. It just went on like this...Spoke to the manager he took 2 meals off the bill... never again

Second time we have been here, first review For Macaroni Grill. Service was very good, but the Italian dishes we had were average but there was a lot of it. I had traditional lasagna and my wife had shrimp dish. Bot dishes were good but not great, I had unlimited salad but their were only two choices for dressing, both Italian. Bread was very good and a lot. We had the stuff mushrooms first, the were just average and a little dry. The bar drinks we had , the glasses were full of ice and little drink. Not worth the money. Over all for a Italian place with a popular name was a little disappointing. But we did leave full.

My husband and I hadn’t been here for a meal in over a year, so we decided to give it another try, as we used to frequent the restaurant regularly, but had become tired of the declining quality of the food and service. What a HUGE mistake it was to return. Despite avoiding a wait for a table, we waited for a server, and we could see that other parties seated after us did as well. When our server finally arrived, he proved to be either new at food service or simply not cut out for this line of work. I don’t know if he simply wasn’t paying good enough attention or didn’t have a clue what he was doing... if it wasn’t so annoying, it would have been almost sad.
To make matters worse, we observed other servers in the restaurant with attitudes towards their tables, ranging from disinterest to almost disgust that they had to wait on them. It was disturbing, to say the least. We heard other patrons complaining amongst themselves about the lack of service.
When we were preparing to leave, we were tempted to tell those folks waiting to be seated that they were making a mistake, but somehow, we held our tongues, secretly hoping they would get a better desk
!
Great dinner
Been a while since our last visit, but it was a completely different experience this time!
1st, our server was amazing, very personable, helpful and patient with our group.
The food came out hot, and tasted great.
A great dining experience.
Difficulty Ordering Vegan Dishes
My wife and I stopped into Romano’s Macaroni Grill for dinner and drinks. The drink selection was good. My wife is vegan so we asked some questions about what my wife could have. After some back and forth, we ordered the eggplant Parmesan (without cheese). I added a lobster bisque for myself. We tried to determine if the bread they brought to the table was vegan but could never get a clear enough answer. The food was excellent though. Aside from the ordering issues, the service was very good. If you have dietary restrictions, this is probably not the best place to go.

We are locals here. We eat out every single day. We recognize that the restaurant business is a difficult and tricky business to achieve success in. We eat in divey out of the way places and in high end restaurants with regularity. It is with this in mind we write reviews.
Romano's Macaroni grill doesn't get the respect it deserves. The food is excellent, the menu choices are wonderful, the seating is comfortable (altho a little loud). Nevertheless we love this place for terrific casual dining.
Our dining experience has been significantly enhanced by our server, Mr. Joshua Banks, who was noteworthy excellent. Polite, timely, attentive, engaged, interested and he didn't miss a single "box" on the Outstanding Server check list. He was wonderfully attentive, checked everything that could possibly checked with us, watched as we ate appetizers and checked in to see if we were ready for our main course, conversed politely and followed up without being intrusive. He was a perfect server and could give lessons to those working in higher end places looking for big tips. A fine representative for Romano's Macaroni Grill or any other high end restaurant.
Our "endless" bread, olive oil and balsamic was excellent, fast to the table, warm and delicious. Our salads were presented in a lovely fashion, fresh, plentiful and tasty. Our main courses were large portions and a terrific tasty value. I love the "Trust" wine. The wine is marginal, but the "trust" is delightful.
We eat at Romano's Macroni grill often, since 1988 in many different locations. While they all look pretty much the same, we love this location and the excellent service it provides. We commend the manager for a fine job of keeping the place on track and we encourage you to stop in and see Joshua who will add to the value and experience of your meal.
Fantastic yummy food and wonderful staff
Always happy when I go to Macaroni Grill in Henderson. Fast efficient service and excellent food. Makes dining out nice. My favorite dish is Mama's Trio which is chicken parmesan, lasagna and fettucine alfredo.

The wife and I ate here again on Wednesday. They offer a buy one get one free lunch. If you are on their email list.
We had Gary as our server. He was friendly and gave good service.
The wife had Chicken Paconti and it was really good. I had chicken parmesan and it was also good.
We will be back again.
MISSED BY A MILE
I should have known. When the still, small voice inside says, "No. This is not going to go well." Good idea to listen. Saturday night, 6:30, and one person at the bar and eight persons at the tables. Hostess took our party of four to our booth. I noticed that all the menus at the four seats were facing towards the person except one was upside down. Not a biggie, just inattention to detail. A sheet of butcher paper covers the tables accompanied by three blue crayons. Nothing was ever done with them by any of the staff. Perhaps if you wished to doodle at dinner, you would be equiped. Our server was Anthony, who was also the bartender. I should have known. My wife told him it was our 35th Anniversary. "happy anniversary" was the disinterested reply. He took our drink orders. Two sangrias and one lemonade. Well, almost. He never asked me what I wanted. With the entrée, for an added $2.50, unlimited three selections of soup or salad is offered. All four ordered that option. My luke warm corn chowder had nice flavor. My wife's lobster bisque was ok. We had wished to order another round of drinks but our bartender/server was busy talking with the one person at the bar. At his left was a trainee leaning against the back bar. After twenty minutes, I flagged down the hostess and asked for another server who was not quite so busy. She said she would get the manager. A new server, Nia, was thrown into the middle of this, as was a second manager, Denise, and they did their best to sort through the mess of orders. Each time a person would show up, I asked for my friend's lemonade. After while it became a game because it didn't arrive until almost the end of the meal. All four entrees were ok. Mine was very warm at the bottom of the pasta and cool at the top. Possibly waiting to be delivered? I got one refill of soup, tomato basil, hot and excellent. The second corn chowder across the table was also hot this time. To offer an apology, desserts were comped and 25% was deducted from the bill. That was nice but we would have much rather paid for the dessert and full price for the dinner and had a more memorable 35th Anniversary. Oh yeah, "happy anniversary"
