Yes this place is worth the hype- we grabbed a resi a few weeks ago for brunch at 2pm on a Saturday. Place was packed as expected but service was really great! We ordered Paloma's/Mimosas to start - then ordered house salmon, tuna melt and the French toast. Prob the best 3 things - each of them really nailed it. Loved the salmon presentation, the tomato's/cucumber/caper/dill tower just makes it more fun. The tuna was delish and perfect to share and the French toast was really good! It's more like a bread pudding? It came with syrup and this delish jam, SO good. I'm so glad we went- service was so kind and they didn't rush us out at all. I'd love to go back and try the salads! Thanks for a great brunch!!!

Sadelle's is a super poppin brunch spot that gains a lot of fame from tiktok and insta. We got brunch reservations for 3 at 3p on a Sunday afternoon. What we ordered: we each just got a salmon and cream cheese bagel spread. The presentation is lovely and our server was so nice. It did take us forever to get drinks. We were done eating by the time we got them. (Not our server's fault. He was great!) The salmon + cream cheese + bagel was around $24. And was it worth that?.....I have had bagels that compared to this one for $6. Overall: it's a fun atmosphere and a good place to post for socials, but not worth the price imo.

In the city with the entire family on spring break from Florida, including two kids, and this was recommended by some locals. Amazing. First the area is great to explore for something different and adventurous and can walk to wtc and other tourist spots (Harry Potter store included). The restaurant itself is a great build, very cool spot. Service was wonderful, attentive, nailed the reservation time at greeting. Our server was very friendly and helpful considering we had kids, are Floridians, and walked us through the menu. We understand and expect nyc is more "business" but it was refreshing to get some southern kindness from a local. She gave us some pro tips on activities and very appreciative. The food- right on time and excellent. Wife had salmon and bagel set up and as their specialty the salmon was superb. Kids had French toast, devoured it and the other one had a basically big breakfast as did I. We ate as much as we could and raved. There are reasons people all over the world come to nyc for good food and this is one of them. Cannot get this experience at home.

Our waiter left the restaurant about halfway through our meal. I had to inform the maitre d' that our waiter had left, twice, because she had forgotten. They then started to avoid me, no effort was made. I had to beg for the bottle of champagne we ordered for the rest of the meal as no one was reassigned to our table. Sadelle's is walking distance from Russ & Daughters, so clearly I'm paying for the service, not the fish. There is no reason for me to return. P.S. You call those latkes?

This spot lives up to all that you've heard and then some. The food is outstanding, the service is just attentive enough and I can't think of a better place to get brunch than Sadelle's -- especially if you have a deep love for lox and bagels.My friend secured the reservation awhile back, and we attempted to be seated earlier (we were in the area, 30 mins prior to our resy), but they told us it'll be close to our original reservation time. We window shopped and it was just 15 mins later that we got a text saying our table was ready. We ordered the house salmon, tuna melt and the french toast. The house salmon and everything bagel was INSANELY DELICIOUS. The tuna melt? Best thing I've ever eaten in a really long time. As for the french toast -- yes, it's good, but I think the other two dishes were far more outstanding. Oh, and we also had mimosa's, because you know, brunch.The bagels are also slightly different here. You're not getting that super dense NY-style bagel. Instead, the everything bagel was pillowy and thinner, but it works. Trust me. Must. Return. ASAP.

I literally waited for the hostess to stop joking with their co worker to get her attention. The hostess is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered in a restaurant. I honestly wish you guys would step up with the customer service. honestly was skeptical because I had heard so many mixed reviews but sadelle's was fantastic! The service was so attentive and the food was honestly so good. I got the smoke scottish salmon on the everything bagel and everything on the plates were fresh and so tasty. one of my favorite restaurants in the city! i came here for brunch the other day with a friend and we split the avocado benedict, french toast, and house salmon. everything was soooo delicious!avocado benedict - the eggs were perfectly poached and the flavor was incredible!french toast - i usually don't love french toast but i would eat this all day every day if i could! the toast is so thick, perfectly crunchy on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside. it was the perfect amount for 2!house salmon - this comes as a little salmon tower. the salmon is on the top and was unbelievably delicious! the next plate is tomato, cucumber, and capers which were all perfect. then the bottom plate is the bagel - we got two everything bagels so we could each have one! the bagels are amazing and so fresh. highly highly recommend all of the above! cant wait to go back and try more!!

Strongly recommend to make reservations, this place is always packed. In any case, it's worth the wait. You cannot leave without trying the salmon (smoked Scottish is better, but the house salmon is also good) and the caviar (I'm still dreaming about those blinis).

We didn't have any reservations so we walked-in but luckily the hostess was able to seat us at a table if we finished within 1 hour.The French toast is absolutely HUGE, but it was super crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. My friend and I were both surprised at how delicious the French toast was and wondering how they had it crispy on the outside but eggy on the inside. The eggs benedict seems like any normal benedict, but the bread that they use was phenomenal! You can tell it's housemade (they make their bagels in house too!). Finally, the latkes reminded me of a hash brown and it was very crispy. I like the sauce that comes with it too.I would definitely come back here again if I'm ever in the area. My friend even said this is a place she would bring her parents to when they visit New York! It was THAT good!

My husband and I decided to go for Saturday brunch and chose Sadelles - not in our neighborhood but we remember Il Tre Merli in that location from New York past! I'm a 4th generation New York City gal I called to make a reservation knowing from the website they keep tables for walk-ins. I got email back from their reservations saying they have limited reservations because they keep tables for walk ins. So we went in the rain excited to eat there. We arrived and were rudely told they are not taking walk-ins and when I told them it was on their website as well in the response email that they keep tables for walk-ins - I asked the manager and staff who said "oh we have to change that on website and email response"and still would not seat us even though they were 3/4 empty! UNPROFESSIONAL MESS. So unprofessional and unkind! Don't treat patrons that way when you mess up! We own an NYC business soI know customer service - this is awful!

Have arrived from the uk and pre booked breakfast having been here before a nuber of times and always enjoyed the food and friendly staff - on arrival at 10am it seems that in error my wife has booked for tomorrow at 10am - having explained to the manager Rachel that we have travelled by Taxi from uptown and that clearly it’s been a misunderstanding on my behalf - and after requesting that if we are happy to wait she has said they don’t have enough staff to serve us and nothing that she can do - now going to have to book another Uber and go to sarabeths who am confident will be able to accommodate us would suggest that - Jeff Zalaznick, and Mario Carbone seriously consider if they should keep a restaurant open if they are not actually able to accommodate guests who want to eat - restaurants work better with recommendations and word and mouth in the Uk generally helps businesses prosper - clearly Sadells is not one of those restaurants who want to try and go and beyond to help manage peoples expectations- suggest that as an alternative visitors consider Jacks wife Freda and Sarabeths where the teams can’t do enough to make your visit as pleasant as possible !!

Traveling to NYC to visit with my niece and have some holiday fun. Sadelle's was better than I hoped for. I made reservations for bunch on a Thursday. It was packed on a Thursday. Make sure you have everyone in your party before seating. Lobster salad my husband ordered was very good, you can taste the lobster. I had the salmon, which is a cannot miss. And the best French Toast I can remember having, my niece and I split. Overall, the friendly service was great. Only the front door people were not too friendly, broadline rude but don't let that put you off. This is the only reason not a five-point rating.

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
