Great oysters
I've been here a few times but first time reviewing. I typically come here for my raw oyster fix when I'm in the Nolita area. The vibe is trendy without getting stuffy. And they have happy hour oyster prices everyday from 5-7pm.
We ordered several things. The deviled eggs were yummy. The raw oysters are always good and reasonably priced. The French fries were some of the most crunchy and delicious fries I've had. The brussel sprouts were also a winner. It had apples in it!
The chicken liver and beef tartare were both good but nothing out of the ordinary. The flourless chocolate cake had a citrus flavor but good. The cheesecake was decent as well.
We sat in the back area which was cozy but then you get a bit forgetten which makes service slower. Also, they charge a weird 3% fee for paying with credit card which I actually think is illegal.
Overall the vibe and food is good so I'll give them a 4.
Amazing Oysters - In and out of happy hour
I first came here back in 2017 and thought it was so amazing for oysters that had to return when I went back to NYC this September. This time managed to go for happy hour which for already quite reasonable prices for oysters was even cheaper! Waitress had good knowledge about the oysters and was attentive (we kept ordering more). Cocktails are a little on the expensive side but are very good and unique. I recommend to all my friends and would go back again next time Iโm in NYC.

This is mostly a bar so donโt expect to have a quiet meal with nice conversations. The have nice cocktails and nice snack food like lobster rolls and oysters.

$1-2 happy hour oysters were incredible, not too busy around 4pm when it starts either. Staff could've been a little warmer, they all seemed a bit distant. But overall a lovely experience and definitely worth a visit to try the tasty cocktails and light bites.

Good food good service good drinks cool atmosphere. Just exceptionally loud inside. Otherwise really cool place to grab oysters in cocktails

If you like oysters and seafood, this is the place! although slightly small size of them, very good variety of oysters, so you can realize about the differences between them and some other very nice food to get more fulled out.
Very weird for me to give 5*, but the package of being comfortable, ratio price-quality for what you get (one of the most important), flavor, environment and atmosphere, type of people, service, etc. makes me to give the 5*.
Great oysters, bad service
The oysters and the wines (Bourgogne) were excellent. It was a very warm day, the atmosphere was very good. Nice interior. However, the server was rather pushy and not a very nice person. We had two big plates of oysters and two bottles of wine, and nevertheless, as soon as we were finished with the food and at our last glass of wine, I had the impression that for the waiter our time in this bar came to and end and we should make place for other guests. It is quite astonishing that after such service waiters expect a good tip, which was obviously not the case, and which ended with a and taste - and this was definitely not die to the oysters. What a shame !
