I got to the DMV at 7:30 in the morning. There must have been a couple hundred people in line. Luckily I had used this app and had an appointment that I bid on the day before. I was in and out of the DMV in 30 minutes! A lot better than waiting 90 days to trade in my out of state license! I will definitely use this app again.

What a game changer! I just moved to Las Vegas and needed to get my new license ASAP! I wasn't sure if I would get my desired day (or time) but after placing my bid (only $10!!), I received my appointment within a day! Thanks Appointment Trader! Looking forward to trying the restaurant reservation bidding for Delilah's next weekend, Sevenrooms has been overbooked forever!

While it's true that appointments are technically not transferable, for DMV Appointments the transfer service is included for buyers at no cost.
The transfer team has both - the sellers and the buyers dmv information, so it can cancel the sellers appointment and then rebook under the buyers name.
Should something not work out the Appointment Trader Money Back guarantee will kick in.
In any event you won't be turned away when you go to the DMV as the Appointment will be in your name.

TLDR:
AT will add a category for prepaid reservations which will let you set the value of what you have prepaid which will then create a 'bid premium' + equity value of your reservation. At the moment it is all-in.
You can upload the reservation and set the asking price in a way that will satisfy your entire expense.
