It took waiter 30 min to bring two beer and one order of white wine to the table. Place was not crowded at all and most of the workers standing and chatting. We order Chardonnay and she brings red wine and insisted that is Chardonnay. We order veggie lettuce wrap for appetizers and she brought chicken lettuce wrap to the table and insist that is veggie. Forgot to say when she brought our beer to the table, she did not bring the glasses and after we requested to have glasses, it took her another 10 min to bring the glass to the table. Service was really bad at this place.
Last time we got it they used medium sized shrimp. This time it was basically tiny shrimp. Very underwhelming. The kung pao chicken was good though. Also choice curb side pickup but all their spots were filled with people that don't respect the signs and I guess the mall won't enforce it. But also, there was no one looking for curb side pick up and so I just went in to receive my order. Even then it took almost 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me and get my order. I get that it was an off hour but in my opinion they shouldn't offer curbside, when the mall refuses to enforce the 15 minute parking.
A wonderful meal! PF Chang's is always consistent with their menu. So good. Dylan was our server and he was fabulous!!! We had vegetarian lettuce wraps, steamed shrimp dumplings and sushi. This was our first night in Vegas after a long flight from Boston and we wanted a quality meal while relaxing. PF Chang's never disappoints!
Been visiting Las Vegas for years and this is always one of my go to places. Never been disappointed. Also home run move on the "to go" just outside the restaurant within the hotel Planet Hollywood!
I am usually Fan of of Chang but I am giving one star for their poor service. Long wait to take order and the waitress hardly came to my table and I asked for sauce when we are almost done with food she got me. Service needs to get better and am really disappointed with this place service.
The girls working at the door of the restaurant on 3/19/22 need a lesson on customer service. Attitude and rudeness. On purpose kept changing our table reservations. Then they stared us down laughing after we spoke to a manager about them. Food took 1 hour to come out. Rice and chicken sesame. Sucks I can't give a better review but the girl in the front has to go.
Came here for a birthday celebration and felt right at home! We were greeted with a happy birthday and had a special table with a view! The staff All hand-signed a card that was on the table for us. The food was delicious and would definitely recommend!
I would have been a fan coming to PF Changs but after my experience, I'd pass next time. I'm so fed up with all the impersonal business tactics. Waiters here don't deliver menu's, you have to download it on your phone that you hopefully brought with you. The food was amazing and would recommend the tofu dishes. However, when you go to pay, once again, they make it highly impersonal. It's again dependent on having cash or again downloading the paycheck to your phone....including imputing your credit card information. They also say they don't split the bill equally... as they say, that's not possible. Sooooo lame. Well, just on that, I will steer clear of PF Changs. Bummer because I would have highly recommended the food..... maybe 'to go' would have been better? By the way, the waiter was amazing and understanding!!! Thank you for that!
Our party arrived early and were promptly seated. The host staff were friendly. We were taken to the staircase to be seated upstairs. One member of our party would have been unable to use the staircase, we were quickly switched to a downstairs table. We were given paper drink menus but had to use our phones to look at the food menu, which also was an accessibility issue for one of our party. The wait staff was friendly has knowledgeable. All the food was excellent. The missing star is solely based on inaccessibility. Please note there are multiple areas with stairs so if that is a problem for anyone in your party you should note that in your reservation request. The shrimp dumplings and stir fried buddhas feast were excellent.

AT will add a category for prepaid reservations which will let you set the value of what you have prepaid which will then create a 'bid premium' + equity value of your reservation. At the moment it is all-in.
You can upload the reservation and set the asking price in a way that will satisfy your entire expense.
