I had a great imperial stout at Hudl brewing co (the imperial chocolate Cherry stout is amazing!!) I ordered Sourbelly right there at my table and and it was delivered from next door very quickly. I just wanted a quick bite between vintage shops and I ordered the Disco Fries and they were perfect!!!! So good!!! I tried their sauce and the jiggly meat sweet and spicy is so yummy! Thank you for awesome good guys!!

We came down with a group of friends who were visiting Vegas. It was first Friday, so it was pretty busy and we did all have to wait for a little while in line to order. We got the burger - add pickled onions - with the bbq fries and mac and cheese. We also got an extra side of cheese sauce. The burger was very good. The pickles on it are bread and butter, so if you don't like sweet pickles, then definitely get them on the side. We were not a huge fan of the bbq fries - the outside is basically the seasoning on a bbq potato chip, but the fries were really thick cut wedges, and we just prefer our fries a bit thinner. The mac and cheese was really good and the shape of pasta that they use holds the thick cheese sauce really well. Overall, we will back to try some more things.

It looks like some menu changes have taken place. Wondering if they have new management, chefs staff ect? 03/23 This is now the pork belly salad that replaced the pork belly wedge salad. It is still a great salad. Not my personal preference. To much dressing for my personal preference. I did not realize the menu changed and had my order taken by someone in the group. I'm a little confused why the electronic changing menu says chopped salad. When asking the staff. They said this is what they have now. Only ceasers, no chop. Okay. Pork was great. I didn't care for it compared to the previous presentation. It's still a great piece of meat. There is too much dressing for me heavily preference for the old wedge. I did enjoy the croutons.We are both super disappointed there is not a jalapeño cornbread casserole side anymore. Just feels like a bit has changed. I'm hoping it grows on us. Beans were not as savory or soft as we remembered. The food was still great as always. We are creatures of habit and really enjoyed the previous flavors and presentations. Staff was friendly and available. Everything was clean. Great stuff. Only disappointment besides adjusting to change. The music and the neighbor. I love soul belly. Brew works seems promising haven't been yet. Brew works has techno blasting over country from soul belly on the patio at noon. I seriously just wanted to take my food and be on my way. I say this with love. It was pretty bad as a person who likes all music. I understand you can't control a neighboring business, but I hope you guys reach an understanding about volume, and its not a continously completion as to who can be the loudest on the patio. Or work on them Mashups Looking forward to coming back for burgers and jiggle juice.

I found this place through a great IG post that made the food look incredible, so I made sure to visit while in Vegas.Disappointing and a waist of my time sums up the experience as a one liner.The staff are awesome, helpful and friendly. The food was ehhhh!!!!!The cashier suggested the prime rib and the mac and cheese. I was like hell yeah when she said there were crushed pork rinds on top of the mac and cheese. It had me thinking extra flavorful because pork makes most things better. This was no better than box mac and cheese. It was bland and disgusting. So what if they make the pasta in house if you pour nasty, tasteless sauce on top. The pork rinds were even tasteless.The small 3 pieces of prime rib were so dry that there was no oily food print on the paper they brought it out on. The texture was like it had been sitting under a light for too long. That IG post was either a bold lie or the person who created the post got paid to make it.

Hit this place for late lunch. It was awesome... most notably the beef brisket and cornbread with honey butter 😋 We could not decide what to try so we made our own sampler with lunch deal options and shared amongst 2 persons. Looks like it could be a fun place with live music in the evenings on some nights. Jasmine was an excellent server/bartender!!

Slow service and food ok. We ordered the grill cheese sandwich and the fried mac and cheese balls. Cheese balls came first and it was a lengthy amount of time before we received our sandwich. I went up to server area to check on order and was told it was still being prepared. Ordered 2 glasses of wine and Roxanne (bartender) barely poured an inch into the glass. We noticed on the way out a different bartender poured a “fair” portion given the price. I’ve had a much better portion at a show on the Strip.

This was my second time to Soulbelly and it was just as good the second time. The brisket and pork ribs are really good. We wanted the Pastrami Tri-tip but they had just run out. The pulled pork is good, with a vinegary kick. We'll have to come back to get the pastrami next time we're in Vegas.

The service was ok, the location is spacious. The pork ribs where good, the nachos, ok, but, the potato wedge fries were over seasoned and not tasty at all. We gave our food away. Disappointed.

Upside: Had the sliced brisket. It was excellent. Close but not quite the level of Franklin's in Austin. Also had potato salad. It was better than most but not stellar. Downsides: They only offer an online menu and it is poorly designed: 1) They don't tell you how much brisket you will get. 2) Many of the items have no description at all. 3) If you turn your phone to landscape mode, the menu's design keeps the top half of the screen frozen so the scrollable part is unusable. Finally, although it is the restaurant's choice, they did not offer a "bbq plate" with meat and a couple of sides or a 2-meat or 3-meat combo plate. Many folks are used to ordering that. Server came over only once, to deliver the food. Never checked to see if we needed anything. I was not offered water; I had to go to the bar area to ask for water and was directed to the soda station. Only when I got there did I see that they had what I assume were water glasses. The staff didn't seem to care at all. My wife's margarita was undrinkable but there was no one to complain to. She prefers a no-salt rim but it came with salt because there is no way when you order through your phone to specify that you don't want salt. It was also incredibly sour. When the order was delivered, I got a paper cup and I assumed I was supposed to get my own drink although nothing was said. Our food took quite a long time, given that we only ordered 1 order of brisket and 1 side of potato salad. It was all ready to go in the kitchen; there's no cooking. But they seemed to take forever. This was a Tuesday night, early. The place was almost full but not overflowing. If a restaurant can't deliver food promptly, don't seat the customer. Being short-staffed is not a valid excuse. Again, if you're having trouble meeting your standards, have customers wait to be seated. If your place is otherwise good, we're fine with that. The 2 items were delivered on the same type of tray as everyone else was using. And that's all. No plates. No utensils. No napkins. Those items should have already been at the table. I had the foresight to quickly ask for these items as soon as the tray was set down for fear of never seeing anyone again. We were provided with 2 flimsy paper plates and 2 sets of cheap plastic utensils wrapped in a napkin, as if this was a takeout order. A quick look at other tables revealed that no one else was using paper and plastic. We were the chosen few. Not knowing any of this beforehand and having read rave reviews about the food, I added a healthy tip to the bill when I ordered the meal, 30 minutes before. I was not happy that I had I had to tip the staff before the meal started we received absolutely no service. It does look like the staff was taking much better care of the larger groups. We were basically ignored. I would only order takeout from this place. I would never eat in again.

Almost everything is great at Soulbelly, as there are a plethora of meats to choose from along with a live stage for musical acts. In addition, there is a full bar and the place is sandwiched by two craft breweries. The meatloaf melt is a delicious gem, and I enclosed a photo to illustrate that fact.

Soulbelly BBQ is sure to meet all of your meaty needs!The first time I tried to eat at Soulbelly for dinner on a weeknight, the line was long, the staff were overwhelmed, and I ended up leaving when the line didn't move for 20 minutes. Luckily, I went back for lunch a few days later, and not only was there no line, but the brisket looked much tastier than it did during my previous attempt.WOW!!!! The brisket was super moist and flavorful, and the accompanying sauces were delicious. I really can't say enough about how fantastic the brisket was! I lived in Austin for 15 years and my husband is a native Texan, and even despite our high standards, Soulbelly blew us away.We got an order of mac and cheese (excellent!) and cornbread casserole (good but a little too eggy for my liking), and we really enjoyed the complimentary pickles.While not the cheapest meal, the price point is in line with high quality Austin barbecue. I was SO sad that they didn't have Lone Star when I visited, but everything else was really incredible.

We ordered the 3 meats & 2 sides Dessert: Banana Pudding (straight up cream and nuts with hardly any bananas or nilla wafers) Meat: fatty brisket, pork ribs, pork belly Sides: Texas ranch beans, red potatoes, green beans Their house sauces honestly were very unique. Not the best barbecue sauce...All the meats barely had any flavor the sauces didn't make them any better. Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
