Been a customer of Hillstone restaurant group for the last 25 years. This review, is the general consensus of current and former customers of all Hillstone establishments. The last three years, just like any other restaurant, employee turnover has been rampant. Unfortunately, this has drastically affected and impacted the quality of service expected at all Hillstone restaurants. In particular, South Beverly Grill, who is ran by an inadequate and miserable woman, named Jana Lee (little does she know, her staff can't stand her). It is a fact, from the food to the level service, the customer experience is unpleasant. The amount of times our food has been prepared incorrectly or have had insects lying on my plate, without any remorse from management is absolutely ridiculous. I'm just about done with these people. Whether it's the owner, George Biel, or son, they are completely blind to how their restaurants have changed for the worse. It's only a matter of time, till they feel it in their pockets.Maybe, just maybe, instead of upholding ridiculous and SEXIST rules, such as not allowing men to wear hats, but women being able to, they can reciprocate the same level of expectations to the customer!
