The Steigenburger is an amazing luxury hotel. The amenities made me feel like I was at home and everyone was so nice. I highly recommend this location and if I return to Frankfurt this will be my go to. The location was in easy walking distance to everything. Thank you for a fabulous stay! ❤️
The loveliest of hotels.
This is our second visit here. This is one of my favorite hotels globally-and will always plan to stay here when in Frankfurt. The hotel staff are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel is kept extraordinarily clean and well- appointed. The historic building is a treasure in itself -showcasing photos of its own history in some hallways. The location is exceptional - no need for a car to enjoy Frankfurt's city treasures. They have a reasonably priced early check in option and were generous with us when we asked for a bit more time checking out.

If you have a meeting coming up early the next morning and you want to be there on time, an overnight stay at the Frankfurter Hof is perfect!! Friendly welcome, great room, very good mattresses with a selection of pillows, very quiet, slept really well. The breakfast with a huge selection lets the day start well!!!! Always happy 😊😊😊
Simply the best!
We are customers of this Hotel for many, many years. Lately we were a bit disappointed, we did connect this with the takeover of the Steigenberger-Hotels by a new investor. This last weekend however everything was back to normal and we experienced a 5 Star Hotel in all respect. No complaints, to the contrary, we had a fantastic WE and the breakfast buffet is yet again the best you can have. Worth mentioning the service, which is outstanding wherever, reception, concierge, bar, restaurant! Congratulations, we will be back, for sure! Pierre KREITZ - Luxembourg

Great stay at the Steigenberger. I lived for many years in Frankfurt and now I travel regularly to the city on business, so I know the city and hotels offer quite well. For some reason, I regularly stay at another hotel in the area and not the Steigenberger, but this time decided to change and try this hotel. Must stay that experience was great. The hotel is an iconic and impressive building, old but extremely well maintained. From a location perspective it's very centric, great location, close to the shopping and business district. Room is very nice, well equipped, spotless clean, very good wi-fi connection, well stocked mini-bar, espresso machine...all in all, very nice room. Bed is comfortable allowing for a very nice sleep. Room as 2 double-glazed windows what isolates noise very well and at the same time can be opened for some fresh air. Didn't try the restaurant, but the room service. Food was ok, well served and delivered right on time. Staff in general very friendly and client oriented. Two areas which prevent me of giving the hotel the highest rating: 1. no usb sockets in the room, making challenging the charge one more than one device at the time. Did have only one adaptor (UK to EU) and usually I travel with 2 phones, 1 Ipad and one laptop. Business travellers today carry many devices and hotel is not prepared for this, at least in the room where I stayed 2. extremely slow elevators. In general had to wait a lot for the elevators, and when there, are extremely slow. I know that building is old, but an imagine that during peak times or with the hotel full it can be a slight struggle to go up or down quickly Overall, great experience. Will definitely return

Great hotel, we felt very comfortable. Staff competent and friendly. Luxurious ambience and first-class service. Flat screen TV, air conditioning, minibar, desk and safe. Very central location, good connection to local transport.
Beautiful city hotel with lots of elegance
Very nice, very luxurious! Large rooms, very tasty food and good breakfast. The prices for drinks are overpriced, because they certainly aren't reinventing the wheel when it comes to a can of beer! The staff, as far as we can tell, were very nice but we were only there for one night.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance from major sites, close to the shopping streets and with many restaurants and bars around. Very clean, beautiful rooms and most importantly - excellent service! Definitely a hotel to return to.
Main benefit is the good location
It’s a beautiful hotel that photographs well because of its grandeur exterior. It’s in a fantastic location too as it’s surrounded by sights, restaurants and bars. However, I did not find customer service to be satisfactory. Check-in was slow and there was no clear sign or line to indicate where we may wait at the reception. We wanted to bring up our own luggage but were told impolitely that the back-of-door elevators weren’t connected to the lobby elevators or something, and so they insisted to bring the bags up for us. That’s fine, but I did not appreciate the porter’s brashness. The amenities are dated. I understand it’s an old hotel and maybe they want to preserve its charms. But the elevators are slow and too small to even fit 3 adults with one check-in luggage each. The bathtub is strangely designed to be a too high and, it is difficult to climb in and out - it is not safe for elders. One last thing - it’s not super important but to keep up with times - I’d wish there are at least 1 - 2 USB ports available in the rooms for charging devices.
Meets the expectations - with a smile
All is as it should in this Hotel - excellent location, friendly and efficient staff, big rooms, good amenities… the hotel is right next to opera, shopping and reasonable also for most business visitors. Valet parking in particular was useful. The breakfast was not extraordinary, but had all we needed and the service was good.
We had a great stay at Steigenberger Icon
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was exactly what we needed for our time in Frankfurt. We had drinks at the bar one night and it was quite busy. I would take a taxi or car service rather than the train to this hotel.
Wonderful Stay
We are very happy to have chosen the Steigenberger on our return visit to Frankfurt , absolutely exceeded our expectations in every thing location, the Junior Suite, the meals, Spa facilites, etc but... THE STAFF is the real difference maker! Having visited many luxury hotels the world over this one has a wonderful and very well trained staff. And thank you again for making us feel at home. Special note to Eva who took the time at Oscar's and during breakfasts to make magic of those moments. Definitively the place in Frankfurt.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at Frankfurter HOF. From the moment we checked in until the day of our departure, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail. I appreciate how V (Assistant Front Office Manager) assisted us with our check out issue. The staff demonstrated unparalleled hospitality. Each team member I encountered was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warm welcomes and eagerness to assist with any inquiries truly made me feel valued as a guest. Truly an Iconic property.
This is one of the nicest hotels in Frankfort.
Employees here are well trained, polite and professional. I want to give a special thanks to employee K. Horbotava who went out of her way to help us in an early check-in after flying 26 hours without sleep. This hotel is clean and elegant and only 3 blocks from Christmas Markets. Our room was very large, marble bathrooms and hotel is well decorated. Door men are extremely friendly and helpful with providing directions and helping with getting luggage to the room.
Iconic hotel in a great downtown location.
Lots of things to see, do, eat, and drink within walking distance. Old world, high class decor and vibe. Beds are comfortable and great water pressure in the shower, although the whole half-glass door into the tub/shower is awkward. Full service room cleaning with turndown service each night. Small but cozy bar. Service is great and the staff is friendly and professional. Oscars restaurant is part of the hotel and serves great food.

Classy, gorgeous interior. Not overly bright nor dull, just the right amount of glow. The essence of luxury~ ;) We stayed here in September for our stop in Frankfurt, it was one of the highlights of our Germany trip. Great location, walkable distance to plenty of things to see and do in the heart of the city. Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and amazing. I received an email prior to our arrival asking for the preference of our hotel room and any amenities we needed.. I truly appreciate it. Thank you Leonard! Though it is a small gesture, you have to admit that it makes you feel special every time :) The breakfast is pretty standard European buffet style.. However, the hotel suites were nice and modern. Did I tell you how comfortable the bed is?! It's comfy! You even choose the kind of pillow you prefer..picky sleepers know what's up. We also thoroughly enjoyed the spa service, what we consider one of the Best Spa treatments from a hotel. Georgina is Awesome. My husband got us the Spa Suite and all I could say is "Man didn't we feel reborn afterwards!" The only thing though...wish we could have stayed there longer! lol. Until next visit!!

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
