Messed up our bill several times when we were trying to pay, billed the wrong items for the wrong people, charges for items we did not order, general inattentive waitstaff.

Great service, thank you Nicole! Amazing food! The level of noise, mostly the music volume, makes it difficult to have a conversation. The cost for valet is astronomical. What makes it worse, is that you are not told that the $24 fee is only for the first two hours. Our dinner experience, celebrating a birthday, lasted 3 hours and even with validation, valet was $52!!

First time going to STK and the customer service & environment was nothing short of spectacular. My friend and I sat at the bar and Darren greeted us and made sure we were well taken care of and made our first visit amazing! Food was great, vibe was great and Darren was on top of our food and made sure we had everything we wanted. We felt very welcomed & important even though it was a full house. Everyone was amazing! Can't wait to be back! :)

If you get Jimmy as your server you will get the VIP treatment. Depending on the day and time you go depends on the vibe you will get while dining. I prefer to go when it's slower and a more intimate vibe. This place is pricey but you may as well splurge every now and then. The happy hour many does offer many delicious options though and is very affordable. The pickled jalapeño shrimp and oysters on the half shell were yummy. They also have mashed potato tots, calamari, ahi tuna tacos, and truffles fries are also a good option.

Also want to shout out Chef Raul and his team for executing an amazing job with the food!!!! Highly recommend for anyone to come experience STK Westwood!!!!!!
Horrible experience here.
Food was good, but way overpriced. They automatically applied a 22.7% tip. The service they provided merited nothing close to that tip. Saw very little of our waiter. Overcharged us on the receipt and had to tell them to fix it. Paying the check took over 30 minutes. Will not be coming back

I love STK! The staff is AMAZING, super helpful, personable, and just good vibes. The hostess was great, super sweet! I wish I would've gotten the name of our server, she's the reason I couldn't give this location a lower rating. 5 stars for our server today, loved her! However, the Chef is another story and the reason I won't visit the LA STK again (SD only!). I ordered the 10oz Filet, medium temp like I always do. As soon as I cut into it, it was obvious it was way overcooked, no color no juice just fully cooked. I wasn't sure if I should just take the L and eat it as I was hungry, but our amazing server noticed right away and took it back. I guess the Chef did not agree so he had our server bring it back to me and have me cut into it again (super embarrassing and bad taste on his part). I cut it straight down the middle and sure enough it was well done. I then received the new steak, this time it was medium rare. Again, our server immediately noticed and agreed that it was undercooked. She was super apologetic and insisted to take it back and have them cook it more, I kindly declined. (I had a feeling the Chef took offense that I said it was overcooked the first time, so to make a point and be petty, he undercooked it the second time). My friends and family were already finishing up with their food, I had only ate the sides at this point. In an effort to not piss off the Chef even more, I just kept the highly undercooked steak and ate around the middle and left the rest. I decided to have it boxed up and take it to my dog. We had 2 other steaks that were cooked incorrectly as well but wasn't as bad as mine. We were also all so hungry so they just ate it as is. I wish I would've took a picture of the overcooked steak to show you all. Before feeding the undercooked steak to my dog at home, I took a picture, see attached. Maybe the Chef is new, or was having a bad day?? Not sure, but extremely disappointing that he couldn't get it right the second time. It's a steak house, it's crucial to know how to cook it to the guest's desired temp. Again, the service was amazing, the sides were delicious. However, star of the show, the steak, was a huge disappointment :( Reservation: 04/20/24 @ 2:30pm party of 11.

this was my first time coming here , and I was kinda excited just for the atmosphere and food. But honestly I'd give them a 6/10 for it to have been a 5 star restaurant the food wasn't that good in my opinion, the steak didn't have any flavor and the truffle butter barely did it . Waitress never came and refilled the water nor did she replace the warm water that had been sitting at the table the whole time we were . Why would I wanna sip room temp water ? No ice or anything smh even at Ruth Chris / Flemings they come and make sure u have cold water at any point in time. Any who I say that to say I wouldn't recommend stk sounds good and expensive but the food wasn't all that . If anything the sides were.
