The food was well executed and burst of flavor. The spiced watermelon drink was perfectly shaken. Upon entry the host were very welcoming we were seated immediately and the wait staff were very attentive. The decor, lighting and overall ambiance was just right.

I can only judge one entree so I'll give 2 stars. Had the filet and lobster. The filet was cold and lacked flavor and the lobster was cold and served with cold unclarified butter. Very poor. A filet at Texas Roadhouse is 100% better. The pork appetizer was pathetic, tough and terrible and $30. I will never be back it was really comically bad for the price.

Came here for happy hour on Saturday around 3:45pm with 3 others. We sat in the STK rooftop area. It was pretty empty up there with only a few other tables taken at the time. I'm not sure if it was busy downstairs or not. Service was quick! Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and made some good recommendations as well. Everything on the HH menu is either $3, $6 or $9 except for the surf & turf which is $19. All cocktails are $9 (normally $22) as well! Pretty good deal, imo. I ordered the Guava Berry Kiss (subbed rum for the gin), Sweet Berry Dreams, 3 oysters ($3 each), wagyu taco ($9 each), wagyu meatballs ($6) and jalapeรฑo pickled shrimp cocktail ($9 for two). Also tasted the short rib quesadilla as well. You can choose from either east coast or west coast oysters. I chose east coast. They were a good size and they were fresh! Wish I had ordered more of them!! The wagyu meatballs weren't bad. Shrimps were large. The wagyu tacos tasted good but they were tiny! For $9, we wished the tacos were a bit larger or came with more than one per order. We also wished there were more shrimps in an order as well. The short rib quesadilla was pretty tasty and was reasonably priced ($6). Everything else seemed reasonably priced as well. I would definitely come back again for drinks and oysters!

The service team is always fun and friendly. The music is super hip. Today we had a party of 8 and got in and out in 90 minutes. That's great! The check-in team was quick to find our reservation and seat us. Jordan was very attentive and had a witty sense of humor. He was amazing at relating with everyone at the table. The general manager, Gordon, was also a fun gentlemen who checked in with our table and the table next to us. We had another birthday coincidentally sitting next to us. They too seemed to be having a wonderful time! We love the atmosphere, team and food here. And about the food, well, with 8 people, we ordered the whole menu more or less from appetizers, to brunch to steaks. Not one complaint. All raving about their food. Actually, we only had 1 person with left overs. It's Sunday, so DT Scottsdale is super busy. STK handled a party of 8 seamlessly. We had a blast for my son's 26th birthday. Thank you!

My experience at this restaurant was for only cocktails soon after happy hour ended. Our party of four people planned to have dinner as well. We were seated on the patio. We ordered expresso martinis. Much to our surprise they were served to us in "small" champagne cocktail glasses instead of larger appropriate martini glasses. The pour was a total rip off for the plus $20 price. We complained to the server, who went back to the bartender to discuss. She came back and told us the pour size is the same for both glass styles .... And the bartender offered no switch to what we preferred. Absolutely NO concern to satisfy the customer! The restaurant manager should have been involved, but was not. By the way, I have looked at STK pictures of their Expresso Martinis on YELP, both professional images and customer shots and they all show the drink in Martini glasses. We decided to order no more drinks and no dinner. We left immediately there after, very disappointed with this restaurant. They use an electronic tablet at table side for bill paying. I requested on the pad for my receipt to be texted to me. The receipt was never received at all. I suggest getting some soft-back cushions on the very uncomfortable metal patio chairs too. Overall, it was an expensive and very bad experience for starting the evening in this restaurant.

Bad Service, Bad Food
We went to this restaurant for Thanksgiving and the rooftop is really nice, but not the food or the service. The waitress was not friendly, we ordered for the kids the Thanksgiving Special of course turkey, cranberry salad, etc. the presentation of the plate was not good all mixed up together and the turkey was completely hard like a rock from the inside and outside so hard to even slice it, the Cowgirl Ribeye was dry and hard to eat, they didnโt have the ribeye that I wanted, I asked for a cranberry vodka drink and they didnโt have Blue Absolut, the drink they gave me with other vodka was horrible, of course we didnโt try dessert. We are not coming back to this restaurant again.

The destination is first class. Beautiful rooftop patio on a warm Arizona evening. We were a group of 12 on a boy's weekend. For those of us that had steak, it was excellent. For the price point, the quantity of food and level of service were lacking. Our waitress was serving several tables and didn't provide the attention we should have received. In this case, we were underserved. By time we were offered a second drink, we were all but finished our dinner. I had the sea bass - it couldn't have been more than 2 or 3 ounces, served on what was maybe one piece of bok choy. I regret not having taken a picture. The seafood platter failed to deliver given the $200+ price for 4 people. Other than the rooftop patio, we were able to find a superior steakhouse during our stay to make up for this mistake. One and out, never to return!
Best Girls Night Ever!
Brought our friends out that just moved here from California and Had an amazing girls night out celebrating 2 girls birthdays. The place is awesome with a DJ and modern decor! The staff was great! Kenny the manager was awesome and had Amelia was a fantastic server! The food was delicious! Even the hostess was sweet and took pictures for us! Can't wait to come back!

High energy music and a great atmosphere. Foodโฆ. Ot so great. Steaks were just ok and side dishes (mushroom confit and creamed spinach) were inedible. No on par with other steakhouse options and waaaay overpriced. Skip the food and enjoy drinks instead.
Loud , overpriced , not my jam
I would say first of all it seems like you either love this place or itโs not for you! Doesnโt seem like much of a middle ground. The place is first off super loud which is strange in a supposed classier place. Feels nightclub ish while you eat a steak. The food is actually pretty tasty however it comes at a pretty expensive price. The steaks we all got were delicious for sure. The sides and appys are hit or miss. $24-30 salads and $19 sides โฆchoose wisely - the calamari is small dish and basic , asparagus is basic , the Brussels sprouts were actually good but how many of those can you eat anyways. I would say everyone had a good time and the service was attentive and good. The thing is it wasnโt for me โฆlots of money for a meal you could easily get anywhere you spin the wheel.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
