Had a really good time. Mo was our server very nice and patient knew a lot about the menu glad we were with her. Desserts were perfect and delicious and that alone was definitely worth the go. Sliders are worth it! Only complaint is too loud.

This is a clear example of why this place sucks so bad! The lack of customer service trickles down from the top. Bottom line: they just want your money and don't care about your experience! Worst service I have ever had at any restaurant plus the food was sh!t. The server took our order and never returned to refill drinks or ask if everything was okay. We had to ask a runner to get our bill. This place also has a mandatory 20% service charge so the servers have no care and they still ask for more of a tip on the bill

Yooo! This place is very cool! The decor and atmosphere is awesome. I loved the vibes from Mona and Amanda. They're so sweet! Definitely sugar overload with the sweet treats and the service! It was my first time here and I will admit I was confused at the menu because I saw in bold non-alcoholic price on the drink but didn't read the whole thing. Lol. Almost got a martini but definitely got the big bowl drinks after I saw there is alcohol in them. Lol. I don't think I would be disappointed with either drink. It was made just right and I'm glad Mona gave me a chance to take a video of the drink being made. Fun experience thanks to Mona and Amanda! Thanks! Will be back!!

They love that it was like a club. They loved the booming music and the silly food. The milkshakes are HUGE! So If you have multiple kids maybe get them to share. They are too big to finish alone. Get one of those Giant fishbowl drinks. We did a nonalcoholic one to share with the kids. They loved it. All in all a great little place to take your kids.

Celebrating life and family! As SoCal residents, we come to Las Vegas quite often but had never had the opportunity to visit the Sugar Factory until today. Family trip we decided to take at the last minute for the kids' spring break. All the great things we've heard about The Sugar Factory...it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, drinks amazing and staff fantastic! Not always easy to cater to a large party but our server Tessa was fabulous! Thank you Sugar Factory and Tessa for a happy memorable experience!

If we had a different person as a server .... Who knows. Having someone in our group with allergies I worked closely with him and he put in orders exactly as we needed (I stood with him and he verified they were right before submitting them), now if only the kitchen had been able to do them the way they were put in. Two of 5 orders were wrong which was doubly frustrating because the wait for food was obscene. One meal came out quickly and correctly the second one we ended up packing to go. Jay through all of this made our kids feel special and really went the extra mile. I know that staffing is a challenge (and this was obvious from the moment you arrive) preventing errors prevents double work for the overstrained staff. The other bright spot was the waffle burger....

Their big trough like you used to be able to get it Farrell's, is $99! The candy and sweets are definitely overpriced, as are their milkshakes. You're definitely paying for the celebrity name. I went to the new Sugar Factory off the Strip with my friends while vacationing in Vegas. It was fun to come for one drink to see what the hype was about, but the candy on my mini drink was underwhelming. The goblet drinks are more fun but my friends and I all wanted different drinks! However I loved the pop rocks on the rim of my drink... just wished the cotton candy was slightly larger lol (this drink was close to $20)

We used to come here at least once when in Vegas when it was in the Paris, but it had been a while since we went and this was the first time going to the recent location. The giblets are just fun. But they’re expensive and not as strong as they used to be. The fondue was fun too. I don’t know that we’ll come as often as we used to. But it’s fun nonetheless. When you’re rich and famous… this is a casual place to sit. We’re not quite there yet. :)

We had no idea what to expect and we're not aware that this was a celebrity hot spot. But I can honestly say no matter what expectations you dream up for this place they won't compare!! Very disappointing from the service, food and the hidden fees you will pay just to eat here. The service lacked actual customer service. The food has gone downhill from being actually good to meh with the lack of flavor and the lack from the kitchen being passionate about their jobs to make the food taste good. And the hidden service fee will get your check up there. On top of the service they ask for a tip still. Umm no! Other restaurants in the area dont tack on a service fee but this establishment does.

Unexpected “service charge”

We stopped here on our first night. Their photos of their menu made the food look worth it. We order the sampler platter appetizer (pretty mediocre food) and shakes. The shakes were good. The service was pretty bad. And when we got our check there was a 20% “service charge” for a table of 2. They didn’t explain what that was, was it a mandatory tip? Something else? I expect to pay a tip when I dine out but I don’t expect to pay a 20% tip on top of a 20% “service charge.” We tipped anyway but it made our meal a total of $90 for an appetizer and 2 non-alcoholic shakes.

Wow! First time using this website/app. It was almost hard to believe the quality of customer service I received as soon as I posted my offer. A private chat forum with me and the person helping me find the best option. Constant communication and a wonderful experience using Appointment Trader. I'm surprised it took me this long to find AT but this will now be my GO TO for hard to get restaurant reservations. It was like having my own private concierge.

My first experience using AT was awesome and the AT support saved the day! When my booking transfer initiated two days earlier but didn't complete by the day of the reservation, AT was able to expedite the transfer and confirm a table at Call Me Gaby in Miami Beach. Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
