Oriana was great!! If you go to Sugar Factory make sure to get her, she will take good care of you. Best server ever. We went there on me and my twin birthday 3/15 and it was amazing. She made our birthday wonderful and did remember it plus came with the crew to sing to us with some dessert. Better than Versace Mansion who did nothing. At last, she was the only one who knew how to do separate receipts, other places was unable to do it. Thank you for making our birthday a great one, we appreciate it.

The service and food were ok but beware, on top of the 20% gratuity they charge a state tax. A resort tax and another service tax so a bill of 100 can very quickly almost double for the fees/taxes charged. Also note if you are coming with a family, a drag show is just down the way. Fine by me but they do announce the start and are yelling vulgar things so maybe jusy earmuff the kids 🤣

I ordered chicken and waffles, which were nothing but chicken strips over a plain waffle. I also ordered chicken strips for my daughter. They don't have a kids menu so it was a good helping of chicken strips. The food was okay. Definitely not worth the $55 tab for two dishes. I haven't tried their fancy drinks and don't think I would ever go back to try. Not worth the money or the hassle of south beach traffic and parking.

My daughter & I was anxious to try sugar factory for the first time. Everything we tried to order on the menu (beer battered calimari & chicken waffles), the waiter came back and told us they were out of it. Mind you this was at 2pm. Since nothing we wanted was available, we ended up leaving. Was very disappointed!

I got a bacon cheeseburger and it was real really good. It had great flavor and was cooked to perfection. The fries were cold and the soda was flat. The worse part was the new expired ketchup they brought out. From the look I could tell it was expired as it looked more like barbecue sauce. After tasting it you could tell it was bad. I told the manager and he was kind enough to get me Heinz out of the bottle. The bad part is my stomach has been hurting really bad since we left. I am praying it's not food poison , but after having that ketchup anything is possible.

For all of your Instagram worthy pictures, this is the place. Staff is super friendly and drinks are amazing looking. Expensive, but amazing looking. We got a couple milkshakes - some with alcohol, some without. The milkshake itself was good. Nothing to rave about, but decent. Each one was full of crazy toppings, that to be honest, you wouldn't want to eat because they just don't taste good. So mainly, you're paying around $20-$30 per drink for presentation and photo opportunities. Outside of that, it's nothing to write home about. Still, if you have some money to burn, it's a fun visit.

This place is expensive and doesn't have the best food but it's definitely a cool experience and Tourist attraction place! The atmosphere is cool and all the bright colors are captivating. Music is a little too loud but it makes the place have a nice vibe.The drinks look cool and they come in a huge bowl looking cup! Ocean blue - basically hpnotiq with gummy sharks swimming in your drink!!!! ( sweet, priced at $45 ). The chicken and waffles wasn't the best, chicken was dry and not seasoned much. Waffles were ok nothing special. Valet parking ( expensive). If you wanna drop money and have a few good photo ops this is the place for you.

Had a great birthday celebration. Large party. Huge serving sizes. Drinks were tasty. Would either eat or have a drink not both. Was pricey but we had that in mind.

I was so excited to go to the Sugar Factory as I thought it was an experience but it was definitely underwhelming to say the least. It looks super cute when you first walk in but in the restaurant the decor was super plain (I wasn't sure if it's because this is a nightclub supposedly, but yeah). We were tucked off in the corner, party of 9 so it was kind of tight. I had no idea those huge fishbowls were $45, but hey that's part of why we are here right so....gotta get one! The drink was tasty - I won't say strong but it was good. The presentation was super cute and they tell you to get your phones ready! The dry ice doesn't really allow you to get completely to the bottom but you do get this little fuzzy feeling in your nose when you are near the end. The paper straws suck with this drink, so grab a couple extras! lolThe food is totally meh...admit it you're not here for the food. I got some plain ole wings which were pretty dry actually and not HOT-warm at best. One of my friends got the ice cream sundae and it was HUMONGOUS! Definitely share worthy that's for sure! Our waiter was cool but not as attentive as we had to catch his attention every time we needed something. Overall, I'm glad to say that I've finally been to a Sugar Factory but I am left wondering if all locations are like this or is it just South Beach?

I highly recommend this service. Reservations sell out in minutes as they become available at this restaurant. I was able to get a table at the exact time we wanted, on a peak weekend night. Amazing!

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
