I was just asking for how long for my pick-up order this tall korean guy shouts and said almost ready. My order took so long, and theres just a few customers in there.

One of the worst thing to do in any business is have an absolute terrible service! My wife and I were so disappointed about how service was, food was not great! The server was so slow and unprofessional playing with his phone and leaving the food more like throwing on the table and leaving! Not okay! I will not return and will not recommend it to come to anyone who lives in town and want to get some awful food and negative service

This place has really great quality sushi! I am very finicky when it comes to spicy tuna rolls, but oh man this place did it perfectly! They are not cheap with the amount of fish in the rolls either! I also got the salmon and avocado roll, salmon skin roll and California roll, all excellent! When I went to pick up my order, the place was PACKED. Granted, it's not that big, it's actually kind of small, but cute decor. That tells you that this place MUST be good if every table (and sushi bar) is completely filled. This may be my new sushi spot for takeout!

Great food & not bad prices for sushi, I got the six dollar roll, yellowtail sushi & bluefin tuna. Tbh I'd skip the blue fin tuna it just seemed like the regular one but overall a great experience, I will be back.
Not a great sushi place.
We're new to the area and saw this had great reviews so we decided to give it a try. We got the Baked Salmon roll, Camarillo roll and shrimp tempura. The baked salmon roll was done well, but the other two not so much. The Camarillo roll included baked eel, but we found SEVERAL bones in the roll ( I understand a few but the amount we found was insane). The shrimp tempura roll had the smallest amount of shrimp, not even worth it. The service was pretty slow after we placed our order, ( but we were checked on off before) with no water refills. Can't say much for the ambiance since we were sitting outside.

Very small cramped. Service was good. Definitely not a good place to go on a Friday night if you want to be able to have any dinner conversation
Love this place.
Number one go to for best priced sushi for the quality and service. The guys are always making fresh sushi at the bar and the ambiance is cozy and feels likes you're there to chill and have great food. Love the #12 roll and the #16, definitely recommend the crispy rice with spicy tuna, those things are mountains and well worth it if you love spicy tuna. Some other favorites we love are the teriyaki entree, the spicy tuna hand roll, 101 roll, Red Dragon Roll, and Great Jeff roll.

I'm not sure what happened, but it has gone down hill. I went for lunch with my baby yesterday. Yes, mothers with babies get sushi too. He's not ready for a high chair, so he sits in his car seat in his stroller. I came into the restaurant and there were two tables taken. I went to sit at a table that would fit his stroller perfectly and was told I needed to sit at a smaller table. The smaller table would result in his stroller blocking the aisle, and the other one had him parked alongside the sushi bar. I accommodated, and sat awkwardly at the table so I could still have access to the things I need from the stroller. I was asked what I want to drink and I ordered a water and a Diet Coke. I was asked "a water AND a Diet Coke?" Yepp...both...that's..why I ordered it... I looked at the menu and realized I should have just gone to Eggs n Things as I already was clearly not welcome. I really wanted sushi so I ordered the lunch combo, just ordered to-go instead of sitting and having a lunch with my baby like I planned. I got the chicken teriyaki and California roll. I sat there for 30 minutes, my little one started getting fussy, so I stand up to roll him around. I also thought I should get an extra rice for him to take home as he loves rice. I ask the waiter for an extra side of yes. "It already comes with rice." Yes...I know... an extra side please... food wise, the sushi is always fantastic . The chicken teriyaki was really not that great, and it usually is. Here's a pic of my 3.99 soda. Overall not the experience I had in my head from previous times.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
What happens if no one accepts your bid?

Getting a Refund
I'm reaching out for some guidance on a recent experience I had with a Resy reservation at 4Charles purchased Appointment Trader.
Upon arriving for my reservation, I was surprised to find that there was no record of the booking under the name provided in my AT purchase. I've already initiated a refund, but I haven't received any updates except the suggestion to check my purchase details and open a refund inquiry.
If anyone has successfully navigated a similar situation and could share their insights, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
