In Miami for a few days and decided to check out Swan.
We weren't disappointed. It's in the design district so it's amongst other chic restaurants and shops. We had reservations and were quickly sat. I was surprised that it was pretty scarce but I hear Mondays are the popular night- with the fire dancers and DJ. Service was attentive. Everyone enjoyed their meals. It's trendy and chic. Very eye catching in the patio. Would love to come back again when I'm in Miami.

Metal piece found in the ravioli, a big in the drink, and smell of mildew in the courtyard make it hard to give a good review. Classy neighborhood, surely expensive rent, but this was unacceptable. The other dishes were fine. Nothing exceptional for presentation.
I'm shocked the reviews aren't higher.
We went expecting a cool scene and at least decent food. The scene is top notch Miami and the food is phenomenal - so much better than expected. Perfect brunch steak, pizza better than your favorite pizza place, tortilla as good as any in Madrid...

Bad service, rude waiter, way over priced. Nothing exciting on the menu. No table throw. Overrated. I do not recommend.

For a party of two for dinner and drinks the ambiance was enjoyable and the food was very tasty, the oysters were sensational and the drinks we ordered were so refreshing. The only odd thing was our waiter, we had to keep repeating ourselves for basic information on three separation occasions that lasted quite long and was a bit awkward, perhaps they had a off night but for the amount we spent we expected a more elevated service experience .

We tried the Miso Salmon which is paired with the yuzu brussel sprouts and the lemon garlic chicken with capers. The food was tasty. We also had some delicious mocktails!

Dined here for lunch, upon arriving, the ambiance was beautiful, a patio that I can imagine must be gorgeous at night, and the inside was tastefully decorated. Ordered the charred octopus, that was extremely delicious. There was a lot of waiting, there was no priority on time, so a business lunch is not recommended, it took almost two hours, which is a lot. For an entree, I got the branzino, I really enjoyed this dish. For dessert we got the chocolate box, I did not like it, the "cake" substance tasted like a sponge, it was odd, the ganache was great though. I think this would be a great brunch spot, I don't think I'd return for lunch.

This was by far the worst dining experience i have ever had.
I don't even know where to begin. From the moment we walked in, I was just shocked by the lack of professionalism. The restaurant was absolutely empty, maybe 3 tables. Yet are drinks took at least 50 min, and are appitizers and meals took close to 2 hours. The staff stood around socializing, and truly had a very entitled way about them. Nobody checked on are meals, or offered us more drink. It was so disappointing . DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

The menu is small, with a few dishes that sound amazing on paper but fail in execution. The honey-glazed salmon was overcooked and dry, the seared tuna was chewy and tasteless, and the truffle fries were room temperature and definitely not worth $24. The crab cakes and Brussels sprouts were good. Everything tasted like Costco-premade food (nothing wrong with that, just not what you expect from a restaurant like this)--extra points for the presentation. The service was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant itself is cute, and nicely decorated, but with really loud music. I was highly disappointed; overall, it was a cute restaurant with questionable, overpriced food.

This is a beautiful restaurant for special occasions with indoor and outdoor dining. The food and drinks are great, especially the drinks because they are very creative! I definitely recommend this place when visiting Miami!
Swanky little spot
Cool little spot to grab lunch while shopping in the Design District. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. Food was very good and came out quickly. Would definitely go back

Very pretty interior both inside the restaurant and out on the patio. The servers took good care of us providing great recommendations for food and drinks all of which were displayed beautifully! Very appetizing! The atmosphere was nice with a variety of music that everyone is able to enjoy.

If you are looking for a cool vibe in the design district then consider the outside patio for drinks. As far as a good restaurant for dinner, I would not recommend this place as the food was subpar..... at least the pizza. My wife had the salmon and said it was good though
5 star prices, 1 star service
The service was laughable. I sat at the bar and ordered a $44 lobster salad and a $17 glass of Albariño. At these prices, I expected good service but I received the opposite. Asked for water (not offered) but it never came. I had to get up and ask the busboy. Salad came (looked beautiful) but it was bland. I asked for salt and pepper. Bartender showed up 7 minutes later with pepper (grinder was almost empty). Said he had to go look for salt. 5 minutes later, he served me a bowl of the wet salt they use for margaritas. Said “we don’t have salt shakers”. Unbelievable.

The place was so cute. The guava french toast was soooo good. Our server Natasha was great also. Cant wait to eat here again

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Getting a Refund
I'm reaching out for some guidance on a recent experience I had with a Resy reservation at 4Charles purchased Appointment Trader.
Upon arriving for my reservation, I was surprised to find that there was no record of the booking under the name provided in my AT purchase. I've already initiated a refund, but I haven't received any updates except the suggestion to check my purchase details and open a refund inquiry.
