It was very good. Didn't care too much for the veggie skewers but the falafel and rice was delicious! I also tried a spinach and a cheese fatayer. I didn't care for the spinach one but the cheese one was excellent. Service was really nice as well. If I'm in the area I'd come back

Each of us loved what we ordered, from the fish and chicken kabobs to the lamb and falafel plates, we all were happy. The garlic sauce and hummus and pita were delicious and the baklava was perfect. The waiters/waitresses were great which was an added plus to our dining experience. Found the place by accident and so happy I did!

The restaurant's web page indicated that they were closed, but could fill a to-go order. Since they advertised that they were open until 8 PM on week days we mentioned that to the host but we were refused service. Since I have been to Lebanese restaurants for over 50 years all over the Los Angeles and Orange Counties and several of them in Long Beach I have never been refused service during the advertised hours.

Looking for a great restaurant to try tonight? This is our go-to date night when my husband and I are looking to spend time together. Ever since we wandered into this restaurant a few years ago, we keep going back. The restaurant has a new name and has changed hands, we are never disappointed and the food is always amazing. It's flavorful, with great portions. My hubby and I always share the fried cauliflower and a skewer plate. The staff are always so kind and helpful and we look forward to seeing them just as much as the food. If you are in the Long Beach area, you have to go and check them out.

This was the best falafel I've ever had, it was SO crispy out the outside and soft inside. Got the falafel platter and everything was amazing, not to mention it came out so soon after I ordered but was so fresh. Great service, ever better food.

Had my birthday lunch at taboon and the employees made it special through their dedicated work. The service was very fast and my party of 10+ enjoyed our time here. We ordered the family meal and I wanted to give a special shout-out to the falafels (very yummy). The baklava and ice cream was given to me as a bday treat and it was delicious. 100% recommend!

We have been going to Taboon for a few months and the food is consistently delicious and we receive great service every time. The portions are big, which I appreciate for leftovers. Everything we've had there has been delicious. Sometimes we just share a cold mezza for dinner and that is enough to fill two people. Their patio is pleasant so I recommend eating outdoors.

Taboon is a hidden gem in the heart of my wonderful neighborhood of Bixby Knolls. You will know that it's a locals' favorite because although it is not on Atlantic or any other main thoroughfare that would elicit foot traffic, it is always populated with devoted patrons like me and my family. The hummus is the most creamy and delicious I've ever tasted; the falafels and garlic dip are flavorful and delish, and the kabob plates are authentic and amazing. Sorry I can't expound on other items on the menu but I'm a creature of habit and love the chicken kabob bowl so much that I refuse to deviate ;)!! My family delights to bring Taboon food home with us a few times a month and we are grateful that we have this deliciousness right around the corner from us!! Photos to follow the next time we are at there.

My skewers are not on sticks. They did not give me a lamb skewer at all & I paid $40 for it all, they shorted me on one of my chicken skewers & the shrimp was cold. Do not recommend 0 out of 10.

I am a travel nurse so I always make a point to visit local spots, check out what's good. I'm actually home this weekend and was craving something healthy and thought of Mediterranean food. Greece is also one of my all time favorite travel destinations. I looked up the Mediterranean and instead of the other options I usually choose, I decided to go here. Taboon Mediterranean has been able to survive the covid struggle and I'm so grateful. It's not located in a touristy spot and I'm sure they had many struggles staying open. It's an adorable spot with I door and a large patio dining area. I was happy to discover they have happy hour mon to Fri 3-5. 20% off food and 50% off alcohol. They have wine, beer and a few cocktails to choose from. I had the grapefruit paloma and then a pilot grigio from Italy. For appetizer I ordered the pickled vegetable..it's actually quite a large serving and so delicious. I then ordered the fish kabab bowl. They use salmon..and it is grilled perfectly. I will be back and I hope others hear about this place. Delicious

Went back this Sunday with my Mom and some friends before heading to a high school play. Food was excellent. We ordered the family style platter it had Very Generous portions, the chicken and steak were both tender, Greek salad was fresh and flavorful. The cauliflower was a hit and I am in love with the garlic dip. Ordered a couple bottles of Muscato too. Service was fantastic sorry I didn't catch her name. This place is a hidden gem, if you haven't been there put it on your calendar.

I have really been wanting to try Taboon even during lockdown, but I wanted to make my first experience in person. Today was finally that day! As soon as I arrived I was greeted and sat right away. I was brought menus right away. This type of service is very hard to come by these days, so I was so very thankful for this bc I have had a long week and wanted to relax, but not have to worry. I ordered the house wine and the salmon entree. Both were very delightful. The wine for house wine was very very tasty. I love more robust and bold wines. This wine fit my palate. My entree came out in amazing time and looked amazing! The portions are really nice. The salmon was marinated perfectly, the salad was dressed just right, the hummus was really good as well. The only thing i would ask next time, and this is only bc of my personal preference, is for the grilled onion and tomato to be cooked a little longer. Either way they were still delicious. Overall, I'm sad it's taken me this long to come check this delicious place out, but rest assured I will be back for more! Thank you so much Taboon for great service, great ambience, and great food! Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
