Vr virtualis amazing
We did 2 virtual reality games and we had the best time. This was the first time we had done this and didn't know what to expect but it was amazing! We laughed hard but we accomplished each goal in both games and we will be back again. A must do!!
Be the first to ReplyGreat big escape room
We did the Meow Wolf Megamart. The whole experience is a little confusing, from buying tickets to the actual experience. In my opinion, it was a great big escape room. Yes, there was interesting visuals. The story line was weak. After about an hour of wandering around aimlessly (like everyone else) we asked the staff for clues to get the heck out of there. Would not do it again and if I referred it to someone, I would say its a fancy escape room.
Be the first to ReplyBusy! Area 15
Everything that works there was very friendly and very helpful. The place is extremely busy. Give us access to a bunch of different attractions. Most of them were virtual reality. I feel like this place is geared more toward young people. Some of the things you had to purchase separate to do. Which I would think should be included.
Be the first to ReplyIncredible - especially if you like creativity.
Just returned to UK after a conference for the Entertainment industry. A group of us, all of whom work in events and with sound, lighting and effects, visited on the day we were flying back, which restricted our visit to a couple of hours. And what a shame that was. It was interesting to hear people in our industry who had visited and were raving about their experience, and yet read negative reviews. We simply did not have enough time to do it all justice. What we did see we loved, and a big group of us all agreed that instead of it being a last minute visit, next year we’ll make sure we allow enough time and do the entire experience. It’s a brilliant concept, incredibly creative and a fantastic way to see what is proper, modern art. If you appreciate art and creativity, you’ll love it. Make sure you allow enough time though!

The area was real interesting. I don’t know what we went to, some sounds and led show. I guess it’s for the young hip crowd though. I would go back and try a different thing. There are 6 or 12 different things to do there
Be the first to ReplyLittle Miss Nasty - great show!
We went to see a show called Little Miss Nasty. It was excellent! Highly recommend the show. Area 15 itself is a very cool experience as well.
Be the first to ReplyNot worth the money
Omega Mart and voyager Package. Not worth the price at all. Omega mart was weird and neon psychedelic vibe gets repetitive in other attractions. The Beast restaurant was also not very good.
Be the first to ReplyWould 100% go again!
Very interesting, cool attraction, and loved the vibe. I think this place is 420 friendly, although they obviously don’t advertise it. Your bag is checked for weapons, we had a vape pen and no one cared. It is free to wander around and you have to pay for the experiences. Illuminarium, and the Lift ride were closed. Wink World and Museum Fiasco were our favourites. There is a scavenger hunt like thing (Particle Quest I think) that we didn’t know about until too late; I wish there was a little more info/direction from staff.
Be the first to ReplyQuirky "Art" Viewing, but not worth it.
Was somewhat enjoyable for the whole family, some enjoyed it some didn't. Can get a bit boring after a while, and wouldn't recommend it based on the price. Much of the lights can be hard on your eyes, as most of the back area is dark, with very bright lights in every room.

It was an interesting way to spend an afternoon. We booked the Mega Mart experience. It looked better online. It was very expensive and for us it was not worth the money but that is a personal preference. It is free to get into Area 15 itself.
Be the first to ReplyFantastic experience
Fantastic staff and rooms. This experience was amazing and we had the time of our life. I would suggest doing this and give yourself a couple hours.
Be the first to ReplyResearch your activities
We bought 3 Voyager passes @129.00 each this includes 9 experences very pricey. I would not do this again. 9 is a lot to cram into 1 day & Winks World, Brainstorm & Museum Fiasco were supposed to be "mind bending" but were mind numbing & boring. We did not get to do Liftoff because of lightning in the area so that was 4 out of 9 that were a bust. The must do's in my opinion was the illuminarium (Space), Army of The Dead was a lot of fun, but gets busy. The VR experiences are not included & cost 55-60 dollars pp but a big hit with the kids...I liked it too. We ran out of time and did not get to see Particle Quest that is about 40 minutes. Birdly is 2 minute VR ride. There is quite a few pro's & con's. My most important suggestion is to really research because it's quite easy to burn a lot of cash there. I would not get the voyager pass again. The bars & restaurants are $$$ but very good. The staff were outstanding...friendly & helpful and sincerely seemed to enjoy working there.

Security are thieves and the company won’t reimburse for what was stolen. Wouldn’t recommend going here.
Be the first to ReplyHard to describe but "fun" will do it
I'm still trying to describe this to folks since I returned from my visit. OK, so, Area 15 is kinda like an indoor fun park w/ bars & restaurants and Omega Mart is an art exhibit that is attached to it. There is NO fee to enter Area15, so, if you want to go in and wander around there's no charge. There are some 21+ only places here but there are plenty of things to do with kids - who will love this. Omega Mart/Meow Wolf is separate so you will have to pay to go in to that. Yes, it's pricey but it is so cool. A grocery store/art exhibit. You should read separate reviews of that and not associate any pricing w/ Area15. If you visit Vegas with kids who are old enough to go on their own cool your heels at a bar and let them tour Omega mart or try one of the virtual rides/attractions available. It's basically an indoor theme park inside a place as big as an airplane hangar. Between what's available in Area15 and Omega Mart you could easily spend a half day (or longer). We were there for a couple of hours. Expect crowds but not so much that you can't move around. Omega mart will be crowded. Ample parking and easy to get to by Uber/Lyft.
Be the first to ReplyCool Experience, but Expensive
Area 15 was a pretty cool experience. The art in the parking lot was interesting, and the tech inside was neat to see. The only down side is that the attractions are pretty expensive. I appreciated the free passes to enter, along with the 'adults only' time from 10:00 pm to midnight. Wink World and the giant skull with projection were the best.
Be the first to ReplyVery expensive activities
One of my sons got a free entry pass online. We expected to pay for extra activities but we thought the prices were very expensive. At $60 each for Omega Mart that was $240 for the 4 of us and we felt that was too much for a short activity so had a quick wander around and left. The tree with the coloured leaves was pretty amazing.
Be the first to ReplyOverpriced, underwhelmed
Cool experience but not the worth the price… wish I knew you could enter free and just pay for stuff you wanted to try once you saw it, I bought a pass and didn’t even do all we paid for. My mistake but the site isn’t very clear. The VR quality is lacking, my headset on one had no sound, picture quality is what I expected 10 years ago, the Braintease thing is really silly and lasts about a minute, Particle Quest was awful. Wink world and Museum Fiasco were my favourites but I paid far too much for what it was… only thing that looked really fun was the zip line but it wasn’t included and I refused to spend more than I already had. I wouldn’t bother going again and I’m sad I blew as much money as I did. At least it got us out of the heat…
Be the first to ReplyCool place
Lots to do but a little pricey. Overall a good time. Lots to look at, where something that glows in the dark, you will shine
Be the first to ReplyVery unique entertainment spot
Amazing mind stimulating place in Vegas. Free to enter and look at the different exhibits and atmosphere. There are multiple VR experiences, many with their own bars on site. There is a open bar in the middle of the common area where you can watch people soaring above you on a track suspended from the high ceiling. Wide variety of different venues all hoping for your entertainment dollars. We did the ax throwing while sipping locally brewed IPA's. A lot of time and fun here. Not a place though if you're on a tight budget.
Be the first to ReplyUp, Up and away
An interesting unique experience which gives a different take on the strip. It was a 7 minute 150 foot 'lift-off' we got a good cocktail at the bar and was able to take it up on the ride. The ride rotated giving views of the strip and the valley. We went at Sunset so had the added pretty sky.
I hadn't been to Area 15 as yet and we walked around a little, we will definitely be returning to do some of the experiences at a later date
Go to Meow Wolf, but skip the rest
I went to Area 15 for the sole purpose of going to Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart, which was AMAZING. The rest of Area 15 was kind of disappointing.
The open space inside was cool to hang out in. There are about 4 bars, including the one inside Omega Mart, a coffee bar, an ice cream booth (the BEST), and one - ONE - restaurant, Beast, which was just ok, and also a bit disorganized.
The only other attraction I bothered going to was Museum Fiasco - and it turned out to be a total ripoff. It was a big, dark, suffocatingly foggy room, with a series of LED lights on columns that were programmed to some bizarro mash-up of a dance club and a locomotive train wreck. Impressive programming, but boring, underwhelming experience for a high price. You can’t even sit down to enjoy the experience. Maybe entertaining if you just dropped acid.
So, in summary, go to Meow Wolf, and skip everything else except the ice cream and coffee.
Pretty cool
You have tickets to one of the attractions on the inside. We did two Meow Wolf & Van Gough experience, plus the virtual.
Meow Wolf Omega Mart is a trip and fun for all ages. Go early. I did a review for it too.
The Van Gough experience was relaxing and neat. Different experience and beautiful. It was cool learn a bit about the artist and watch how his art changed as he also changed mentally. We bought the VIP went up stairs after did the virtual part as well which was different.
There so much to do in Area 15 and really hard to explain. Zipline, art, food, Rocket Fizz Candy shop, bar, couple of gifts shops. Honestly more I just did not explore the whole building. Great place take kids and families.
This was different
I wasn’t aware of what this was before I arrived. My niece wanted to go. She and my brother had a great time and found it very exciting. I found it noisy and expensive. This is probably a great hang out for teens with money.
Be the first to ReplyGive yourself lots of time to get through it.
We were so excited to go here but we’re very disappointed once we arrived. $55 each to enter Omega Mart. This would be ok if you got the story line and experience with that but they tell you after you are in there that it is another $2 a person to get the two hour experience. The staff say it is totally fine to go in without it so we did knowing that we had dinner reservations for later.
It is very confusing and the staff were nit very helpful. We walked around and tried a few things but couldn’t really figure out what was going on without the storyline,
If you are going to go, give yourself a lot of time and buy the extra part. Not sure if it’s worth it but a waste of time.
To enter other experiences in Area 15 it is approximately $18 extra per person for each experience.
The bar in the middle of the building looked nice as did some of the restaurants.
LiftOff is a must!
This was my 4th time to Area 15 and the experience gets better each time.
This visit I did the newest attraction LiftOff!! the panoramic views were so pretty, I went as the sun was setting and loved it. You are able to bring drinks with you and they have nice cup holders to place them in. After I went and ate at The Beast and ordered my favorite Pizza The BRONX.
