The Blue Box Cafe – 5th Ave New York Reviews from The Last Year
Treat yourself, and/or your loved one/BFF!!
Tiffany's Landmark building alone is reason to visit, but besides their retail items, go visit to feast your eyes on their renovations and the beautiful decorative furnishings...from their floor coverings, display counters, curtains, bathrooms, wall coverings, light fixtures, and especially the artwork, etc. BUT.....give yourself, loved one, or BFF a treat and eat/drink at the Blue Box Cafe on the 6th floor. You can eat/drink at the bar but need a reservation for a table. Not only is the restaurant beautifully decorated, but the menu and food is DELICIOUS! I had a hard time deciding what to have. But after sipping an espresso martini and settling on a few dishes with a dear loved one--and it was also their birthday, it was a wonderful meal, with a very attentive staff. You get what you pay for....this is not an average eatery, location or menu...but an experience worth having. Even if you're enjoying the park or the area, stop there for a drink. You'll be glad you did. It was not my first time there, and it certainly will not be my last.
Impeccable Experience
First off, thank you to Jocelyn for making a last minute reservation possible for us! The vibe, the service and the food is simply impeccable! I had the breakfast while my daughter had Hollys' Favourite; everything was delicious and don't let the smaller portions fool you as they are very filling! I had friends visit the following day and they had lunch, who said they absolutely loved it as well! I'd love to try the Afternoon Tea! Anyone who is a fan of T&CO or can appreciate fine details in a fine-dining establishment will love the attention to detail in this decadent café!
If you are fortunate enough to have "Breakfast at Tiffany",
If you are fortunate enough to have "Breakfast at Tiffany", by all means, take advantage of it! The service is truly white glove and their attention to detail is impeccable. We were there by invite, but I believe you can book on some of the reservation sites.
It was a good experience overall.
The breakfast option was exquisite and delicious. But to me it was just way too much sweets and carbs lol. I think you should definitely visit here at least once if you're in NYC. Service was very good. I wish they had more restrooms though. The wait was really bad. The dining area is beautiful and very Tiffany.
Very cool and beautiful place to dine in.
I am overwhelmed with the decoration as well as the fancy china product displayed inside. The afternoon tea set is great but too sweet. The sandwiches and savoy selections are yummy too. Worthy the money!
This was a surprise lunch for my granddaughter's graduation.
The Cafe was decorated with Tiffany blue boxes hanging from the ceilings and the tables were set perfectly. The service was above and beyond. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. We visited the various floors of the iconic Tiffany's. And the jewelry was amazing. Even the bathrooms were impressive. You must make reservations exactly 30 days ahead. So be prepared.

ambiance was great , not alot of food choices we did the afternoon tea and everyone ordered something from the main, you don't get a lot of food so you will be hungry afterwards but it's very cute ! the staff were super sweet and explained it all.

Indeed, it was only a matter of time before Breakfast at Tiffany's came to life. And, who in New York would be better to bring a meal to life than acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud? Having opened just over a year ago, the establishment became a must visit spot for many in NYC. While the cafe is somewhat casual in feel, the presentation of dishes is absolutely exquisite. The avocado toast here is perhaps the most beautiful avocado toast in the world, not to mention deliciously fused preparation with ricotta and lemon. Other dishes are no less impressive, with appropriately gorgeous plates, glasses and silverware. Service is attentive and kind. The one area where Blue Box Cafe could do a bit better is reducing the amount of seats and creating a better design for the interior that's just a bit cozier and more elegant. There is an overcrowded feeling to the establishment and the design of having little separation between tables contributes to the space feeling congested and looking a bit odd. As a whole, the impressive food, stunning presentations and the kind people working here are certainly enough of a reason to come back.

I loved everything here despite it being more of an out of towner spot. Opted for the snacks prix fixe over the tea itself and that was key. The eggs were my fav followed by the service and ambiance being surrounded by Tiffany blue boxes. Cute and affordable . Will be back

It's unfortunate how 1 bad employee can ruin such a beautiful experience. Bartender, older Spanish gentleman should be fired (worked Sunday morning 7/7). I ordered a "CHOCOLAT CHAUD" and he responded with "I don't speak French" and I said neither do I but it's on the menu. He was so rude. I was celebrating my 6 year anniversary there and it's a shame to the establishment and stab at a high level Chef to have someone who doesn't even know what's on the menu and being rude about it.

I had a lovely time at Tiffany's Blue Box Cafe and here is thing, I really really respect and value this place for their excellent customer service. I've been to Tiffany's a number of times over the years and I have always received excellent customer service no matter the day and no matter the time, which I truly appreciate. With all that being said, I took absolute delight in the "high-tea" I enjoyed with a friend during a mid-afternoon on a Friday. The restaurant, which is located at the back of the store on one of the higher floors is quaint, small, cozy, and bright! By bright, this means the lighting is well, really really bright but not too overwhelming. In addition, it is nicely designed with signature blue boxes, and colors that match the Tiffany's flair. We opted for the Black Tea (Tiffany's) which included small bites as seen on the menu in addition to scones. The scones taste buttery sweet and went perfect with the tea as did the other finger bites. I've had small bites before during high tea but about half-way through, I was full enough as was my friend. I think it's important to mention that the tea and scones and bites were well-worth the price since they were so deliciously fresh. We also opted for the water which I think should be included although I am a huge fan of Evian water. Again, the customer service within Tiffany's itself and within the Blue Box Cafe was superb. I am absolutely visiting again and may make it some sort of annual tradition.
You come to the Blue Box Cafe for the experience first,
You come to the Blue Box Cafe for the experience first, food second -- and the experience is great, and the food is surprisingly good. The interiors are beautiful, and the service is friendly. I got the afternoon tea, and the sandwiches were quite good. The mini lobster roll and the mini lox bagel were flavorful; the egg salad had a great curry flavor; the ham and cheese had a nice punchy mustard. The sweet treats are also tasty, and the scones are warm and moist (and very filling).
A lovely café with a touch of class
The food, service & atmosphere of this place is amazing. We ordered the 'Salad de Saison', 'Ravioli Saint Germain', 'Loup De Mer'. All items were tasty and full of surprises. From the dessert menu we order 'Succes Aux Noisettes' which was equally tasty. The service was courteous & professional. The place itself is small & very tastefully decorated with Tiffany blue. Super !
Beautiful, but overpriced and without a dress code for guests
Everything is so delicate here, the place is gorgeous, food is delicious, all the details are beautiful and service was excellent. I found it overpriced however as it is really disappointing that there was not a dress code and we were annoyed by kids crying, ruining our experience from being perfect. For such a pricey place I found terrible that some people were in their workout clothes, making the place loose its charm and elegance. This was a once in a lifetime experience but I would never go back for a USD 250 breakfast for two, to find out that people were going as if they were at a Starbucks cafe.
Wonderful birthday gift
This was my 2nd time to celebrate my birthday at this beautiful place. Perfect place to gather my friends and experience it with flying colors. The atmosphere was incredible. Loved the decor of pretty Tiffany gift boxes on the ceiling. The atmosphere was perfect and elegantly crafted. The whole experience was incredible and I was blown away with the service headed by Manager Mr Bart . and Martina , our main server . However, none of this amazing celebration realized without the extra assistance of Ms Alexandra Levy , such a lovely lady who graciously facilitated everything. My birthday cake was made to perfection ♥️ well presented and delicious. We received several servings of compliments like champagne, caviar and macarons… yummy 😋 Our tiered afternoon tea set was delightful. All our chosen ala carte mains were equally delicious and we were happily satisfied. Bart was very nice and kind. Most importantly our main server Ms Martina went above and beyond. I couldn’t help but to reward her my foremost and sincere gratitude. I must thank her so greatly. She’d been attentive from start to finish. All the chosen food were fresh . I can’t wait to go back and enjoy this restaurant again!!!! I love to share my pictures as well. Thanks to the amazing staff of The Blue Box Cafe of Tiffany, located at the corner of 5th Avenue and 57th street, it’s another chain of restaurants owned by Michelin Chef Daniel Boulud ♥️
Great experience, great food! Great Service!
I was here for Brunch with family, we had no reservation but staff was really accommodating when we came. Jenna, assisted us and recommended the best on the menu! My family and I liked it a lot. She was so friendly and gracious in preparing drinks while talking to customers. I really appreciate people who provide the highest quality of service. And Jenna exceeded our expectation! And the food too!! We are from Canada but we will sure be back!
Great tea !
Was able to book same week via Resy beautiful room excellent service all staff were on their toes! Ordered the Tiffany tea which was great and the scones, tea sandwiches ,and sweets were all delicious. I tried to order a birthday cake slightly inside the 48 hour min and was not accommodated So place your order as soon as you can if you want a cake . They were kind to add a candle and a happy birthday chocolate to our tea service which was much appreciated! I read comments about the lack of bathrooms on that floor just know there are other restrooms on other floors a quick elevator ride if you can’t wait a few minutes. Beware of little girls birthday parties there was a rowdy group of girls that seemed not yet ready for tea at Tiffany’s! If you can get a reservation you will not be disappointed a very memorable experience!
Great coffee, great setting, the compressed towels are amazing
We had coffee at the a blue Box Cafe inside the Tiffany landmark store last week. They have a few types of seating. I think you can make a reservation in advance, but they also have seating on bar stools and a room to the side set with table, which I assume is for walk ins like us. The restaurant is stunning. The hundreds of small blue boxes suspended from the ceiling are incredible. It is light, airy and elegant. It looks like every seat was taken. We ordered two cups of coffee. These were $8.00 each, which is not too expensive considering you are going for the experience. One of the greatest experiences was the presentation of a shallow dish containing two quarter sized objects that looked like alka seltzer tablets, except they are thicker. The server came by and poured a little hot water on each one. They rose up in size to about 1 1/2 inches tall! These are cotton towels, compressed to a tiny shape, expanding to full size when exposed to water. This is cool! The coffee was excellent. It was worth it to have the experience of the Blue Box Cafe. It is up to the standard you would expect from Tiffany. Are there negatives? The service in the side room did not seem to be as attentive as the main room. Although we had these really cool wet towels, there were no napkins provided with our coffee.
Dutchies at the Blue bix
Felt right at home. Very good menu at reado able prices. Three of us had the breakfast and my son had an amazing black Angus hamburger with great fries. Service was impeccable and the (Dutch) manager made an effort to make are stay even more pleasan. Our daughter got an ‘extra’ special egg without the caviar and extra scones where brought to our table. A very nice experience and next time in New York this will be first on our list to do. Extremely disappointing
I brought my niece for part of her 13th birthday nyc trip. We have been so excited to eat at Tiffany's. Fought so hard to get a reservation--- such a let down. Food was awful. Bland. Hard dry bread. Don't waste your time. One and done for us.

Dining at Tiffany's was a cool experience and fun to say we did, but unless I was bringing someone here, I wouldn't go back. Our server was well-intentioned and kind but didn't check on us very often, brought out the wrong wine, and forgot to bring us the fries we ordered. We also were charged for still water ($10/bottle) when my friend asked for tap. I left still feeling hungry which is ridiculous when I spent nearly $70 on my quiche, wine, water, tip and tax. The quiche was good and my friends ordered the ham and cheese sandwiches and enjoyed them. The curated sets of items, like the tea party, seem to be a better deal, despite being expensive. I would only recommend this spot to someone who loves Tiffany's, otherwise, I feel like you can find a better tea party in Manhattan. Be sure to check out the art gallery on the 9th floor!

Such an amazing experience every time !! I either get a reservation or sit at the bar every time I come to NYC. Only reason I come back to the city. I wish they had one in Tampa FL. Being a Tiffany girl I wouldn't spend my time anywhere else but at the blue box cafe
Fantastic!!!
Fantastic!!! The sandwiches and waffles are amazing!!! The food is excellent. Very delicious meal. The teas and coffees are good too.
Nice place
The Blue Box Cafe is amazing. The food was well presented and delicious. The coffee was great too. Very nice place to dine.
Disappointing
I was excited for this experience but was disappointed. I expected this to be amazing especially since Daniel Boulod is part of this cafe. We ordered the Tea and it looked great on the menu. The sandwiches were fine. My favorite was the small bagel with salmon. The lobster roll was dry. The scones were served warm but were dry as well. I doused them with cream and jam. The small desserts were clearly left out for quite some time. They were not fresh so I did not eat them. Save the money and go for a proper tea at the Russian Tea Room.
Had to stay up until midnight to get this disappointing
Had to stay up until midnight to get this disappointing reservation. Waiters bussing tables-took forever to put in our order. Manager came over and I asked how much a bottle of rose they served by the glass would be. She said they only serve the bottles on the bottle list. Very disappointed Daniel Boulud.
I was super excited to try this place because I heard so
I was super excited to try this place because I heard so much about the pastries and the breakfast. However, I was disappointed by the service and the quality of the food. Service: We were seated and waited about 10 minutes before someone asked if we wanted water. After we received water, we waited another 10 minutes for a menu. The menu was given but nothing was explained to us. We saw waiters explaining menus to tables around us and checking in on other tables. We then waited another 15 minutes before they took our order. Throughout the meal no one checked in on us so we had no water. We were poured water when we asked for the check. I expected more from the service especially since we were sitting right next to where they had a station where they were grabbing utensils and water for other tables. Food: I think the best part were the pastries. They had a great assortment of them and they tasted fresh. The sandwiches tasted stale and had little to no flavor. The tea was very good. I would go back just for the tea. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience but appreciated the decorations.
What a cute and somewhat elegant restaurant.
I mean it is in Tiffanys! The decorations they have here with the Tiffanys boxes hanging is awesome. I would come here to try their teas and treats they have for their tea time menu. I came here for dinner with my friend for a girls night dinner. We both had a glass of champagne that was very good. She had a rose kind and I had a regular glass of it. For dinner my friend had the frittata and I had the avocado toast. Mine looked like a piece of art. Beautiful presentation. And my friend's dish had what I thought was a piece of cauliflower but really it was a cheese flower. They served us little rolls before our dinner came. We were too full for dessert but everything looked delicious. Our waitress was nice and took my food allergies very seriously which I was happy to see. The space is very bright and its not as big as I thought. The prices here are yes a bit high for the portions but then again I mean you are in one of the high end jewelry stores in Manhattan! So what do you expect. But do be aware that if you have a 6:30pm reservation you will possibly feel a bit rushed as the store itself closes at 7(one night) and all other nights at 8 so the restaurant needs to close then too. Overall, a nice experience and hope to be back one day again.
What an experience ! Breakfast at Tiffany's
Wow!!! This was one of the highlights on our trip to NY. I tried to book a table before we came with no luck so we decided to try and queue on the day. Arrived at 9.30 half hr before opening and luckily got sat at the bar. Yes it is expensive for what you get but so worth it for the experience. All the food we had was lovely, we took our time and enjoyed the experience. Our 13yr old daughter even enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and accommodating, did feel a little rushed at times but have since been told that is to be expected in the USA I would definitely return if i was ever fortunate enough to have that experience again!
We went to dinner at the blue box.
For my daughter's birthday. As it was a Friday and it was her exact birthday. She opted to have dinner instead of breakfast. At the entrance we were greeted and asked if we were going to the cafe since it was already 6pm. We were directed to the elevators. The sales associates and security greeted us with a smiled and made us feel comfortable. The hostess was very nice and polite as we waited for an additional person. Repeatedly ask us if we wanted to sit as our table was prepare for us. I asked for coat check and she took our coats. As we sat our waiter was attentive informative and polite . He made us feel comfortable. All the staff were polite and courteous. From the bus boys to the food servers. We were treated like doted queens. We had amazing time. The food is exquisite as the flavors are not bland but not over powering. The deserts are even better. We regret not coming for breakfast. As he inform us of the different teas and pastries. Enticing my daughter and I. to come back for breakfast. When we had our pastries he remembered that I stated that it was my daughter's birthday so he arrange her desert with a candle and a chocolate label saying happy birthday. Making an overall a wonderful birthday evening.
This was a true experience! One of the staff at the store
This was a true experience! One of the staff at the store told me to be prepared to eat somewhere else afterwards. However, I loved the food, and the Holly Golightly drink! The service was impeccable and the ambience stellar, true Truman Capote-ish! I felt like a swan if you know you know.
What a delicious breakfast and tea experience! Everything
What a delicious breakfast and tea experience! Everything was amazing. The service was fantastic. We sat at the bar and Nico took great care of us - he's the best!!!
I took my fiancé to the Blue Box Cafe as a surprise.
I had heard her talk about the movie breakfast at Tiffany's before, and thought this might be a cool experience. I was right to say the least. Walking through the doors of the Tiffany & Co. store and seeing all of the beautiful jewelry sets the stage for the iconic breakfast experience. Once you actually get to the cafe and order you have multiple options, I personally went with the tea at Tiffany's which included a number of small sandwiches and little pastries as well as your choice of tea. Although the tea at Tiffany's isn't cheap, it was worth every penny in my opinion. Every sandwich, pastry, and cookie we tried was phenomenal and with a breakfast like this you're paying for the pampered experience as much as you are the actual food and tea. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the entire dining experience made me feel like a bougee king. If you're in NYC and have the money for it, I'd highly recommend! I hope I have a daughter one day because this might have to be our monthly tea party!

Late Lunch at Tiffany's
Having tried unsuccessfully to book a table here on previous visits to NYC (from the UK), we finally got a table prior to our next trip. It was at 4:30pm on a Friday. We arrived at Tiffany's and got the lift up to the 6th floor around 10 minutes before our 4:30pm slot. We waited 10/15 minutes before being seated and brought menus. There's an all day breakfast menu, a seasonal a la carte menu, the Afternoon Tea and desserts. Having seen that the Afternoon Tea was $98pp (c.£78.50pp), we chose off the seasonal a la carte menu. The hamburger and fries were excellent as was the Croque Aux Truffes. We also shared a dessert ($18 !?). We were also presented with a birthday macaron. Service was excellent, the cafe area beautiful and food excellent if pricey. For a one off treat it's an excellent choice. Iconic.
Lovely experience
The food and service was excellent, though we did leave hungry so don’t expect a tonne of food. The fruit bowl was beautifully presented and was the best fruit I have ever tasted in my entire life. Well, apart from the Asian pear I had from Lincoln Market in Greenpoint ;-)
Lovely treat but check menu before you go
We enjoyed this experience but please don't go expecting it to like the London Savoy or Ritz - it does say it's a cafe. That said the waiters were especially attentive - leaning down to take orders so you don't need to shout, filling glasses etc but giving you plenty of space to enjoy and not hassling you to hurry. We booked online that morning which worked well. Check out the menu before you go. They do all day breakfast (obviously!) and afternoon tea but at over $90 a person I thought it seemed very expensive especially when I saw what others were presented with for that money. We opted for the burger and fries at $32 each and it was very good and plenty of food for us. After the food I decided to try a pot of the 'Tiffany tea' for $8 which I really enjoyed. Overall a lovely treat and way to feel special.
Breakfast treat
Lovely treat. Breakfast was really tasty. Disappointed that it's not served with tea or coffee (extra charge for this) and at $59 per person plus taxes and tip it should be included. However, the service from all staff we encountered was first class and we had a lovely time. Thank you.
Wonderful experience.
I had seen some reviews so was apprehensive. However, we had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday. My daughter and I each had the tea presentation and it was excellent. We love traditional teas and this did not disappoint.Service was fine. It is expensive but we really enjoyed it. I think the decor was not up to the food as it sort of did look like a diner, but it made no difference to the overall experience. I will also add that everyone we encountered at Tiffany's was also very friendly and helpful.

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.
Highly recommended.
Success on Short Notice
Was able to snag an indoor table at Don Angie through an absolutely seamless worry-free process.
Worked perfectly, thank you!
This is a crazy holiday season in NYC and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that AppointmentTrader works! Will be using again!
Worked flawlessly!
Worked so well! I was a bit nervous, but everything went very smoothly. purchased the reservation, and got into the restaurant seamlessly.
Love this app!
So glad I came across this app :)
Quick table in Miami
I didn’t have my hopes high as it was a party of 4. In 24 hours I had a carbone reservation available! I was very happy as my family really wanted to come here
Prime time, great meal
So easy and had a prime time which I can never seem to get on normal res apps. So worth it
Got impossible NYC res
instead of waiting weeks I got my 4 charles reservation instantly
Worked perfectly to get into Carbone. So delighted
perfect
Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
