So much good food to choose from.
This is a very nice place. You wouldn't think all this is inside the building looking at it from the outside. Must check it out! Great ambiance. There is a rooftop bar too open from 6 pm till close.

One thing I like about the citadel is the options that you have when it comes to the food. My go to is Borti for their nice pasta, but this time I wanted to try the new Pho place called Pho Sho. Honestly I was a little disappointed. The pho was interesting. They put the veggies all on top of the soup rather than having it separate. It didn't even taste like anything. I also had to pay extra to make it spicy. In addition, the cashier didn't give me the receipt, but when i checked my bank account charge it seems like they added a higher tip to my bill. Everything I ordered couldn't have cost me almost 40 dollars. I only got the pho and the Pepsi. Definitely would not recommend the pho spot. But please check out Borti & Frice Ice cream, they're amazing!

Came here with a group of friends and we LOVED IT "SLAMMMMMIN" since we got a choice of alllll foooooods! From Haitian, Japanese, Italian, Seafood etc! Many to choose from but like i always do EAT with my eyes! LOL... We ordered some Italian "pasta", Japanese "sushi", and Haitian "legume" Food was quick and the place is super super clean and parking is always a breeze! This will absolutely be my go to spot when I'm in the mood for all flavors in Miami!!!

I liked it and my sandwich was the best ever, even though it was quite expensive, Need more choices of good and affordable food!

I had no idea this food hall was up here (came here for an event) but I was very impressed! We spent time in a very cool record/antique/indescribable store which had a lot of cool finds (picked up a vintage Sebastian the Ibis stuffed doll). The food selections in the food hall part are varied and all look very tasty, and you can have them delivered to the rooftop bar! I had already eaten but had some ice cream for dessert which was delicious and generously portioned. The vibe was very different (much more hipster) than you get most places in Miami, which I loved.

Stylish next level gathering space for food, service and ambiance ~ Local friends and I love the entire concept here! There's two levels hosting about a dozen restaurants downstairs around common dining space with a long, sleek tropical bar and spacious rooftop where you can order anything from the menus to your table. On my last evening in Miami for a food festival, I took a Lyft out of the way to and from Wynwood to Little River for a specific food vendor but unfortunately they had shut down a while ago last year. It was a cooler night than usual and near closing time, otherwise I would've lounged up on the rooftop or grabbed a bite and drink. Being a plant lover, I was very pleasantly surprised to find an honor system botanical boutique downstairs.

I went to Citadel for the first time for an alumni event - what a cool spot I hadn't yet discovered! Almost felt like a more hipster and low key version of Julia and Henry's. A pretty good diversity of people and many families - the cool little shops in the space add to the hipster and bohemian vibe. Our event had a mix of bites from the various stores - loved the spring rolls and burger bites we had! We also checked out the Sir Thrifty shop after our event and my husband and I bought a super cool vintage UM Sebastian stuffed animal. We also trekked up to the rooftop to check it out and the servers were super friendly to explain to us how it works - you can order from downstairs from any of the vendors and they'll serve you upstairs, very cool. To end the night, we grabbed a drink afterwards at the super creative Kaiju bar - will definitely make the trek back again!

Came here with a group of ladies from all over the country for a concert. LOVED IT! The shoe by Nu Deco was amazing and the director was handsome and nice! Music was fantastic Anna the food court options- copious! Every taste has a fulfillment option! The DJ was spinning some groves to get down to, No one was hungry and no cup was empty! This will absolutely be my go to spot when I'm in Miami!!!

This was mine and my fiances first time experiencing Citadel's rooftop. My fiancé made reservations for Valentines Day and it was such a wonderful experience. Freddy took really good care of us and recommended food items from the variety of options in the food hall downstairs that were SO good. We started off with a spicy marg and tequila redbull that we loved. As for food, we first had small plates of the bang bang shrimp, tuna crispy rice, and jerk chicken that were all really good. We also shared the gnocchi gorgonzola pasta that was a top favorite. We then finished the evening off with a tasty Teramisu. The atmosphere was spot on with dj they had that evening. He had us loving every mix he played back to back. We can't wait to go back! We will definitely be asking for Freddy too.

It had been my first vacation in 6 years from Vegas and all the locals I have talked to in Miami said this was the spot. So I gave it a chance! I fell in love with it! The rooftop was amazing and the food was great! While grabbing drinks, I met a gentleman named Freddy, he made my experience even better than expected! We struck up conversation by talking about what spots I should go to my vacation. He recommended a lot and we talked for a while. If you are EVER at Citadel, this is the guy to talk too! He knows his stuff about Miami and all the secret spots. I love the ambiance here. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic place, so many options and very unique options at that. Such a huge variety from sushi, Caribbean food, Asian options, sandwiches, coffee, burgers, pizza and dessert. There was also a bar and a few servers walking around to bring drinks. The atmosphere was very cool and laid back, there were a couple stores attached but were closed by the time we arrived. There is also a rooftop bar, but was closed on Tuesdays. The variety was awesome, the cost was in line with other places in the Miami area, roughly $15-$20 per entree. The meal I had was Caribbean jerk chicken with plantains. It was amazing!

If you're hungry and not sure what you are in the mood for, the citadel is a great spot because they have a multitude of different options. From sushi to oysters, burgers to pasta. It's a great place if you're with a group since you can all go to different spots and eat together at the same time. They also have a rooftop that does happy hour. It's worth checking out! I would say prices are slightly higher so this wouldn't be an everyday thing. Overall, it's a fun upbeat spot with lots to offer in the neighborhood.
Be the first to ReplyThis place has all different kinds of food.
It has a nice rooftop bar and the thrift store is definitely something to check out. I had a great time coming here.
Be the first to ReplyIt's Sunday.
Came out to relax.. first time guy said they have "everything here" on roof top.. maybe food not beers.. and one waiter and place is full. Not relaxing at all! Loud RAP!! It's Sunday not Saturday night!! Small drinks $$. Don't recommend !! We ordered a pizza and it's taking a long time.. people around us came later and ordered food all eating!!! Actually we couldn't wait so asked for check and cancel pizza.. never again..Ps.. the worst part was when we were walking out and passed by the pizza spot the three guys were standing around doing absolutely nothing .. mostly on their phones!! Should have taken a picture!! Disgrace!!!
Be the first to ReplyWhat a cute little food hall in Miami.
I remember when it used to be an undone building with vendors inside and outside in the gravel lot. Now, it's so fancy! We went because we heard about the Laos stall, but then we saw the Caribbean stall and then we were torn, so then we ordered both. We leaned more Laos, so the only thing we tried for the Caribbean spot Manjay, was the Griot appetizer, which comes with the fried pork, plantain fries, and pickliz. It was so good. I actually like the fry on the griot better than the pork ribs from the Lil Laos place. We ordered the Lemongrass Chicken Plate which comes with sticky rice and papaya salad. It is enough to share between 2 people, which is great for its price. The side of papaya salad was very generous. And the stick rice came wrapped in Seran wrap, and was a little too hard for me to use chopsticks. I would actually love to come back to try more off of Manjay!

I loved this place!!! I think it has a perfect ambience for a Sunday afternoon and it has a really cool rooftop. It has a lot of options to eat like pizza, sushi, burger, ice cream and more. The music is really good and not to loud which for me is amazing. The people are kind, it is self-order but there are servers that get your food to your table. Definitely recommend!
Be the first to ReplyOverall, great ambience and food.
Only complaint is the bar. Bartenders have a poor attitude, are poorly trained, and fail to follow industry hygiene protocols.
Be the first to ReplyThis place would get 5 stars because the quality of each
This place would get 5 stars because the quality of each place in here is smacking, but the value for money leaves a little to be desired. A cute food hall in an area a few miles away from the hustle and bustle of Wynwood/downtown, i drive through Miami shores and el portal all the time and love the slower pace of this area. This spot is on the newer side, gaining popularity after it's open at the beginning of covid, and you have a multitude of choices for foods here, along with a bar that serves amazing drinks, a rooftop with another bar, live music weekly (a great band that is also friends of mine- check them @cleancutband on ig). Today we chose to split a hot lobster roll from the Shores (the place with the big "oysters" sign) and it was deeee-licious, but for 30$ it was pretty tiny, about 6 bites in total. It came with some chips, they said we'd get a bag but they just threw some on the plate. Still super fire though. We also ordered poké from Poke San, also on the pricey side (30$ for one large bowl with avocado etc), but so good! (So good in fact my boyfriend couldn't help himself and take some bites before i could take a pic) the sauces are unique and the fish is fresh, we love piling on the toppings, and the rice is soft but not mushy which is important (we're picky with poke) Anyways so good! We also had a cocktail each and water with our meal - Be prepared to spend 100$ for two people if you get drinks and all.We come here all the time and will be back to try more stuff soon!
Be the first to ReplyThis place is awesomeeee.
The last time I was here was in 2019 and I always kept thinking I need to go back. Well I was not disappointed. There is an awesome thrift/ vintage shop inside where I made some fun purchases, there was another cool boutique inside to browse and do some shopping. The foodhall did not disappoint and the rooftop bar was super fun! The bartenders were all super friendly and made conversation with the customers!

I love food halls and this one is amazing! They have a ton of options and it has such a chill and relaxing and welcoming vibe. There is also bar seating with a full bar. It's a great place to go for a meal alone or with friends. Perfect for casual date or even remote work. I highly recommend. I ate a panini on focaccia served with the most delicious side salad! They also offer chips which are probably ruffles. I had a very delicious Aperol spritz to accompany my meal which I ate at the bar. Food was delicious and fresh and service was great.

I notice a lot of people are reviewing their restaurant experience on here which they shouldn't. The restaurant have their own Yelp page. I'm giving this "adult" food court 5 stars because of the atmosphere, cleanliness, and service. Now when I say service I am not talking about from the restaurants, I'm talking about the people they hire to clean up after you leave you tray or dishes out. I noticed them working and it was surprising to me of how much they cared for the comfort of the customers. For example, my table was a small table and my daughter and I decided to try different things so we over ordered and got a couple of trays from the restaurants and the trays didn't fit on our table so we took our dishes off the tray and started stacking up the trays. The guy who was working there noticed and came right over to take them off our hands literally. He came over often as we finished off each plate and ever time he took off our plate he would wipe down the tables. Now this might be normal at a dine in restaurant but hello this is a food court. How nice is that? He was also helpful with getting us napkins and just being overall friendly. The atmosphere here is pretty chill. My daughter and I loved the vibe here and we both said that we wish we had this back home. (We're from Jersey). It's just a nice chill place to sit and hang out and it's great cuz they offer so many variety so there's something for everyone.
