The manager Arnaud Espineira is super disrespectful and rude!! In his LinkedIn it says that he is hospitality expert🤣 he doesn't know how to talk or deal with people at all!!!! He makes this place the stay away place!! I will definitely not come back!!

The ambiance was cute. I don't like that the bar faces a wall instead of the restaurant or marina, but I still enjoyed myself. The food was good. I expected more greenery in my salad than was presented but everything was fresh, so I would get the buratta salad again but I left hungry. I will say it took a while for the hostess to seat guests. I waited in the hostess line (unnecessarily) for 10 minutes and it wasn't very busy.

Decided to come to the deck at island gardens for lunch, sat the bar and had Delaina and Rafael take care of us. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT and the LOBSTER ROLLS were to die for!! Definitely will be coming back here. If you can, stop by the bar for a quick chat and amazing cocktail experience with Miami's best bartenders!!!!

My best friends brought me here for a belated birthday celebration as a surprise this weekend. I was immediately smitten by the scenery and upscale dining experience. There was live entertainment with an electronic dance DJ, musicians playing the saxophone and drums, professional dancer twirling fire on a baton, dancing, and the wait staff brought out sparklers to add to the magic. I ordered the filet mignon, mashed potatoes, and mushrooms which were cooked to perfection and delicious. Our server, Jennifer, was very attentive, polite, and friendly. We intend to return again soon.

We enjoyed the ambiance ,the people, the service was superb, a big shout out to Gaga our server , she gave us great recommendations. The seafood options were great , overall, the food was delicious. If you're in a mood for having food and drinks with friends, this is the place to be it is a perfect mix between locals & tourists

Me and my friends visited last Saturday and all I can say is that we had an amazing experience! Place was packed and atmosphere was great! It was 4 of us and we started with octopus and agean spreads, both recommended by our server Dusan, which by the way did an awesome job! For our main corses we had branzino(the best I ever had-compliments to the chef), filet mignon, lobster risoto and truffle pizza with couple of sides! Our taste bugs were happy and dancing!! We finished up with tres leches and round of shots! If you like lively places with music, show and good food I am highly recommending The Deck! We will be back!
Cold food, bad drinks, terrible organization.
We arrive and the valet charges us 30 plus the service (tip) included since we paid by card. When we arrived at the reception the girl told us that the reservation we made by phone did not exist, and that she would try to get a table, so we waited for around 45 minutes, when we finally sat down they literally gave us the worst table, with people standing on the sides very close to our table. The drinks took an hour to arrive and even came after we had already finished the appetizer, a virgin mango mojito that we returned since it only tasted like water with mint and 3/4 of a lemon slice, the waitress didn't even apologize and I ended up drinking alone water since the bar was delayed and I had to wait another hour to have another one. The branzino was good, the asparagus was cold and the risoto lacked cooking, the risoto did not have a good flavor and all the food was cold. In the end the bill arrived, we realized that the waitress did not pick up the mojito that we returned and when we called her without telling her anything, she already knew that the mojito was overcharged. Very bad experience. To never return again.

The valet service already includes the tip when you pay by card, when we got to the reception they never found our reservation and we had to wait 45 minutes for a table, which was the worst in the place since there were many people standing around us. The drinks arrived an hour later, they even arrived after the appetizers and the virgin mango mojito was literally disgusting, the food arrived cold and the risotto was poorly cooked and tasteless. When it came time to pay the waitress she never took the mojito off the bill and when I called her it was not necessary to say a word because she already knew what she had done and she told me that she would take it off the bill. The place is nice but it lacks a lot of organization and professionalism, I would never return

Pésima organización, tuvimos que esperar 45 min una mesa porque no encontraron nuestra reserva, luego literal nos dieron la peor mesa, donde habia gente parada a los costados de esta, luego los tragos demoraron 1 hora y llegaron después de ya haber terminado el appetizer, la mesera nos dice que es porque la barra estaba demorada, el mojito mango virgen fue devuelto inmediatamente y que sabia a agua con menta y 3/4 trozos de limon (intomable) la mesera ni se disculpa y termine bebiendo agua ya que el siguiente trago demoraría una hora otra vez. La comida estaba fria aunque el branzino tenia buen sabor, el acompañamiento no sabia a nada, el risotto de langosta necesitaba coción y de sabor no era agradable. "Al terminar"(por que no terminamos de comer), la cuenta venia con el mojito cobrado, al llamar a la mesera sin nosotros decirle nada, ella nos dijo que sabia cual era el problema y que lo quitarian (ella ya sabia que estaba cobrando de mas) y ademas la cuenta venia con 20% de tip ya cobrado. Muy mala experiencia, mala organización, comida fria, tragos intomables, valet carisimo (y te obligan a pagar el tip si lo paga con tarjeta). MUY SOBREVALORADO!

The worst experience ever! We were waiting 1 hr for the table. Our reservation was at 9 and table was not ready at 10 . They definitely need a better management and organization.

With a reservation in place and we were still not seated even after 1 h of waiting. Clearly overwhelmed, overbooked.... So disappointed!
We had an exceptional experience at The Deck.
It was a beautiful night and the food (octopus, oysters, salt-encrusted snapper), wine, service and entertainment made this a night we won't soon forget. It's perfect for a romantic dinner, outside on the water surrounded by beautiful yachts! Our server Gaga was professional and attentive.
The best view in Miami
It was my friends birthday and our server Miguel S. made our night along with the manager at the floor which was Marija. The place is magical along with the food and drink menu’s. We got the in front of the DJ stand with an amazing view. I will definitely recommend this place and come back. Thank you for everything!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Paid $75 for name change that didn’t happen and cannot get anyone to reply
I paid $75 for a name change for a reservation. I bought last week that name change did not happen when I got to the restaurant they did not have my name. Luckily they took me anyway because I had the name on the reservation. AppointmentTrader owes me $75 and I can’t get anyone to reply, how do I claim my $75
