The Mayfair Supper club is magical! The live entertainment
The Mayfair Supper club is magical! The live entertainment is is wonderful, and there is never a dull moment. You have waiters slicing prime rib off of carts, dancers dangling from the ceiling, the singers performing classic pop/jazz sets, all while the magical fountains shooting off in the background! There is no better option in this city to be getting dressed up and celebrating a special occasion. Tips!-They do book out in advance-There is a two hour dining time limit -They do have some vegan and gluten free options-There is a bar in the dining room with views of the show (seats are first come)-The earlier seating is more quiet (expect a piano player, the fountains, and light music until around 630) -After 6:30-7 it's loud! *YES! It's pricey!! BUT you are getting a show and dinner!! Totally worth it!!!!!!
😍
Old world class meets modern day AWESOME!!!
Every single aspect of our night was perfection. My guests were completely floored. I take great pride in choosing unique and memorable options for entertaining for business. Mayfair club exceeded in every way. The ambiance captures old world elegance in a reinvented modern way. Service was impeccable. The food was masterful (surprisingly... I actually anticipated the food would be secondary considering the view and the entertainment, but was thrilled to see it rose above the occasion.). And the talent... WOW. Performances were top notch. A night we will remember for quite some time!!!
I really don't understand where some of the negative reviews come from and why they are so mean. It's a business. If you are not spending money, they have every right to limit your stay. And for the record, as a seasoned performing arts aficionado, I can confirm the performers are top of their game.
And yeah... you pay for quality. Period.
If you are looking for a truly special evening that has been very carefully cultivated for excellence every step of the way, Mayfair Supper Club is an experience you need.
🙂
The supper club experience was a fun time.
We had a seat by the windows and dined early to be able to make it to a concert. Dining started at 5:00, they warned we had a two hour time limit. Our server seemed newer and was less than timely so the experience took nearly 2 and a half hours. The costumed performers and live music was entertaining. The food was good but not over the top fantastic. We tried the prime rib, carved table side with shaved fresh horseradish and au jus, great presentation but barely warm in temperature. The New York which has a great presentation but was served well done twice, the flavor was good but the temperature wasn't quite right. We tried the truffle Mac and cheese, good flavor but a bit of an odd texture. Puréed potatoes, great flavor. Mushroom medley was a good assortment of mushrooms. We were too full and needed to leave for our concert and did not enjoy desserts. We would dine again for the overall experience.
We had a great night at Mayfair celebrating a birthday. We were able to get a seat at the bar for a few drinks. Abel working on the bar really took care of us and went above and beyond to make it a special visit. Abel put a word in at the bar next door in the supper club and arranged for us to get a seat there as soon as it was available. We caught a bit of the show which was terrific and Michael looked after us very well at the bar. He was super friendly and spoke to us about coming back again. We're due to return to Vegas in July and will definitely be returning for another fantastic night! 100% recommended for a good time and great service (special shout outs to Abel and Michael!). Can't wait to go back!
😍
It was a great night with the family at this supper club.
Five stars for the food that they serve here. I had a lobster and it was amazing and delicious. Dessert was another ine of my favorite parts of this evening. I ordered Cigar and it was very unique and tasty. The environment and fecor at this supper club is very cool and lives up to its name with the beautiful Bellagio fountains outside of the windows it was something to remember. Show that they have all evening long could be a little more creative. I think for this kind of supper club they should come up with some other more interesting numbers other than just singing and dancing. But overall it was a wonderful night and I will come back here next time I am in Vegas.
😍
This was the best experience.
It was my moms birthday and she absolutely loved it! Our reservation went smooth and we got to sit in the front. It was absolutely beautiful. Thank you for the experience.
🙂
So I visited this place last night and overall I am a huge
So I visited this place last night and overall I am a huge fan! There were some weird things I just didn't understand. First, the online menu is incorrect the Strip Steak isn't 646.00 bucks, I could never get a clear idea of what the show was???? On my visit last night there was a piano player who played & sang FranK Sinatra, Bobby Darren and other great classics from the 50's which I loved. While I enjoyed my table in the corner w a Fountain view I wondered how they decide who sits where??? I am a Platinum member of 12 years and was given no special treatment. When I made the reservation they asked if there was an occasion which I listed but yet they never acknowledged the occasion so why ask? Overall the food, service, and price considering you have live entertainment while you dine were great! The staff was great and was just a great time!!!! I had my mindset on steak but was nicely surprised they have spicy tuna which I love I eat every chance I get so I ordered both and it was amazing.
😒
No doubt, Sunday jazz is a delight here.
You go for the ambience or if you're celebrating a special occasion. I don't know if I can wholeheartedly say you go for just the food, everything is OK but not great. There is a Kobe dumpling, that had an incredible broth as an app and the staff is generally pleasant especially our dear waitress below. She was wonderful and professional, really made it special for us. I hope she becomes upper management because She should be recognized for her skill set. Yes, I'd come back and probably do Sunday jazz bc that supper club vibe is hard to come by at other places. Def Supper Club vibes, loved that.
I very nearly cancelled our table the morning of our reservation- wish I had.
Whilst food was okay I really don’t get why this restaurant is so rated. My shrimp cocktail consisted of 6 prawns on ice - huh? Can’t even remember what my husband had - same goes for our mains. Entertainment was obscured behind a pillar.
Very expensive for 2 courses made worse but the ridiculous‘recommended’ tipping. Go elsewhere…..
🤢
Lots of $ for sub-par food
Our experience at the Supper Club was generally disappointing. We had been long excited about spending this night. Things started badly with dismissive hostesses, who greeted us condescendingly. We were seated right in front of the stage, which I was excited about. Everyone from that point on was friendly and accommodating. However, our chief complaint was the wine and food. We ordered a $125 bottle of Burgundy. We know wine is heavily marked up, and this wasn't an expensive bottle. Ours was no better than a $12 bottle of liquor store wine. We got mediocre sushi as an appetizer, then Lobster Thermidor and prime rib for the entree. The latter was tender and juicy, but the lobster was rubbery and stuck in my teeth. The sides of green beans and potato puree were both delicious ($18 per side dish). The singers and musicians were wonderful, but the dancers were a little distracting. The atmosphere was splendid, from the decor to surging fountains outside the windows! We did treat this as a show experience and knew we were going to pay a LOT. But, we expected the food to be MUCH better, especially at these price points. We cut ourselves off at ~$500, skipped the dessert, and ended up pouring the rest of our wine down the bathroom sink in our hotel room. We regret our choice for our final night in Vegas, especially since we paid a lot of money to feel this way.
😍
I have to say even though the chair needed some help,
I have to say even though the chair needed some help, after i made a comment to them on the chair they removed it ASAP. The Service and Food was AMAZING and Amazing Entertainment overall this restaurant is Outstanding. Thank you for the Wonderful Experience.
🤮
If you're coming for the entertainment.
.then this is the place. If you're coming for the food and service..there's definitely better places in Vegas. Service is slow and awful and food is nothing special. Everyone is friendly but there was major disorganization.
Disappointed to say the least.
Booked for a silver wedding anniversary and we're given the worst table in the place, view of the stage and acts completely obscured by a large pillar and the server's pay station. Had to use a torch to read the menu which was extremely limited in choice. Choice of cocktails was also virtually non existent.
Order the 40oz porterhouse. It wasn't bad but have had much better. With 2 average sides it cost me $240.
I wish I'd gone somewhere else.
😍
Great vibe, cocktails, wine list and entertainment.
We couldn't get reservations but arrived early and easily got seats at the bar.
😍
Nice entertainment with dinner.
The wine expert and wait staff were better than anywhere else I've been. My husband's New York Strip was the best he has ever had. Be sure to save room for dessert as they have an amazing presentation.
😍
One of the best meals we've ever had -- We've been to many
One of the best meals we've ever had -- We've been to many of fine dining establishments and Mayfair is a Top 3 in our books.Dover Sole and Wagyu Prime Rib were both exceptional. We almost cancelled our next day reservations to come back (except they were booked for the night).
🙂
It’s all about table location.

You are going for the show. If getting called out scares you, don’t go. If you’re going to feel uncomfortable being so close to the performers, don’t go.
We were sat in the best table, front and centre and the performance was incredible. We had so much fun!
The food choice was minimal. And underwhelming. But fine. The bill on the other hand was not minimal. It was our most expensive bill of the whole trip.
So, if you’re into cabaret and have deep pockets, go for it.
🤢
Excellent dinner, far too loud for conversation
Excellent food, wait staff very attentive and accommodating for special dietary needs. Can't recommend the food enough. The room and ambiance, however, was very off-putting. The performers were excellent, but the sound was far too loud to enjoy a special evening out.
What a fantastic experience. Atmosphere and food was fantastic. I had the prime rib which just melted. The truffle pasta was sublime. Personally thought the value was fantastic considering the entertainment as well. 5 stars.
🙂
First off this place is very cool.
It's a super fun atmosphere and the ambiance was great for a date night. However the food and service was just very ok. My wife and I usually split entrees, and when our server realized we were splitting a meal his attitude completely soured. Mind you, we had an appetizer and three cocktails so our bill was still pushing $200 so it wasn't like we were asking for free chips and salsa and waters. The sushi roll we had for an appetizer was very good, but unfortunately we ordered the chicken dish for our meal and boy was it MEH!!! Seriously, a chicken strip (pause for effect) and 1/4 dried ass roasted chicken. We probably just ordered the wrong thing and granted our sample size was small but I'd recommend eating before you go, but still go.
😍

We always stay at the Bellagio when visiting Vegas, and The Mayfair Supper Club has been on our list, and it became our new favorite restaurant in the hotel. We are big fans of the other restaurants in the hotel, but MSC is now our #1!We ordered the following, and all were delicious:Manhattan, Champagne Cocktail, Coconut Shrimp, The Mayfair Roll, Cauliflower Steak, Branzino, Marys Organic Chicken, Green Bean Amandine and Steak FriesLive entertainment every night and the best ambiance. The decor creates an elevated experience, and the staff was extremely friendly. If you stay at the Bellagio, please do yourself a favor and book a reservation. You won't regret it!

I've been meaning to write a review here since last month!
I've been meaning to write a review here since last month! My husband took me here for Valentines day and we had THE BEST TIME! I got this amazing cocktail with a cotton candy topping. The food was delicious, service was average but the show is what sold us! We saw the end of their earlier show and stayed for their late show too! They had some amazing creative performances, amazing singers and dancers! They even had a burlesque dancer in a tropical bird costume with a huge tail who came by our table! The costuming was Dita Von Teese level! It was amazing! The show was sexy, classy and the costumes were gorgeous. I can't wait to come back and watch the show again and experience all of that glamour!
🙂
Mayfair is great for a special occasion.
We took a close friend for her birthday and the staff treated us very well. The ambience is all you would expect from the Bellagio. Elegant and richly appointed. The food was very good with nice size portions. Our waiter Romeo who was excellent surprised us with a chocolate cigar and a Birthday ice cream at the end of the meal. It is pricey but not ridiculous and we were stuffed.Romeo also took us down to the stairs on the lake for photographs.A lovely memorable evening.
😍
If you want a classy, slightly risqué and delicious dinner
If you want a classy, slightly risqué and delicious dinner and a show, this is the place to be. I came with a coworker and a larger group. I did not coordinate the dinner but from my understanding it was a set menu for our group. Every course was better than the next. Even the dinner is a show itself! Each dish is plated to artistic perfection with a variety of flavors. From the ambiance, to the talent, to the food--it's a feast for the eyes no matter what you enjoy.
🤮
Unnecessarily Humiliated!!!!
Beware!!! In a most humiliating fashion, my daughter and I were asked to vacate our table (leave the restaurant) after being there for less than 45 minutes because it did not appear that we were going to spend enough money on food and drink. The manager (?) actually said to me, “this is a supper club and we have 100s of people trying to get in here for supper and not just appetizers and desserts.” I was floored, embarrassed, disappointed and it put a dark cloud over our entire weekend. I was ordering cocktails, but my daughter is under age. We were sharing appetizers and desserts. It would seem that they need you to throw down at least $200.00 PER PERSON in a two hour period to make it worth their while. What’s more, during that 45 minutes, there was only one 10 minute set of live entertainment. Loooong musician breaks and very little show time for what they want you to spend there. This was a fabulous place when it first opened and right after it reopened (COVID)…..but whoever is managing it now is going to run it into the ground with how they treat their guests and with their subpar food and trimmed down entertainment. Spend your money elsewhere on a much better dinner and a much better show. It seems to me that if they have a per person or per table quota (per two-hour limit), perhaps they should charge a food and drink minimum up front so that guests don’t end up in the embarrassing situation that we did. Shame on you Mayfair!
🤮
Supper Club? No. Great Food? No. Just say no to the Mayfair.
The Mayfair Club bills itself as a supper club and sadly this place did NOT fit the description. If you have visions of a piano player tinkling the ivories while you eat and a sophisticated jazz show DO NOT book here! We entered the "club" and were immediately transported into a LOUD "pop" room, restaurant, place, club?. Talking to your dinner mates is NOT an option at the "club". Remember this place is REALLY expensive. Price is not a problem if the drinks and food warrant the price but boy the "club" failed miserably. I ordered a Cosmo which was clearly made with a sugary mix. I tried to get one with cranberry juice but that turned out to be impossible. The coconut shrimp was served in a coconut which was cool but the shrimp itself tasted like it was purchased at Sonic or Red Lobster. The service was just OK with lots of waiting. There were 7 of us and we were all underwhelmed. We live in a very foodie place so that made this place stand out all the more. There are SO many wonderful restaurants in LV (most off the strip).so DON'T waste your time or money on this one. Overpriced and Under par!
🤢
I've been to The Mayfair three times, including NYE.
The first two times were phenomenal. I'm sad to say my visit to The Mayfair this last weekend left me disappointed and underwhelmed. The food and service were still great as always but they changed their late show. They used to have an amazing emcee/vocalist and innovative burlesque performances. It felt like old Vegas and new Vegas entertainment all in one show. On NYE we saw this amazing woman shoot sparks from the piano who also entertained through out the evening and the best burlesque performance I've ever seen! The show felt different from anything else on the strip. Sadly this past weekend all of that was gone. The emcee/singer is gone, the burlesque is gone... It was just a bunch of ladies dancing in group numbers for about an hour with a cirque performer thrown in, and some random part where two girls throw glitter in the air while running around with fake binoculars. This used to be one of my favorite shows to take friends and work colleagues while in Vegas. For now I recommend sitting for dinner during their early show if you are interested in the entertainment.

First off, don't reserve a spot here unless you're comfortable dropping $$$ on worthy food. The jazz trio, singers, dancers twirling above you is a whole vegas vibe. The ambiance is like you're on a fancy boat or nautical vessel heading out on a voyage to fine wines, great view (umm hello Bellagio fountain), and really really great food. I got the lobster (fresh from the tank!) and the Caesar salad. As an special extra, I got the truffle pasta. DONT sleep on ordering this...thank me later. Yeah itsPricey, but you're also getting a show and a view and a meal that's right on the strip for post dinner gambling. Our server was superb, never poured my own wine once. Tip: put bill on your M life card for points.
🙂
We went at the end of December just before Christmas.

We had a 7:00pm reservation and ended up being there until about 8:40pm. Never once did we feel pressured to leave. In fact I thought the staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. The entertainment was phenomenal! This was enjoyed so much by all of us. Adults and a 12 year old. Top quality talent and character. It is loud where we were seated but not overwelmingly so. The servers came by mainly when there was some downtime. The cocktails I ordered were a Manhattan and a Lemon drop Martini. Both were flawless and tasty and very much stood out to me on this trip to Las Vegas. The food we ordered:There was a ring of bread they brought out to us which was super great. The coconut shrimp was enjoyed by all who ate it. The filet with the truffle sauce was really good. The steak fries were good. We did a lobster add-on with the steak and it was horrible. Rubbery and overcooked, bad overall taste, biggest regret of the meal for sure. The salmon and the black Seabass were ok. Nothing remarkable, but not bad either. We really enjoyed the Wagyu fried rice. And my absolute favorite dish was the Cauliflower Steak! I cannot say enough good about it, it tastes as good as it looks! We didn't have room for dessert. We would absolutely go back, perhaps with a few changes in our menu pickings.
😒
I love this place because they have amazing show and good
I love this place because they have amazing show and good vibe and this is the only reason for 3 stars and not one. but the food was horrible!!! The Mayfair roll smell like fish and I can definitely say the fish wasn't fresh test wise too. The wagyu and caviar Appetizer I think they changed it and it's bad! I am expecting to get real chopped wagyu beef and not slice of pastrami and definitely was waiting for the caviar that wasn't there. We ordered the cigar desert and it's look beautiful but why it tasted like ashes??? I'm very disappointed from this experience
😒
Your experience is based on your table location!
I can see how this would be an AMAZING experience with just a few tweaks. We were seated at a table with a completely obstructed view of all entertainment -- that was also being used as a pathway for the rolling carts of food. What we could see of the entertainment was fantastic (it also sounded great), and the wandering entertainers were delightful - but it was super-annoying to have to actually get up from our table and wander to see what was happening as a main event(and scoot my chair in to avoid the carts). The oysters, wedge salad and steak were great. The wonton soup was overly salty. We enjoyed our wine. Our waiter seemed distracted, but warmed up as we kept ordering. We'll try again... but if we are led to anything in the vicinity of that same table will immediately spin around and walk out rather than sit in frustration. :)
😍
This was such a welcome option for a more 'chill' night
This was such a welcome option for a more 'chill' night staying in at our hotel without walking all over town. Great cocktails and limited but delicious food options. We shared a huge wedge salad, sushi, filet and wagyu fried rice for dinner. Service was impeccable and the show was great! We were able to sneak in and grab seats at the bar without a reservation. Pro Tip: be sure to go through to the back bar if you want to watch the show. (There's another bar in the front with no view of the show)You can also watch the Bellagio fountains show from the windows!
😒
I'm very conflicted about this review.
We just had dinner here on Saturday 2/26. If I could rate the performers and show on their own, I'd give five stars. However, there were other things that kind of sullied our experience. The good:-The show was great! It was extremely fun, lively, and well-coordinated. It felt kind of like a cross between a cabaret and Moulin Rouge. The dancers, singers, band, and other performers were all phenomenal. Shout out to Marcus who was super sweet and made a point to stop by our table and talk to us for a minute, he wanted to make sure we were having a good time even though we were seated in a part of the restaurant that made it difficult to see the whole show. He was also an amazing dancer, as were the other dancers.-Our entrees were delish. We had the salmon and NY strip with the steak fries and mushrooms as sides. Everything was cooked well and just really tasty. The caviar service we had was good too.-The restaurant is gorgeously decorated and there's just a great atmosphere. Great fountain views too.-The bar area is also really nice and we were able to easily sit in there while we waited for our dinner reservation. Very nice and attentive bartenders. The bad:-Our server was really slow and never checked on us after we got our entrees. We felt like an afterthought honestly. It took forever to get our drinks when we first ordered them, and after those first drinks we were never asked again if we wanted to order more. My husband finished his wine and his glass sat empty the rest of the night, our server never came by to see if he wanted another. I also ordered a non-alcoholic version of one of the specialty cocktails and instead received one with alcohol (which doesn't work for me, as I'm not a drinker). He was very short with us the whole time and didn't really make much of an effort. The poor service really put a dampener on our evening. -I made a reservation over a month in advance and requested on the reservation to sit in the main dining area with a good view of the show. So we were pretty bummed when we got seated in a part of the restaurant off the main room and behind a pillar. We could only see a small sliver of the stage and what was going on in the main room. It was nice that the performers walk through the whole restaurant so we did get to see them a bit, but it would have been nice to be seated in the main room like I'd requested on our reservation. I think the restaurant could have made more of an effort to accommodate that since I'd requested it so far in advance.-We ordered the oysters as an appetizer and they didn't taste right. They were lacking in freshness, just tasted kind of bland and old. -On our way out I saw the manager standing by the entrance and I told him we thought the show and performers were great. He just said a bit rudely "oh ok" and looked away. It was an odd interaction and just left a bad taste in my mouth. We would come back in the future to give it another chance and try to get a better table to watch the show, but there are areas for improvement here. The show is wonderful, but the service is lacking. We didn't quite feel the dining experience we had met the $450 price we paid. For such an expensive dinner we expected much better service.
🤮
It was my 25th wedding anniversary.
The table they sat us at couldn't even see the show and was next to the server station. Absolute crap. Didn't even offer a dessert to acknowledge our special occasion even though we told them at the time we made the reservation. We know they knew because they wished us a happy anniversary when they sat us. Also the prime rib was not good, too much fat. would not recommend. Our sever tried to make it better but there wasn't much he could do. We won't be back.
Mayfair Supper Club is a wonderful birthday dinner restaurant. Service is fabulous. Cheerful staff. Space out your welcome cocktail, appetizer and wait to order your entree. Entertainment is Vegas "kitchy" but fun for tourists. Try the cotton candy martini and the chocolate smoking cigar! Photos by my beautiful GF. M.R.

New favorite place to go in Vegas!!!!!!
What an experience! Truly worth every penny (and more)!! The food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter (John) was fantastic and we loved every single thing he suggested. We split the tomato salad, Dover sole (literally melted like butter in our mouths!), sides of truffle pasta and wilted spinach, and the cigar for dessert (this was a dessert we will never forget!). All absolutely amazing!!!!!! The entertainment was so great and fun!! We had fantastic seats that gave us great views of the entertainment and the Bellagio fountain behind…. Can’t wait to go back!!!!!
We went to Mayfair supper club on a Thursday and it was simply fantastic. The entertainment was first class and immersive whilst the Wagyu prime rib was unbelievable.
Loved every second of our time here!
Recommend highly!!
🤮
Please don't waste your money!
Don't waste your money-- unless you want to waste money. Billed as a "Supper Club" and a Sunday Jazz Dinner, we entered into an onslaught of thumping pop--not jazz at all. We were told the musicians were on break. Okay...Many Las Vegas restaurant reservation systems ask you if there's a special occasion-- and I clicked Anniversary. We were seated in a corner next to a service station, with waiters whipping past us constantly to pick place setti ga, etc. While the main room tables had table cloths, ours did not. We were under a speaker, and could not hear the waiter or each other, even though we were sitting at right angles instead of across from each other. The waiter said he had no control over the audio, and offered to move us one table over-- which made no difference whatsoever. The musicians were good, although the amplification was unnecessary and louder than the recorded music. The set was 20 minutes, and then the recorded pop came back, so we hear 40 minutes of pop. We had one glass of wine each, and split the American Wagyu prime rib and a side of whipped potatoes, both of which arrived in 5-10 minutes. The total was $180 before tip. We were in and out in under 45 minutes. Food was delicious, but the whole experience was atrocious. Oh, nice view of the Bellagio fountains.
😍
Perfect night, great service, entertainment, food and ambiance
There are some reviews that are less than excellent, I dont know what they are thinking. The only problem with the Supper Club is that every table is exceptional experience, and you can only be at one. The service is perfect, we had no less than 5 people wait on us, for drinks, main server, and so on. We made a reservation and they gave us exactly the table we requested.
The entertainment was very well done! We sat behind the act by the window, and they realize that you have a great view of the lake and fountain , but not as good of the show, so they make a point to come back and say hello.
The waiter was perfect at suggesting things from the menu, but not pushing the most expensive items.
Some reviews talked of being rushed, i saw no evidence of that.
One review talked about showing up without a reservation and being put at a table that could not see the show.... Some advice - make a reservation.
The entertainers were excellent, the food excellent, the service excellent.
I think some of the reviews that are not listing this as excellent, they must have lost alot of money that night at the tables, or their girlfriend left them , or something.
Thanks to the team that puts this together.
We sat in a booth facing the stage. Great views of the fountains outside as well as the stage performance. I ordered sea bass with mashed potatoes and green beans amandine. Food was great. Spicy margarita was great. Service was fantastic - helpful and friendly. I have to take one star away though because the performance was SO incredibly loud. My ears were ringing afterward and we could not of course have any sort of dialogue while performance was going on.
🤮
so overrated -- expensive, amateurish -- food is hit or miss
So, you're reading this one-star review and thinking I'm wacko.
Most other people are giving it higher stars.
I'll keep this brief and you can decide for yourself, should you chose to go. BUT don't say you haven't been warned, if you've read my review. LOL
We went here because I read the great reviews! Pics looked awesome on all the review sites!
-- Pics posted by business owner are deceiving. When we went there, there tables were close together and it was very crowded. BUT that's not even the reason for a low star review.
OUR SERVER was absolutely horrible. Never had worse in all our dining experiences. She gave us no peace! No pacing! She kept demanding, "What are you ordering for dinner?" or "So do you know what you're ordering for dinner?" THERE WERE JUST TWO OF US, AND WE HAD JUST GOTTEN THERE! Before we even ordered a frigghin' drink, she asked us that! Then she kept harassing us about that all night long! Even if everything else would have been better, she RUINED the whole experience. We hated it because of her alone.
Entertainment -- I'm not stating this as facts, as I don't know who or where everyone is from. So read this with humor please! But I'm trying to convey the truth in a funny yet down-to-earth way. "Imagine some people who were kicked out of Cirque de Soleil (or didn't' make the cut), and then two unemployed strip-club chics." ONE DRUMMER who is really super good (a professional and loves his music and loves playing and is really excellent!), and a few other motley musicians. Oh, and one really good and talented singer! A trombonist who makes gurgling sounds when he plays. Now, imagine a manager telling the, "Oh, just ab-lib it, mess around, do whatever you want, it's all good!" And then imagine a small-town amateur production, something a little short of a sh!t-show. THIS IS WHAT MAYFAIR CLUB WAS FOR US.
Summary:
1. Dancing girls -- imagine unemployed strip-club girls. I don't want to be mean, but nothing to look at, and some stuff that you really don't want to see. I'm still trying to erase some of my memory. Act seems amateurish and almost ad-libbed (although I'm sure it's not).
2. Drinks -- Drinks were good! But at $20 a pop, still pricey. BUT no complaints there.
3. Food -- HAMACHI CRUDO -- delicious little pieces of yellowtail... Delicious. But tiny.
Wedge salad -- super super weird/unconventional. It was good, but strange. So be prepared. Had MINT on it. No blue cheese dressing-- they said it was ranch, but the menu says buttermilk dressing. BUT it doesn't taste like buttermilk. More like some sort of yogurt dressing. Again, WEIRD. Would never order that again.
NY STRIP STEAK -- was delicious. Be aware that it comes with a whole layer of MINCED ONIONS on the top! Weird. But good (but won't be good if you aren't prepared for that! lol). AFTER WE ORDERED IT, IT WAS PLOPPED ON OUR TABLE IN ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
--- PLEASE KNOW THAT FOOD HERE IS PRE-COOKED AND/OR MASS-PREPARED, AND YOU ARE PAYING $70 FOR A STEAK WHICH HAS BEEN PRE-COOKED. --
OVERALL -- this place will give us fond memories to make fun of, and laugh about, as we have a sense of humor. WE PAID A BOAT-TON OF MONEY FOR A RIDICULOUS, AMATEUR EXPERIENCE, AND WE COULDN'T EVEN ENJOY THE GOOD PARTS SINCE OUR SERVER WAS SOOOO HORRIBLE.
If you decide to go here, good luck.
