Service from Nicoletta was attentive and always. You are lucky if you get her table. Food was cooked perfectly. Chris Gilman, the manager,went out of his wa y to make sure everything was as we liked. Great service, great food.

Drinks were strong and fantastic service was impeccable the valet really impressed me the one girl was so polite and helped me with my 3 sons even helped buckle them in she was super helpful and sweet a great plus to a great restaurant bartender was superb and management is on top of it all

We had an awkward start tonight as service was slow to get to me. Not sure they knew whose table it was but, once that was settled, it was smooth sailing. Ambience is not a strength, however I do like the porch, but forget to ask for it. Shared GiGi salad with my wife, we both ordered 14 OZ NY strips perfectly cooked with well-done hash browns and creamed spinach. Our order was typical for a steakhouse like The Palm and they delivered! Now that the aliens have left for the summer, we will be here more frequently. Don't get me wrong, I used to be an alien too, a weekender for 3 months, but now that I live here 12 mos. a year, it will be nice to get reservations where and when want 75%+ of the time.

GM Chris Gilman made my night by helping me surprise my friend. Chris was attentive and went out of his way to make this a night they will never forget. Even though Chris was swamped, he took the time to make sure the special surprise was pulled off without a hitch. I love this restaurant! Don't believe the other reviews. The food is always outstanding and the service impeccable, and on a level of what should be expected from this legendary restaurant. The Palm is a Hampton's classic, perfect for celebrating special occasions, or a enjoying a more casual dining experience at the bar with a fantastic menu and fun ambiance. Walking into The Palm is always a special experience alone with the warm greeting and sophisticated ambiance that is a sign of the great experience that awaits.

Food and service were excellent! Service staff-super attentive and kind. We were a party of 10 (w/5 kids).The 3 year old spilled water on the table and floor and 2 waiters immediately came with towels to clean it up. We didn't even have to ask. Water glasses were always kept filled. Food- amazing. We ordered wagyu, tomahawk, ribeye steaks, which were all great. The desserts were excellent as well. We had the dessert platter (5-6 top desserts). Everything was so great we ended up going back the following week.

I got the Rib Eye steak. It first came out undercooked and still blue. The second time after they re-made it, it came out medium well (completely brown). I was very disappointed how the kitchen can't get their act together. The ambiance is very loud with no music.

This restaurant is located within an bed and breakfast is very beautiful and dimly lit. Great for a romantic dinner or any date night. Not only that but the entire staff is gorgeous! My mother and I had started the night with drinks; she ordered the margarita which was nothing special but refreshing and I had a glass of Cabernet that my mom really liked as well. We started with the prosciutto appetizer which was an interesting yet yummy take on a meat board with small accompaniments. We each ordered a filet mignon. She had the 8oz and I had the 12oz which were both hard for each of us to finish! They were cooked to order. I had mine served with the lobster béarnaise which I could of probably done without, It was not anything special. The creamed spinach was absolutely delicious, but the mashed potatoes were reminiscent of instant stove top mash that comes as a powder in the box. Very soupy and under seasoned. My mom wanted the same cab I had and when it arrived, it did not taste like mine. We are very aware of needing to let wines breathe as we both drink lots of wine and just came from wine country a few weeks ago in France. The waiter, whom was very sweet, sweared it was the same wine but we did not agree and he brought her a new wine. I really did enjoy my meal here and would return if I come back to east Hampton

The food, service and atmosphere are all wonderful! The menu has a lot to choose from. There are plenty of options to choose from. I will be back!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
Virtual Name & Email on reservation

I am new to this site and just recently bought a reservation here. I noticed that on the reservation page, it is booked under a random name and a virtual email address.
I can't find any button to change either the name or the email for this reservation I bought. So, should I just say that random name when I arrived at the restaurant? Not really sure about the procedures.
