Unbelievable how we were treated yesterday.

Took 6 people in to watch a hockey game. Very friendly hostess took us over to an empty section where they put the game on a couple TV's. Lots of drinks and food were ordered and our waitress was awesome!However about 30 minutes in our hockey game was switched over to baseball. The restaurant was pretty empty at the time so no one was there to want it changed and besides there are over 100 TV's around there so why our TV's? I got up to ask the manager to change it back and he kind of rudely said "I'm working for n it" as another manager kind of gave me a dirty look. 45 minutes in our waitress informs us that they have a big party coming at 6:00 who reserved the entire area we were sitting in and that she would have to relocate us. This was right before the food came so the table and an hour and 15 minutes before this big party was set to arrive. She can back 5-10 minutes later right after food was served and asked if we were ready to relocate. I kindly asked if people could finish their meals first and she gave us 10 minutes. Less than ten minutes later she comes back(again she is very sweet and only telling us what she was told to do) but says okay guys I need you to follow me. So everyone is picking up their meals and drinks to be relocated out to the casino where they at least had our hockey game on two TV's. Well most of the time anyway as they inadvertently changed the game to a different game twice. I guess I don't understand how you don't communicate to your staff that there is a gigantic party coming in and to not sit people in this particular section. But hey they gave us a punch bowl of drinks for our table to say sorry and tried to add items to the check that were never ordered I guess to make up for it? All in all find somewhere else to watch your sports in Vegas. Two stars because of the friendly waitress and nothing else

This is one of the only open late restaurants, which is odd you'd think there would be more on the strip. They had a menu with mostly bar and finger foods, but a decent selection. I had the pork belly tacos and they were awful, LOL. They were sooo dry and the pork belly was like hard. So I wouldn't recommend those. Someone in the group had the loaded French fries and those looked amazing. We also had a Buffalo chicken sandwich, chicken fingers, and chicken tacos and nobody had any complaints. Drinks + food was all a little pricey but it's expected.

We were in town for March Madness. Place was rocking. In reality, we spent several days there watching the games. Multiple TV’s with great sight lines. Pancakes for breakfast were great. Chips and queoso with added chicken hit the spot later in the day. Plenty of options for beers and cocktails. It was very busy, but staff was attentive and interactive. Special shout out to Terry, Joey, and Jillian. Plan to watch the games there next year also. Note, tables can be reserved. General seating at the central bar was comfortable, but, first come, first serve.

Jose, Jude, Diana were amazing and so friendly at my buddies bachelor! 10/10 recommend .You haven't experienced good service until you go to Tom Urban. The class and respect Jose and Diana gave us is world class. They are very knowledgeable about the menu and the drinks they serve, I was very impressed. If you ever visit Vegas, you absolutely HAVE to come here and ask for Jose, Jude, Diana, you won't be disappointed!

I was there at 10:30am 3/9 Thursday some girl in her 20s with tattooed arms asks for my order with an unfriendly look on her face. I get my breakfast which was horrible tasting, egg was runny, potatoes with cheese was gross, sausages tasted like an old freezer. I ask for a coffee and did not receive so I had to ask the bartender for it while my food sat there because the sorry waitress did not give me utensils so I walked to the bar to ask for them. Just bad all around!!! Tom Urban stay out the food business just sell beer. Your food is disgusting

Once we were seated, we were watching people get up and leave because nobody had even stopped at their table to give them water or ask them if they were ready to order. We waited about 10 minutes and we were about to leave before a waitress finally stopped at our table. Then it took another 10 min or so before our drinks showed up and another 10 min before half of our food showed up. About 15 min later we cancelled the rest of our food and left. The food was delicious which is why we usually go there. The ambiance is always good if you like background music and people watching. It really seems like they are completely understaffed. Management should take a look at hiring more people and training them so they can be ready for busy times. They are losing a lot of business with people getting up and walking out!!

This was our 2nd visit to Toms Urban. We love this place! Admittedly, its the bogo 40 oz beer that brought us here both times, but we will continue to come here even without the bogo. We ordered the Angry Orchard cider both times. Crisp, cold, and delicious. Their deep fried pickles are the best in the world! Seasoning is amazing. What really makes Toms Urban stand out, however, is the service. The servers are so amazing! Helpful, friendly, and attentive. This is a great place to kick back, relax, and enjoy good company with a huge beverage and great appetizers. Or even a full meal.

Had a casual dinner here. I had the grilled chicken sandwich which was excellent, and my daughter had the chicken strips and Mac n cheese. We had the queso appetizer which was thicker than queso in Texas but was good. I had a yummy blue drink. Nothing was a disappointment! Our server was great, answering questions and pointing out that the appetizer would be free ($12) if I signed up for Tom’s club, so appreciated that! I am rating a 5 based on what it was…certainly not the fanciest place in town but for what it was, it was great! However, on our departure day, I had made a breakfast reservation for 8:15. We went down, and the place wasn’t open!! How could a place accept reservations if they weren’t going to be open. We were able to quickly pivot to another restaurant in the hotel so no major loss. However, don’t depend on breakfast here.

Tom's Urban was a venue for a company dinner last week and to make a long story short; the servings were very disappointing. We got a set menu with a couple of startes including tortilla chips with salsa and guacamole along with some fried chicken on pancakes. Dry and dull. A couple of sliders followed; impossible burger and "pulled beef" on brioche buns. The buns were dry, as was the impossible burger. Salmon on salad were way overcooked. There was also a shrimp mac/cheese that added to the massive amount of food. Nothing delicious about this meal at all, only way too much food. Our waiter did however his best to keep the beer coming and keep up the good mood. Good service.

This location has a great patio to “people-watch” and good-tasting food, but be prepared to pay more for it. Fried pickles were yummy. Bottomless mimos for $23USD was a good deal compared to one Bloody Mary for $16USD. Save this restaurant for a special occasion. Server Guadalupe was very sweet and kind - thank you for such a warm reception!

There was definitely enough food with a FOUR (4) egg omelette to share! We had the vegetable omelette with a side of fruit. Coffee is unlimited, which definitely helps the start to a long day in Vegas! Tons of televisions! You can upload an app and listen via bluetooth! Huge patio with lots of heaters! Good to sit outside in mid 60 temperatures and watch the crowd go by!

Last visited a few years ago - a good place to watch sports. Was a Saturday lunchtime and just a one page lunch menu at this time, food was ok - maybe a bit expensive for what it is. We had a nachos and a buffalo chicken burger which hit the spot. Drinks are overpriced, $10 for a 16oz Miller Lite!

We have been to Vegas many times but this was our first time eating here. We liked the outside seating, the hostess was very friendly. Our server came quickly and said he would give us a few minutes to look over the menu. We'll his few minutes and mine are quite different. I know folks are short handed but it was an off time, they weren't busy and he was just chatting with another table for a long time. We almost left when he remembered us. He took our order and that was the last we saw of him until he brought the check. Thank goodness for the "food runner" he got our food delivered hot and refilled our drinks as well. My husband got the burger and tots which he said was very good. I got the fish tacos which were a little over fried and dry. They had a tiny bit of sauce on them but needed much more, not much flavor at all. The Mexican corn was good. Lots of places to eat probably won't return

When we first sat down we had a great waiter. We ordered our food and had coffee but he kept pushing alcohol. My daughter and I did not order any alcohol and he never returned to the table. When I received my breakfast my eggs were cold I hashbrowns were disgusting and my sourdough toast I could’ve broke windows with it. My daughter ordered your French toast and was in a bowl which should have brought a plate so she could eat it. I saw someone and asked for a plate so she can eat her French toast. The waiter I wish I wrote down his name never came back to the table. When my daughter made eye contact with him to get our bill he gave it to her and she sat down and realized it was not even our bill. So he said oh I gave you the wrong bill so he gave us our bill. He didn’t deserve a tip for I don’t know any waiter or waitress that would push alcohol and when you don’t order it they don’t come back to the table. I had seen great reviews but it was not. I was very disappointed I couldn’t even use my toast to eat my eggs. I won’t be back we were there for my birthday and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

I can't recommend this place enough! After gambling at NYNY, I was looking up menus for sit-down places that was more like bar food than a fancy meal. Just across the way was Tom's Urban, which I always assumed was a higher-end restaurant. The menu looked great, so I made a reservation (Note: at the times we've eaten there we really didn't need one-it was busy but there was no wait). Our server was Valerie, and even though she had a lot of large March Madness parties, she took care of us and helped us choose between items. We got the nachos and, holy cow, these were some of the best nachos I have ever had! Their Queso rivaled Nacho Daddy's, and the pulled chicken was soft and flavorful. My fiancé got the pan seared potstickers, which were fantastic on their own, but the hint of spice paired really well with the sweet sauce it was served with. The drinks-if you're a lightweight like me-may mess you up a bit. I got the Peach Cosmo that tasted more like a Bellini than a Cosmo, and my fiancé got the Blue Crush. Both drinks are really good if you're looking for a sweet drink filled with booze-the only downside that the large drink is $26, but the mix of sweet and filled with alcohol makes you really only need one. The food was go good we came back a few days later, and Valerie was just leaving but remembered us! Our new server was just as great and laid-back as she was (and I can't remember his name!), and just as attentive. Definitely one of our favorite places in Vegas.

I was looking for something different than just plain margarita, and the new margarita had a flavor I didn't like. Our server, Paige, went to the bar to start my drink and came back a minute later asking if I liked passion fruit. Crafted a special drink for me just so I didn't have to have a plain one and could have something unique. Paige went above and beyond with her service to make our lunch experience delightful. Food was great, drink was great, service was spectacular!

Had dinner at Toms Urban while on a family trip to Vegas. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a family here- especially if you have younger kids. There’s no kids menu for them and extremely limited choices for kids.
In general, the food is OK at best. I got the prime rib sandwich (recommended by the server) and it was really fatty and tough. Wouldn’t recommend you get the prime rib sandwich. My wife liked her chicken tenders, but it’s kind of hard to screw up chicken tenders.
Service was slow, and it took 40 minutes to get an iced tea.
I could imagine eating here if I was desperate for food and couldn’t get into a restaurant anywhere else. But, would I recommend Tom’s Urban to anyone? No.

Loved this place for drinks! We decided to come in here for a drink while we waited for our reservation elsewhere and was not disappointed. We enjoyed the drinks here so much that we came back the next day for drinks again. We were sat immediately at the bar and just ordered a couple of drinks. Their chocolate espresso martini is absolutely delicious. We didn't try the food this time around but saw some of the dishes coming out and they looked tasty. Next time we're walking the Vegas strip we will definitely stop by again for drinks and food. Service was quick and friendly. Ambience was calm and quite (we also went at around 10ish am) so it was a good place to sit and talk about our plans for the day. Highly recommend!

The hostesses at the entrance were unwelcoming and it did not improve. Ordered eggs Benedict. The eggs were hard and after complaining we were brought new eggs with no sauce which we then added to the plate. There was no apology or concern. We had to ask for everything, the service was awful to non existent. We had dinner reservations there tonight which we cancelled.

We had breakfast and some evening meals there it was all good value for money the staff are wonderful. The very efficient and attentive George served us on our first visit and we enjoyed the service he provided so much we returned again and again..At night Valerie was our server and so was Sammy, They both where very welcoming and it was like being in a movie .Tipp them all well they work jolly hard and provide great service my coffee cup was never empty. I wish I could remember all the names of the staff but sadly I cant. As I found them all to be wonderfully cheerful and the place itself is very well ran. The music is an eclectic mix they play there and the sports coverage is extensive, And it is very clean.

We did not have a reservation and was told it would be about an hour wait, however the bar was open seating. It had plenty of space so we decided to sit at the bar for breakfast. We ordered micheladas to start. They were not on the menu however the bartender made it happen and they did not disappoint. Breakfast was so delicious that I forgot to take any pictures. Definitely order the hash browns! I have zero complaints and would eat here again.

I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
