Clean gorgeous property with amazing staff
Culver City Hilton has been my go to staycation whether it be a solo or couples trip since the construction days. The property itself is definitely gorgeous but it's the amazing staff through and through that keeps drawing me back. Joanna at the front desk is truly the sweetest and most thoughtful person who makes an effort going above and beyond to make sure you feel cherished when staying at the hotel. Most recently, my husband and I stayed overnight to celebrate my early birthday and she had this surprise waiting for us in our room. Thank you for yet another remarkable stay!
JoAnna was very helpful with my recent stay
I arrived at the hotel to check in and we could not find my reservation. As it turns out, I had reserved the room for the wrong night! JoAnna was so very helpful in getting me a room for my stay on the correct night!...............................................................................................
Great Pre-Airport Option
Wanting to be near LAX for a flight out and not being impressed with hotels right in the immediate vicinity, we settled on Culver City. What we found was a hidden gem only about 10-12 minutes from LAX and about the same time from Marina del Rey. The entire hotel is in great condition and modern. The room was clean and had touches I had never seen before, including uplighting behind the bed that could be controlled from a switch on the side of the nightstand and a stopper one can use to "lock" the sliding bathroom door. The AC also had multiple fan speeds (though you may want to remove the duvet if you sleep warm, as it is quite thick). Our room faced the 405 freeway but noise wasn't an issue. The best part was the staff, who was engaging and went out of their way to make us comfortable. You could tell everyone from the front desk clerks to the servers at the coffee bar loved what they were doing. We did not eat at the restaurant in the morning but the prices were at or below the normal Hilton Honors breakfast credit (though coffee and tax would take it over the amount). The coffee bar, while pricey, served generous size pastries and coffee drinks.
Good reviews have to be fake
Travelled with my young kids and this is not a family friendly hotel at all. Arrived late at night, no one offered to help with the bags at all. Check into the first room and it smelled like someone just took a dump in there. Again, limited help with my bags when switching rooms and had to take them to the lobby with my sleepy kids. Second room’s shower did not work- I was told I needed to “give it some muscle” which is nuts. Temp of the water went from comfortable to scalding hot while I bathed my kids. Bathrooms are also tiny, and beds small and dated. There’s no water in the hotel, vending machine is cash only, and some didn’t even work. Pool area had someone’s fake nails all on the ground, and one of the jacuzzis didn’t work. Pretty sure staff pays people for the good reviews because the service is awful, with the exception of the overpriced restaurants.
Business trip
Leilani was a total rock star! I'd definitely stay here again. Comfy beds, clean rooms, clean pool. Wish we could had free stayed longer, but alas, we had to fly back to Switzerland. They were very accommodating when we needed to stay an extra night. Bar food and cocktails were also a treat.
Great Staff
Clean and convenient. Friendly, helpful staff. Shout out Leilani at the front desk. Super helpful and a great smile. The location is convenient to restaurants, airport and businesses in Playa. Decent in hotel restaurant and bar enclosed mini-park for yoga, etc.
Meh… Wasn’t impressed with hotel
I was a bit disappointed with this hotel to be honest. Particularly with regard to the service at the hotel, front desk was friendly when needed however, whoever handled my post stay feedback really put a dampener on the whole experience. I was due to get a credit each day as part of my perks with Hilton, I had this all setup, half way through the stay I wanted to confirm that I still had credit for the last morning, that’s when I was told by front desk it hadn’t been applied and I was instead given an alternative. This may seem like an individual issue but this is where it was concerning, when I shared this issue post stay as I stopped using the credit as everything in Hilton’s are super inflated prices ($10 for ice cream, the place must think it’s Disneyland lol) via the website, to this date I have received no response to the feedback, no apology for messing the credit up. And was instead given 1000 points which just appeared randomly on my account. - to me, this is 100% insulting. Not only to not bother with a response but to credit the case with the minimum points to close it was outrageous, I would tell them happily to take the points back. Hilton Corporate saw the case and credited a further 9k points to make up for it. I don’t know is this a tactic this hotel has learnt to cheapen it feedback but I’ve never had this, and I’ve only ever put in four feedback/complaints in my whole life. The foyer downstairs looked great upon check in but on further inspection it’s quite dirty and stained for how new the furniture/carpets are. The room was fine, I’d say it was a little dusty and still has signs of being an old building although I would say it was in average condition. Pool janitor was great! Pool area was completely serviceable and not very busy. Breakfast was fine but quiet, it was forgettable.
Good customer service
I wanted to drop a line to say Ms. Joanna at the front desk had the best customer service. If there was anything we needed, she happily made sure we were taken care of. For her service alone, I would return to the Hilton Culver City. I am a sure fan.
Great stay.
What a great airport property to stay at. The rooms were very clean. Drinks and food were great as well. Had the pleasure of meeting great staff. But special shout out to Joanna at the front desk. Since the moment we were checking in to checking out, she was amazing and friendly. Her personality is a great asset to have in your property. Leilani and Jay were also great as well.
Gustin was great!
Gustin was amazing! He was very helpful and made our stay so much better. We arrived in LA very late and we’re never nervous that we would not have a crib for our four month old son. But he made sure that we had exactly what we needed and our baby could safely sleep.
The best customer service with Karla
I’ve been so impressed with Karla. I was having some trouble with my day and reservations and she found a way to keep me calm and collected. She took the time to help me out and resolved all my issues. She went above and beyond for me. I’ve been to many Hilton hotels and this is by far the best service I’ve ever had. Let me tell you that I’ve had excellent service at every Hilton but this one, this one I will never forget. Thank you Karla for being great at your job. I appreciate you and I hope your managers know how valuable and amazing you are. Give this girl a pay raise, she’s amazing. Thank you again, Karla.
Three Forks
Hotel extremely comfortable and the staff were the hosts going above and beyond 3 Forks! When I checked in the night staff helped fix a reservation problem of my making! They were wonderful compassionate and understanding. In the morning Joanna helped me set up a rewards account and more importantly organize myself for afternoon meetings I had. In the cafe Jesus and Hilda kept my coffee flowing with impeccable service. Thank you!
Gustin the magnificent
I left Hilton’s Culver City, California location, yesterday (March 17th) after a 2 day brief stay and returned to Boston. I wanted to write a short note of appreciation and offer my impressions of one of your Company’s exemplary front desk employees, Gustin. Two words best describe Gustin — ‘top notch.’ He’s an exceptionally outstanding representative of your Company who displays outstanding people skills. Nice service
Very good service since we arrived specially at front desk with Francisco and Leilan, and Mr Jesus at the breakfast! The room was very nice and comfortable, all clean and shine! I recommend it and it is certain that when I return to LA I will stay here

Leilani was wonderful at check in. Very friendly, super helpful. Check in was seemless. I highly appreciated her excellent customer service skills. I would def recommend this Hilton. It's clean quiet and really upscale.................
Premium Hotel with Premium Team
Premium hotel environment complimented by an exceptional individual at the front desk. Leilani was welcoming and helpful on my requests and checkin which made my stay superior. Room was very nicely decorated, clean and there are plenty of amenities here. Would definitely recommend!

Superb Experience at the Hilton Culver City
Great customer and desk service. Richard took our bags up and Eden at the front desk made checking so easy. I had misplaced my wallet and we had no difficulty accessing our room. The showers are clean and excellently designed. All in all cannot say enough about how professional and caring Eden and Richard were.
Great hospitality and beautiful hotel
I love this hotel. Everytime I'm headed in to LA or coming from LAX for work I stay here. The hospitality is amazing and the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We are always greeted and welcomed by an amazing staff, but this time it was on another level. We had some things that were time sensitive that needed to get done and both Joanna and Leilani helped us out tremendously! I can't thank them enough and look forward to seeing them the next time I come back. You guys are the best! 100% would stay at this hotel again (I've already stayed here 3x).
Great staff and accommodations!
I've stayed at Hilton Culver City multiple times and always had a great experience. Location is great, only 12 min from LAX airport. Conference rooms are large and comfortable for big groups. The lobby and rooms are modern. There is a nice bar in the lobby as well. And the staff is excellent. On my most recent stay, Leilani and Joanna were very helpful and accommodating. They answered all of our questions, we were checked in and in our rooms quickly. Will definitely be back again to plan our next work conference.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Reservations could be posted for a variety of reasons. Most likely, the person who secured the reservation can no longer attend - to avoid accruing a "no show" fee, they can find someone to take their place.
