Gone a bit downhill! Paninis should be hot on crispy bread.
Mine was a bit limp and tepid at best. The veggie soup was not as good as I remember. And the wooden benches inside are so uncomfortable, they make you want to leave.

Popped in on a Saturday afternoon and were seated immediately. A cute and cozy place on the upper east side! The coffee was good, so were the sandwiches and soup. The service was very quick as well.

Be the first to ReplyThis place was a solid 3.
5. Very cute spot and a nice location that isn't too far from shopping and museums. I think we would have liked it better for lunch. The reason I'm giving it a 3.5 is I think a lunch there would probably be better. We went on a Monday night so knew it probably wasn't going to be super busy. We were one of 4 parties in the back and they had maybe two in the front total for the 90 mins we were there. It took a full 15 mins after we sat down for a waiter to come and bring water. Then another 7 mins for us to get wine. It was just very slow service in the beginning which was odd given we were 1 of 2 parties there right at 6pm. The food was good and fresh but nothing to really rave about. The issue was that everything was over priced for what it was and how it tasted. If I'm spending $30+ on a bowl of pasta I expect grandmas secret sauce. And it just wasn't to that standard for me or my partner. He had the risotto which was okay, not seasoned quite well though/it had something missing. However the desserts were amazing!!!! The desserts, the yummy wine, and the service at the end are why this is a 3.5.

Came here with my boyfriend to escape the rain after exploring the upper East side. The latte, soup, and pasta was the perfect way to warm up after our cold rainy walk. The restaurant was very busy but we were sat within 10 minutes. Food comes out very fast and the staff is very helpful (you just might have to get their attention). Will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the city.

Extremely popular place but only due to the location (near the Met) and the cozy vibe. They charge 30+ for very basic pasta dishes and hygiene is questionable, portions are small. I get there has been inflation but I guess only go there if you enjoy being ripped off or have cash to burn, or are on a diet. Service is pleasant but that's the only bonus. For the price you can find much nicer establishments.

Great servers . Visiting Manhattan you must visit this place
Be the first to ReplyWe had a lovely meal here with family in early October 2023.
The food and service was absolutely on point. It was a great experience and I hope to visit again someday.

one of my fav spots in the UES for a quick bite! Loved stopping by here when strolling around the UES for errands or whatnot. Nothing crazy about this place, but it's just a nice, comfy, reliable spot with decent coffee and small bites to grab. I always get the Tentazione panini, which I think is a great combo of flavors. Service can be a bit slow, but other than that love this spot!

Amazing amazing amazing the cappuccino OMG the foam! Panini's best I ever had and don't forget about the amazing tiramisu
Be the first to ReplyVery consistent restaurant.
Menu has many options. Paninis and soups are priced around 15$. Pastas are in the 30 range. They have a cozy little outdoor area for dining. All the staff are very attentive.

Are you stopped by this place since another one of our coffee options was closed and the other was way too crowded. It seems the universe was smiling upon us since we were able to try this place. We ordered a few lattes and I ordered myself a Panini was soppresatta. This place looked super crowded and I was kind of sad that we weren't able to sit and eat anything on the menu since we were on a time table, but I hung out at the bar for a little bit while waiting for our orders and all of the servers were super kind and funny. They made sure everyone was taken care of and you could tell that there were several regulars that came in. If I had the chance, I would love to return to this place and try some of the pasta that looks so delicious. The Panini I got itself will definitely be worth coming back for!
Be the first to ReplyDelicious sandwiches and tiramisu.
I have bought 3 different sandwiches so far, including their award winning one and loved all 3 of them. Highly recommended if you like good italian sandwiches.

Discovered this cute spot after a 4 mile race near Central Park. My friend and I LOVED the baked eggs here for breakfast. This has now been my nee favorite egg dish , simple but also very sophisticated!
Be the first to ReplyI don't know why anyone would want to line up to go to this
I don't know why anyone would want to line up to go to this place. They said their tiramisu was their most popular item and all I could taste was cream. There was no coffee flavor or texture. It was extremely dirty, and the staff was clearly overwhelmed by the crowds so they were not friendly. In short: don't come here on a weekend, it is dirty, chaotic, noisy, and simply not good.

This is the best spot to grab lunch! If you love a good soup, panini, and/or cappuccino - you've found your place.

Another confirmation that the Upper East side offers no decent espresso. A cortado was thin, watery and under extracted, served in a small cup with very thin sides. It is very popular with the locals, who apparently value location over quality.
Be the first to ReplyBest cappuccino in Manhattan.
ย Wonderful breakfast pastries and also great fir lunches. ย Sandwiches, soups and appetizers are all fresh and delicious. ย I feel like I'm back in Rome every time I go!

Great place for a nice pot of tea ย and some finger food! The menu has a full array of items to select from! The tiramisu is to die for !
Be the first to ReplyWe had been at the Met and needed some lunch.
ย One child in our group is super picky so we needed a place that could accommodate her but still have interesting food for the rest of us. Via Quadronno had delicious paninis for us all. I really liked that it was off the beaten path a bit. It felt very much like a local restaurant, not a tourist spot.
