Pasta texture was good but sauce was lacking flavor. Service was adequate but no attention to detail. We had to ASK for Parmesan. We had to ask for dessert plates. The cheesecake was the Worst we've ever had, very strange chunky texture, I hope it wasn't too old, they said it was homemade. Ambiance had a nice homely feel, it's a small cute neighborhood restaurant. Unfortunately won't ever be going back since we've had much better Italian food elsewhere.

We ordered the pizza and it literally tasted like store bought frozen pizza. Definitely would not recommend. The pizza was ready quickly which was awesome and the restaurant is always good when we've been but the pizza...not so good.

I'm not sure if we went on an off night as it did seem busy, but service wasn't quite what I expected. They were able to seat us quickly without a reservation though which was very much appreciated. The food was yummy, but I'm not sure if I would return since we barely saw our waitress. She frequented and chatted with many other tables - which I do love to see that there are regulars who receive great service - but I tried catching her attention several times so we could actually order wine but wasn't successful. We didn't receive the wine menu until after we'd already ordered our food. Didn't see her again until our table was cleared and by that time we weren't interested in ordering anything further. The food was great, as was the overall ambiance, so could be worth another shot earlier in the evening or on a less busy night.

This is the consummate, neighborhood, low-key Italian restaurant run by Italians that serves excellent food and never disappoints. That's right. In Long Beach and across the street from a city college. I've been going here for many years and this place is my family's first choice for yummy Italian food. I've taken my co-workers here too and they love it as much as I do. If you haven't gone here yet, do yourself a favor and check it out.

Amazing place!!! I say this because it is all fantastic! The food is soooo good, the atmosphere is great and the Italian gentleman who comes around and speaks with a great Italian tongue is the best! Everything single this we ordered was fantástico! The wine the bruschetta, calamari and the lamb chops magnifico!!! I highly recommend this place, a nice date with the wife or family events it's all great here.

The nice couple sitting next to us had been coming for years and years and ordered a plate piled with what looked like a combination of seafood piled high on marinara covered spaghetti. He is a chef and told me he always orders it. I had a nice pour on a lovely Sangiovese but found my adventure with zucchini flowers regrettable-mostly oily flour (sorry guys) . Still, the place was VERY packed as the night went on - might want reservations if after 7 weekends. Oh, thank you for the yummy cannolis! Cheers .

Haven't been in years as the food had been hit or miss however, Lorenzo the new owner (as of 5 years ago), has done some great things. Very excited to return to this neighborhood spot...Regularly. I enjoyed every single moment I was at this amazing quaint trattoria. From the second I walked in, the owner, from Milan, could not have been more welcoming. I started with a beautiful red wine from Puglia and a Caesar salad. For my main course I had the shrimp and zucchini risotto. It was all lovely. This will be my first stop on my future visits to Long Beach

For my wife's birthday, she wanted to get catering from the restaurant to feed 13 people. We ordered the stuffed artichoke, chicken piccata and lasagna. Everything was fresh and delicious. The surprise hit was the stuffed artichokes! When we opened the lasagna, it had a lot of liquid on the top of the pasta but once we cut into it, we all agreed it was amazing. The chicken piccata was lightly breaded and something like to mix with the other heavy food. Highly recommended!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
