I had the bouillabaisse seafood soup.
I enjoyed my soup while Everyone else at the table said their food was either over cooked or the flavor was off. The food took forever to come to us. We waited about 30 minutes til it was served to us. Food is overpriced. Our waiter was nice and the ambiance was nice and clean. The hostess in the front was a bit rude. She mentioned how someone in our group called to reserve for two people and then an hour later called to reserve for 5 people for a birthday. That's something we don't need to hear. Also she could at least say happy birthday also mentioned that to the waiter to just make a guest feel welcome. You could go to a cheaper restaurant and they would give you a complimentary cake or ice cream and each host would wish you happy birthday. It's the little things that makes a guest feel welcomed doesn't have to be big but just the thought.
😍
This is a a great hangout or date spot.
They have outside seating that would be best utilized in the evening bc all of the pretty lights that are hanging make the ambience even more lovely. The waiters were friendly and helpful to us. The service is unmatched - my cup was always full w/o me saying anything and the food was always perfectly timed.I had the scallops which were AMAZING! My friend had the vegan Portobello piccata which was also excellent. We also tried the purple haze cheese, calamari, and the sweet butter lettuce salad with warm Brie. Everything was very delicious. This is on the higher end of price- we walked out paying $300 with tip. We had 2 entrees, cheese, 2 apps, 3 cocktails, soda, espresso, bottled water and glass of port.

This was a pleasant find! We had planned to go to Lola's, but they were closed so I decided to Google what was nearby. I'd remembered a friend recommending Vintner Grill, but I'd never gone...so we decided to try it. Everything was fresh and delicious. I liked that I could get an entree full size or 1/2 size. The service was great and and honestly my one complaint is so petty I dare not articulate it. The lava cake was sinfully good.

We have enjoyed dining at the Vintner Grill dozens and dozens of times over the last 8 years and have always been highly satisfied with the food, service, servers and atmosphere, however, tonight we experienced an highly upsetting and unexpected dining nightmare orchestrated by of all people, the Vintner Grill Manager Tom. Our dinner reservation was at 5:30 for 3 guest, after my wife and I were seated, we made it clear to the server that our 3rd guest which was our daughter, was running late, the waiter said no problem and took out order for drinks. Approximately 30 mins later, the Vintner Grill Manager Tom approached us and said we have a limited amount of time to serve you as we have other diners waiting to dine, I said to him, are you asking us to order and get out asap, he said no, just want you to be aware. So, we flagged down our waiter quickly and order a cheese selection appetizer, shortly after our appetizer order, I flagged the waiter to come over while Tom was hovering in the background and said we best order our main meal as we need to rush through this dinner now apparently, Tom immediately came over and pulled our table away and kicked my wife and I out of the restaurant and he was "clearly set to make a point to embarrass us" so unprofessional, unnecessary was this amateur management drama show, we loved this restaurant and it's food and staff up until this unfortunate incident. Suggestion, maybe call it a day Tom, customer service is clearly not part of you're character no matter how many Vegas Restaurant's you have worked for.

Really delicious food! Not the easiest to find location,
Really delicious food! Not the easiest to find location, but once it is found, it is beautiful outside and inside. The bread and butter are fantastic! I love that the butter is carved out and made to look like a dish super cute idea! At first I noticed that there were not side dishes available, which normally at an upscale restaurant, I order with my main course. Fear not, the sides accompany the main dish and are generously portioned. Great value! The prices are very good for the amount of food you get. Overall, the ambiance, service and food were all worth coming back for more! Definitely recommend !
They know nothing about wine. And the food is mediocre yet overpriced.
😍
Fabulous dinner!! And Sarah was a wonderful server.
Our dinner started with Opolo Zin that I never had before. I plan to buy it. We had a "smoked salmon pizza" for an appetizer !! Salty of course but what a treat!! We had to try the octopus appetizer and it was so tender. I never had it before like this!! WowBret had the sea bass which was perfectly presented and was the best ever and I had the Moroccan Lamb Chops. Omg, the herbs they used and the red wine reduction for sauce was amazing. I always ask for a medium cook and this was perfectly pink. Every morsel was delicious. They surprised us with a tiramisu desert for our celebration and that was better than any I have had before. While I did say delicious many times here, it is so true. This is a favorite place for me now and I will plan another visit soon!! Great place, great food!!!!

Been coming to this fine dining place in Summerlin area for
Been coming to this fine dining place in Summerlin area for over a decade and so far it's still the BEST fine dining experience we have. Hubby and I dined here again last night and we come here at least once in every 2 weeks for more than a decade and it's still the BEST!!! I had his 50th birthday party here 7 years ago with 65 guests nestled in the patio area and everyone had a great time. It's probably the best costumer service you can ever find in Summerlin area and they're consistent with their excellence. I would very highly recommend this place if you're looking for a fabulous time, great ambience, excellent customer service and great food. I made another reservation for next week and will bring our friends as well.
Lunch visit - Sea Bass was amazing! Silky and flaky with just the right crisp on the skin. The apple is not your normal sliced pie it's more decadent. Nice ambiance for business lunch or special dinner.

Excellence In Summerlin

Very nice restaurant in Summerlin located in an office park. Do not let the exterior fool you. Inside is beautifully decorated, white table clothes, vintage movies silently running on flat screens while old blue eyes croons in the background. Huge Mahogany bar with elegant seating. Comfortable chairs and tables throughout the surprisingly large restaurant. The hostess was phenomenal. We had to change our reservation from 9 to 10 to 8 over two days due to illness and new folks flying in. She was extremely gracious, friendly and helpful throughout the experience. The service was top notch. Excellent waiter and servers quick with recommendations but always discreet. The cheese and charcuterie platter they assembled was very good. The bouilabase one of the better ones I have tried. The chicken crispy and Mac n cheese devine. Others in our party greatly enjoyed the scallops and salmon. Don't pass on the Meyer lemon cheese cake! Excellent reasonable wine list by the glass and bottle. I know of few places that will serve Bel Glos by the glass. Large parking lot. Highly recommended
Good service. Convenient location. I've been here for lunch several times. It's a favorite.
One of the best restaurants I have been to in awhile. Scott was an excellent waiter. The wine list was well-balanced with options/price. Great vibe and music. The cheese board was excellent. The salads were creative; mine was with warm brie and my son's was Caesar wrapped in prosciutto. My husband had crab cakes. He also had bouillabaisse and said it was one of the best he's had. My beef tenderloin with red wine reduction was perfect. My son loved the ribeye. The portions are ample. They do serve espresso but I loved my French press decaf. I would definitely return my next time in town. Sometimes nice to be away from the casinos but this one is about a mile from Red Rock. Their seafood selections looked excellent as well.
😍
Amazing meal and service
My husband and I took his sister there for her birthday. We sat outside in a beautiful patio area. The food was phenomenal. We had Octopus, Calamari and Roasted beats for appetizers. My husband had the Mediterranean Sea Bass, I had the Halibut and my sister in Law had a steak. They were all amazing. Our waiter was professional but added a little fun to our experience as well.

I am writing this review because of the way I was treated
I am writing this review because of the way I was treated at this restaurant. I was discriminated against having my service dog at the restaurant. Maybe I was targeted because I am a "pretty girl" dressed nicely and looked like I had nothing wrong with me. I retired from the Air Force with a 100% disability surviving five deployments. Vintner Grill was one of my favorite restaurants before having a confrontation with manager Thomas Bachner. I walked into the restaurant with my dog in a bag and immediately, as expected, the hostess asked if I had a service dog. I said yes. She did not ask if it was required for a disability, but she did ask for documentation (which is NOT necessary or required by the ADA). I showed a "certification" anyway. I do this because it's much easier than arguing with every restaurant that DOES NOT KNOW the rules. I don't blame her, I blame management for NOT KNOWING and NOT TEACHING their staff the laws on service animals. She did not ask me the second question which they can ask, "what work or task has the animal been trained to perform?" She then let me proceed to the table where my friend was sitting. As soon as I sat down, General Manager Thomas Bachner, immediately walks up to me and tells me that they don't allow pets in the restaurant. I said, "she's a service dog." He insisted that, per Nevada Health Department, dogs were not allowed inside the restaurant. I began to say, the ADA overrides the Nevada Health Department. He was very rude and told me I could take it up with his lawyer. I asked him for his name. He rudely said, "you have two minutes to leave!!!" He then walked away without giving me his name. My friend looked at me and asked me what I wanted to do. We made this reservation for my long overdue birthday. I told her I would bring my dog home and come back despite how uncomfortable Thomas Bachner made me feel. He came back right away and handed me his card. He then proceeded to pull out the table so I can leave! WOW! I stood up and told my friend I would come back. I brought my dog back home and printed some information for Thomas Bachner about Southern Nevada Health Department and information from the ADA. I highlighted parts about the difference between pets and service dogs. I returned to the restaurant and had a couple of drinks to calm down. Thomas Bachner did not look at me at all when I came back. I really like the food there but wish the circumstances were better. Before I left, I left the papers on the front desk addressed to Thomas for his reading pleasure.I am writing this to make people aware of the discrimination that people with disabilities receive, even in places like this. I've never had a problem taking my service dog to any upscale restaurants. Maybe it is because it doesn't look like I fit the picture of a disabled person. Apparently, the General Manager is a stranger to the rules of service dogs and needs to have training himself.
😍
Nice place and good food along with great atmosphere.
Specially the bartenders out there are fabulous

This is a nice restaurant near Summerlin area.
I do really like it inside model style. Talk about all foods and drinks it's really good for me but for you I am not sure. Lol All the foods is very big portions, that you can see on my pictures just be careful what you ordering and also you can asking your service how big is that. (the drinks is simple size but all good) I do recommend for you if is your guy looking for nice restaurant to hangout with family and friends

Aims high and hits the mark.
Pros are the handsome physical facility (including a couple of screens showing an old B&W movie, nice touch), well prepared food with a Northern Italian bent, excellent service. We had a light butter lettuce salad with warm brie and small charcuterie selection to start, and the latter was a real standout. Entrees were whole sea bass - excellent but oversized portion really - and tasty veal scallopini with mushrooms and some unnecessary angel hair pasta. Desserts were consistent with the menu and meals. A con is noise level. The soft upholstery and tablecloths help some, but the stylish, minimalist hard ceiling absorbs nothing, echoes everything. This is not the only Northern Italian style restaurant in Vegas that could use a LOT of acoustic features to provide some peace. Nevertheless, we will return, and that cannot be said of some other places that I have described here - they are just too loud.

This place is amazing! We came on a whim and the employees are incredibly sweet. The chicken, the bolognese, and iced tea was delicious! In fact, everything was delicious. The pepperoni flatbread I ordered for my daughter was really good too. I will definitely be back!

I have been a customer here for many years, so it was no surprise that it was my first restaurant post quarantine. We went to celebrate a graduation that we (as parents) could not attend. We sat outside it was beautiful! Everyone was a good ten feet a part. The food as usual was amazing. My graduate enjoyed her salmon. My 15 year inhaled her roasted chicken like I had not fed her during quarantine. The staff was on top of things and attentive. Wine list is spot on and the charcuterie tray should not be passed. Great restaurant!

Tonight, I had the best meal that I've ever had here! I have tried the sea bass & the scallops but today I was craving meat. I got the beef tenderloin, it was cooked to perfection, medium rare & it came with a very flavorful sauce with really delicious mashed potatoes mixed with brie cheese, also I really liked the asparagus on top. I also got my regular beet & goat cheese salad which is really good. For dessert, I got the crème brûlée. And my company also loved their food. And, I must say that Alfonso and Anna were wonderful servers, very attentive and we had a great time.

I have been here so many times, and one of my favorite times to come is lunch time and my favorite thing to order is the cobb salad (pictured). Chris and Angela are the best! You'll find them behind the bar making all of the yummy drinks you'll be consuming during your visit!

Mid-week dining at Vintner Grill with a friend was
Mid-week dining at Vintner Grill with a friend was magnificent! As I have become more particular on what I eat and where I eat, my friend thought that this restaurant would be my vibe. She was correct. The upscale swanky atmosphere, the friendly and excellent service by our server, Chris, the menu options as well as the wine selections were right up my alley. My regime when I dine is to start off with a cocktail and move on to wine during dinner. I chose their gin cucumber martini and decided on a well-balanced British Columbia Chardonnay, after trying two styles one being a Californian. Then it was on to a mixed green salad with, pear, Gorgonzola crostinis and candied walnuts. Vintner grill also offers a fine selection of cheeses and charcuterie, so since I love cheese I chose one selection of Truffle Tremor goat cheese that was accompanied with a blueberry compote. It was an excellent pairing! Since I decided to have dessert, I wanted something lighter and ordered a smoked mozzarella with romesco sauce and grilled portabella wood fried flatbread. I had one slice and asked for it to be boxed, because my appetite is smaller now and I wanted the Profiterole Trio for dessert! It was a good call, because the pistachio, chocolate and vanilla Italian gelato filled profiteroles were a marvelous finish to this excellent meal. I would of not had room if I ate the whole flatbread!I strongly recommend this restaurant for those who live in Las Vegas or visiting, it is a hidden gem in Summerlin!

I was taken to lunch here and was impressed with the atmosphere, excellent wait staff, and food selection. I had the garlic scallops and Caesar salad. Both very well prepared and tasty. Scallops were cooked perfectly. I think this is wonderful for a special date night, birthday, ladies lunch, business lunch, anniversary etc! The menu has a wide selection. Looks like a good wine menu...sorry wasn't drinking this time, so can't comment. I will be back.

Leave The Strip For a Great Meal
I have eaten at many restaurants in Las Vegas and Vintner Grill tops them all for a special occasion! Definitely worth the drive up towards Red Rock. The service was impeccable and the food absolutely delicious.
🙂
I had the Sirloin w/ aspargus and brie potatoes.
I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. The aspargus was excellent, not mushy, but cooked and buttery. I think the meat could have used a bit more fat, or perhaps some melted garlic butter would have helped it. It was on the blah side but oddly enough, cooked to perfection. I have no explaination. The potatoes were nothing to write home about, i expected more brie in my potatoes and brie, but it was well into the background. I brought my own bottle of wine, it was a $30 corkage fee, a bit suprising. Desert was the creme brulee and lime cheesecake. I had neither but had a taste of both, and both were excellent. The wait team was very attentive. Whenever the waiter was busy, an assistant was always watching to bus and water. I tried to summon the waiter with a slight gesture once, he didnt notice, but another one was "johnny on the spot" right behind me. (They cover each other) For three of us it was $300, including a 20% tip.

Gorgeous atmosphere. Amazing dinner. Wonderful night out. This is my new favorite place to go for a nice evening out when friends or family come to visit. I really had no idea this place was so nice. Service was superb. I can't say enough about how nice the evening was here! It was a more expensive night - but was worth it. Will 100% go again.

We used to loved this place but we went today and the service have been horrible, the server were rushing us to order to get more tables, super unprofessional, after we ordered couple drinks and salty appetizers we decided to get the check, very disappointing experience. I will not recommending this his place anymore.
