The most luxurious hotel that I've been to and it truly is
The most luxurious hotel that I've been to and it truly is one of Hilton's top-tier brands. From the time I parked my car with valet to the time I checked out, my wife and I were treated with five star service. All of the hotel employees we interacted with were very courteous. Upon entering the room, there was a complimentary gift of sweet treats. The rooms are equipped with Alexa, extremely clean and have an exquisite view of Beverly Hills. The bathrooms have a his/hers sink, bathtub (perfect for bubble bath), and standing shower. There's Dyson hairdryers, premium shampoo/conditioner/bath gel, and even speakers in the bathroom - whose sound is coming from the TV. There's even a complimentary ride service to help us get to our dinner reservation in Westwood. The best part? We arrived in a Rolls Royce! I've only seen these cars, but never been in one so let me tell you, it's super luxurious and spacious inside. If you're looking to splurge on a weekend, I recommend staying here for at least a night.

I had the amazing privilege of attending a semi formal event there last week. This review is very specific to the meal and not the stay. Please check out the photograph of the vegan meal selection. Absolutely hilarious attempt at a vegetable and or a vegan plate. It's the Waldorf Astoria!!!!!! There is no way I will believe that this is all the head chef could come up with for a very expensive and amazing event.Epic fail.

I love this place, the staff is exceptionally professional and nice. During my recent visit last week I was very impressed with the front desk staff.

We have stayed at many nice hotels but I have to say, this may be one of the best! Everything from arrival to departure was perfect. We will be back and stay longer. Can't wait to go back! This will be our go to Beverly Hills hotel.
Be the first to ReplyLoved this place.
Right in the middle of Beverly Hills but you see everything when you're on the roof top! The food was amazing. Definitely paying for what you get and the service is phenomenal! If you want to impress a date definitely go for this place and make reservations!!!!!

Great quiet environment, good service, delicious food and a good gym, especially the swimming pool.
Be the first to ReplyReview for the restaurant.
I met a group for a working breakfast here last Friday and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on the first floor felt very upscale and staff were attentive to our table. It is a great meeting spot for taking out of town guests. The view from the rooftop bar is breathtaking.
Be the first to ReplyOne of the nicest hotels I've been to in Los Angeles area.
The room was incredible. The service was impeccable. I came during a father days weekend but it wasn't too busy. The room was very spacious and beautiful Beverly Hills view. It felt luxurious. I booked the room for my birthday weekend. They offered to upgrade me to a corner suite but only had the city view so we picked the regular room with the hills view instead (def will take the offer to get the corner suite next time). They had a cute little dessert for me for my birthday and had the crib set up with toys for my 3 year old and and 4 month old baby. They even had a cute bathrobe that fit my 3 year old too. This is the only hotel I've been to that has dyson hair dryer in the bathroom. The toiletries were from Diptyque and I love the smell. If you stay here definitely recommend checking out the Roof Top by JG and Jean George's restaurant. Definitely will come back for future staycation.
Be the first to ReplyThis place has great live music.
Everyone should go and participate and support live music in the city and bring it back again full force like the Waldorf.! Well, if this point if you'd like live piano, music and a good singer, that also plays solo piano I'm available.

We visited the Waldorf Astoria Rooftop bar on Saturday, 12/17/22. I am reflecting on my restaurant bill to notice a $5.00 charge for "dirty martini" (olive juice) and $1.00 for "BC olives"? Really? $6.00 surcharge for olive juice and the basic contents within? $27.00/martini? I am appalled by the surcharges for basic ingredients? Please refund. I have a photo receipt upon request. Thank you.
Be the first to ReplyWe had a fantastic stay at the Beverly Hills Waldorf
We had a fantastic stay at the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria! Having been to this property multiple times to have a drink at the rooftop restaurant, this was our first time staying as guests. Needless to say, we were extremely excited. We pulled into the valet and were immediately assisted with our car as well as our luggage. We were checked in by Lauren who was fantastic and made us felt welcomed from the get go. Unfortunately our room was not ready at check in, so we headed to Rooftop by JG to wait. Our only complaint about the stay was that while check in was at 3pm, our room was not ready until about 5pm. Our bartender, Lilly found out about the wait, and went out of her way to really accommodate us. Huge shout out to Lilly for recovering a negative into a positive experience. The room we were assigned to was 417. The rooms were beautiful and felt luxurious. The toiletries were from Diptyque. We absolutely enjoyed the balcony and the view of Beverly Hills. We were staying the night to celebrate my girlfriends birthday, and upon entering the room we saw a small chocolate pastry wishing her a happy birthday. Overall we really enjoyed our room and the wonderful staff here at the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria.
Be the first to ReplyThey get one star for amazing rooftop views.
Just fyi- this is a warning they try to get negative reviews removed instead of addressing them. I came here for my birthday and the pricing for the rooftop is atrocious. A glass of rose and sparkling water with guacamole (you can get better at chipotle) was $100 not including tip. I reached out the following day regarding a Polaroid camera that was taken from my vehicle. To be fair they offered to check the cameras. They never called me back and avoided responsibility by having my review removed. I will never be coming to a wannabe fine dining experience with thieves for valet.
Be the first to ReplyParking Valet was absolutely amazing! I know if may seem
Parking Valet was absolutely amazing! I know if may seem odd for someone to provide a review of parking valet... but the parking attendants at the Waldorf Astoria here went beyond typical expectations. My daughter and I had dinner reservations at Jean-George's restaurant here (which is beyond amazing in and of itself!), and then we had plans to go directly to LAX for a "red-eye" flight from LAX to Atlanta. The parking valet were extremely helpful in assisting us get our change of clothes bags out of our rental car after dinner .... in order for us to change in the hotel for our flight home. They kept our car readily available for us so that we were able to quickly step outside the hotel to grab our bags after we had dinner at Jean-George's restaurant. The entire parking/valet staff were helpful, friendly, accommodating! The entire Waldorf Astoria hotel here in Beverly Hills is amazing! We did not actually stay here, because we had been staying down in San Diego, however I am already planning a visit back to LA just to go and stay at this hotel ..... and of course, to dine at Jean-George restaurant! ( I cannot say enough about JG restaurant .... how amazing service, ambiance, food ... entire dining experience! I wrote a separate review for the restaurant, so I wanted to focus on the amazing Parking/Valet staff at this hotel!)
Be the first to ReplySuper friendly staff and beautiful rooftop.
My friend and I shared chocolate cake with strawberry sorbet. It was delicious and beautiful plated. I had a non alcoholic blackberry drink. It was very refreshing. I highly recommend this rooftop for a drink and share a dessert.
Be the first to ReplyAt this time, understaffed and underdelivering for
At this time, understaffed and underdelivering for astronomic pricing; it's apparent that they are spread thin in terms of delivering the kind of "five star experience" they're charging for.And whether you are one of the fortunate who can afford such luxuries on a daily basis... Or this is a major splurge - we all deserve to get what we're paying for. And this hotel is not it.Had abysmal experience with lack of communication in dining reservations, an appointment at the salon, and then valet.Ownership of SALON (Kevin B. Salon in the hotel) was unkind and non-transparent in their pricing, Valet was a complete disaster that day and the front desk was unhelpful. Several of the front desk folks seemed rather inexperienced and unsure what to do in terms of helping.Left word 3 x's with my name and number and asked to speak to someone in charge of guest experience.EACH TIME ... I would be put on hold for several minutes waiting for someone to pick up first, and then eventually would have to hang up and call back and just leave my name and number. Apparently stating honestly in straightforwardly that you're looking to speak to a manager about some problems freezes the entire staff it means nobody dares get on the phone to discuss. At one point I was literally left on for nine minutes before I hung up and called back. Nobody returned my call. Not even to apologize for being unable to connect or to schedule a future call. The same problem arose when trying to reach the valet for my car twice that day - once after breakfast - once much later ...Both times an arrogant "Valet lead" informed me that they were "extremely busy" and was dismissive of the fact that we tried to call ahead for our car for over 20 minutes ...with not a single person picking up Valet phone.Sure enough, while we were eventually waiting for the car - they ignored all calls coming in. Even tho there were three valet just standing behind their desk. Apparently answering their phone is not something they're required to do??At one point one of the managers of valet reached out- which was confusing since there were several things that needed to be addressed with Management. What made the experience all the more jarring was that I literally just had "high tea" one block away at the incredible Peninsula Hotel...and it was 100% everything the Waldorf is NOT:Elegantly crafted, experienced staff, kind, responsive valet, knowledgeable concierge... and warm and hospitable and GRATEFUL to have you spend highly for drinks and dinners ...The Peninsula Resort is literally STEPS from the Waldorf, and in ALL our 20 year experience does an outstanding job with customer concerns and guest relations... making it both exquisite ... AND (and this is key right now especially) well worth the price point. The Waldorf ... ? Not nearly worth what they're charging. As per messages left, Management is welcome to connect if they wish to address all the places that they failed in communication and to provide a "5 Star" (or even 3 Star) guest experience.K. Cory B.
Be the first to ReplyWow! Amazing roof top! Breathtaking view.
.. an excellent, classy and luxury place for night out or special occasion. The drinks, service and food was perfect. If I'm town then I would 100 percent recommend checking this rooftop out.
Be the first to ReplyI've never stayed at the hotel but I have frequented Jean
I've never stayed at the hotel but I have frequented Jean Georges several times and not only was it the most expensive, exclusive, "you can't sit with us" type deal but it was also hands down the most expensive BREAKFAST I've ever heard about, paid for, seen or even taken part of in my 38 years of being alive!!! Holy guacamole is this place not for the "lower middle" anything -- this place is top shelf A1 upper echelon stratosphere RNS "you still can't sit with us" type deal out of anywhere in Los Angeles --- wooo boy I tell you what them fancy breakfast food and delicate good eats is worth every penny if you have the means I highly suggest picking someup -- I've yet to experience JG for anything other than breakfast but I'm planning on making a surprise appearance one night coming up and see what kind of anti-fanfare I receive from the front of house and the guests that will be dining next to me that night I plan on arriving in epic scumbag mode aka stoned as can be via a hash filled Presidental moonrock blunt dripping in head to toe black on black jeans Jordan's and the obligatory Street Outlaws limited edition cast member shirt--- idk maybe I'll wear a black Ryan Martin Fireball shirt or a throwback Kye Kelly tshirt from 2017 or maybe just maybe a brand new 2022 "Mr. Crow" limited extremely rare Justin Shearer fastest "Pontiac door car in the world"405 Midwest street cars to complete the triple black ensemble suited for the drag crew pit lanes --- idk maybe I just belong in my own lane I don't really fit in with any of y'all and no one is willing to wait or include me in anything so y'all go live your best lives away from me, clearly I'm not meant to participate in any of this shit and if I'm supposed to be alone then fuck it I'll find my happiness one day and I guess until then I'll just have to take on my problems with or without Annie -- I don't know half of y'all and I don't care about 2/3rds of y'all --- I don't have anything else to say about me and what I'm going thru all y'all are gonna get the stranger treatment and I'm just gonna ignore everyone until I figure out how to navigate this shit with the trust issues that I clearly and obviously have and continue to struggle with the entire situation .. the sabotage of not telling me anything and just expecting me to blindly follow someone is never gonna be --- I need someone who will follow me not question my tactics and move the way I need my partner to move in order for me to be happy and capable of maintaining a healthy relationship with one of these clearly damaged females --- I don't work well with just anyone there needs to be trust and love and a sense of reliability and not glimpses of thievery and deception I literally can't afford to give up my life to people that were never intended to take or share from my pool of resources--- seems like everyone cashed out on me being hurt and mentally & emotionally damaged pretty fucking fucked Up and kinda slimy if you really think about it--- who would take from someone else's pockets if that' person is balled up on their bed alone crying their eyes out days on days on days --- that doesn't seem like the type of person you should be stealing from while they cover their head in Shame and sadness-- matter of fact no one decided to help no one asked if I needed anything or if I was ok? It's just business as usual
Be the first to ReplyThe Wagu meat is so good, the burger, sushi roll crisp.
Worth the price!! And the rooftop view is beautiful. Great place for a fancy date.
Be the first to ReplyBy far One of the Best Properties in Beverly Hills.
This property is in Top 3 for Beverly Hills. The service is impeccable along with the entire property from the valet area, to the lobby. The rooms are not your typical rooms. The rooms actually have a great style. I have had to opportunity to stay at many 5 star properties, and this is by far one of my favorite. The hotel is beyond many of the other 5 star properties I have stayed at. The property has the most amazing service, beds, bathrooms, and suites.Everything about this property leaves you wanting for more.I highly recommend in room dining at least once during your stay. Pamper yourself. You deserve it.

Amazing hotel! Stayed one night for my birthday with my best friend and we loved it. The rooms are nice & modern. We had lunch at the rooftop and everything from beginning to end was amazing. Especially want to thank the manager, Moiz, for providing such outstanding service and making sure our stay was above & beyond. Will definitely be back!
