Exceedingly bland.

We ordered a takeaway on March 2023. We ordered 2 lots of the mac and cheese, fritters, fries and a bao bun. Overall, everything was just really bland and uninspiring. So disappointed. It was almost as if the chef forgot to season any of it. It was also fairly expensive so a real let down. I hope eating in would be better but you’d expect a take away travelling a very short distance to be of good quality.

Lunch with a good friend could not have been better placed than this bright and airy restaurant with great service (thanks Ruby) and tasty food! Highly recommend the 'fish cakes', guacamole, and 'mac and cheese'.

The first thing I can say is that the waitress who served us was very nice with lots of recommendations. There were 6 of us and we decided to try many of the starters and share them - they were fantastic - especially the bao buns and the cauliflower. We were excited to get our main course having been so impressed with the starters. Unfortunately, the excitement was short lived. The first thing to come out was the chilli non carni - it looked absolutely revolting (and I'm told it didn't taste much better than it looked) We ordered 2 portions of mac n cheese for the table which were not edible - they were dry and a strange colour. I shared 2 burgers with my son (half each of each). I couldn't eat either.

Had a birthday dinner with family and was an amazing evening. We were well looked after by Ruby who handled our table of 10 with ease. The food was great, ambience made it enjoyable and the service made it just happen. A first t8me for all of us and we will certainly return. Highly recommended. This is not just vegan food, this is vegan food with a difference.

Last week me and a friend visited London for a few nights, we decided to chance Wulf and Lamb as a walk in and were fabulously greeted at the host desk by Ruby, who also ended up serving us! She was friendly, knowledgable of the menu, gave great recommendations and was attentive to our needs. She made our experience memorable and if I ever visit London again soon I will be sure to return. The food was stunning, I went for the mac and cheese as a side which was delightful and the fish burger was a great texture and really tasty. Highly recommend.

Food in here is super tasty can’t fault it at all. Throughly enjoyed all of the small plates and mains of Thai Curry and Pasta. The service was very strange. We had to persevere to get a table although it wasn’t busy so I was confused at why they were so reluctant to give us a table. Three of us ended up squashed onto a table for 2. There were lots of free tables that certainly weren’t used through the whole duration of the meal. Everything thereafter felt like we were getting told off by a teacher. Weird AF.

A lovely venue which is decorated to a high standard. I was impressed with the leather booths, beautiful light fittings, gorgeous colours - it felt glam but without the price tag. There was a lot of cocktails on the menu and it even came with happy hour when we arrived! The food was delicious - I had a “fish burger” and my friend had a chilli non carne which she said was gorgeous. The staff were really chilled but lovely too which was a nice approach in a lovely relaxed surrounding. It’s zen, glam, environmental friendly (plant based), tasty and in central london - tick tick tick ! Companies choose this place for your Christmas lunch if you truly champion your Climate Change Strategy ! It’s Glam, Tasty and Plant Based 🥂

One of the good restaurants to have vegan food with your friends & family. Amazing ambience and superbly friendly & helpful staff. I would give a big shout-out to Frida, Ruby and Mook who went over and beyond to make our dinner night amazing. I had special dietary requirements (Jain Food) and they ensured I got enough options to enjoy my evening. I would love to come back to try their Brunch meals soon. Cheers.

The staff, drinks, and food were all above and beyond expectation. It may be a little expensive for regular dinning (for me and my partner at least) but it is definitely worth it for the quality of the dishes you receive. You won't be disappointed!

Nice brunch. Not too busy Saturday late morning, early afternoon. Nice restaurant. Staff were pleasant and friendly. I had the 'morning scramble' which was delicious. This consisted of scrambled ackee with herb roasted datterini tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and peppers with toasted sourdough. Big portion! Tasty and freshly made. Really nice. The iced americano was needed on a warm day. Clean restaurant. Good option as you can guess for those who follow a vegan diet. Small negative. Although not that busy at all with a lot of staff, service was painfully slow. Staff were lovely when you managed to get their attention and food was served quickly. It was more getting their attention. A few of us were sat with a menu waiting to order! Solo friendly. Nice ambience.

I wanted to come here for quite some time and I had really high expectations. My co-workers actually picked this place for work lunch so I was excited. First impression nice restaurants, pleasant staff, then the menus arrived and doubts started to set it, menus had food stains on it, then I used their WC and was horrified as it was left really dirty after whomever decided to "paint it all brown" and since we were there at 12:00 it made me wonder if it was there since a day before. Anyway food, out of our group I was the only dedicated vegan, 2 others were vegetarians and the rest were meat eaters and I hoped this place would turn them around a bit. We all ordered different things and not one stood out, it was very bland and unimpressive. After lunch we all agreed that the mint tea was great. Sorry to say but I am very disappointed and will not go back.

I went to Wulf & Lamb today with my family for a Mother’s Day meal, and I can honestly say that it wasn’t that bad. The service was good, and when the drinks came, it tasted great, however I was disappointed. I’ve highlighted below what had happened: Firstly, I was surprised to see that the Prosecco glass was less then half full, when they advertised on their website to say that there would be a glass of Prosecco and secondly, we had to ask for our water twice because we didn’t get it at the start of the meal, and that’s not very good to be honest. Everything else was good, but I wouldn’t go back to often, it was an average alright meal.

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Best Answer It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

What happens if my bid expires unanswered?

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
