Wynn Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
It is the BEST place for a vacation in las Vegas but just
It is the BEST place for a vacation in las Vegas but just some things you need to know before you go as an example bring your own lotion because it's lotion is not good ,Because when came i had soft skin and now i'm literally like a thing that's shedding dead dry skin (I want to put four and a half star but i can't so yea) By the way get wynn because I got a go look on sphere the pool is fun but it also gave me dry skin all the employees are so nice! They literally are so nice also did i mention that the inside is so Beautiful I know I mentioned that the pool gave me dry skin but it was also fun there was more then one pool (notice there's more then one down if you go to the a stair way you find a two more pool)the rooms are so nice by the way you can go on youtube by opening the ipad next to the beds then click entertainment the youtube press the magnifying glass then enter your fav youtuber and your done!
Nice room but mediocre otherwise
Room is nice and modern. I found the Alexa device to be more nuisance than having a functioning remote. Our tv wouldn’t turn on and we had to swing it out from the wall to find out it was unplugged. We got gummy bears and Asiago cheese crackers from minibar. Gummy bears were good. Asiago crackers were stale and oily. After eating them, I found the Best Buy date was 2 months prior (May) and our stay was in July. Bathroom is laid out nicely. Shower has a seat in it and there is separate water closet. I’m surprised they did not have bidets with their toilets. The bed was comfortable and black out curtains worked well. I used their spa and while small, it had very good amenities. I recommend the chocolate cranberries for a snack and trying the deluge showers as I’ve not seen anything like them anywhere else. The amenities are gender separated, though there is a tranquility room both genders can use. Food was just okay. We ate at Wazuzu for dinner and Jardin for breakfast. Neither was bad, but I would not make effort to go back to either. Urth cafe had good chai and cake, but don’t come near close as they are very disorganized and it will take 3x the amount of time you expect to get your drink and food. Check in staff at the hotel were great. Brian was very helpful with directions and getting us checked in. The computer check in/check out process is slow. Feels like dial up speeds before it will take you to next screen. Also, one last bizarre thing, their elevators either have no AC or poorly functioning AC as they are extremely hot. Worse when there are multiple people in the lift.
Best of the best
Best in Las Vegas by miles . My host SK arranged 3 nights in their Tower Exec plus a few tickets for shows . Our room Exec suit roughly 1,000sqft was tastefully decorated facing the Sphere . Room , corridors and all areas was immaculately cleaned , fresh flowers in most places . Dealers were brilliant, friendly and able to hold conversation , pit bosses flexible in min max limits . Service meticulous in all areas.
The Best Luxury Hotel in Las Vegas
Having stayed in most of the luxury hotels in Las Vegas, I was excited to finally stay at the Wynn. I booked 6 nights at Encore at the Wynn and travelled alone for business and pleasure. My trip from Ireland to Las Vegas took me 22 hours and my flight arrived in the early morning so I expected a wait in order to be able to access my room but to my surprise, I was able to check in straight away which was a great first impression. Check in was super friendly and helpful and I was in my room within 5 minutes. The rooms are my perfect style of room. Modern, comfortable and functional, just perfect. The TV was swivel so you could turn it to watch in bed or in the lounge section of the suite. I have a view of the Sphere Las Vegas which was an added bonus as it changes design night and day. This was Wow Amazing and super cool. The Bed (so important) was a 10/10 and I slept like a baby each night with a little help from the black-out blinds. Overall a great Suite. The hotel itself has endless dining options and hopefully during my next trip I will get to review some of these. The stores within the hotel were super classy and overall, the whole hotel experience oozed class! This is the best hotel experience I have ever had in Las Vegas and I can’t wait to return again this December! A special mention to the beverage staff in the casino. The cocktails were top-class and every request was delivered!

Stayed there Friday and Saturday night during the 4th of July weekend. The room was great and so was the service at all the restaurants we visited. The issue was that there is a nightclub on the ground floor which plays extremely loud music both nights. Even though we were on the 18th floor, the bass was so loud and heavy that the windows were shaking. We called the front desk and they said there is nothing they can do, the nightclub runs every Friday and Saturday. The worst part was that the music ran non-stop until closing time at 4:30AM! Yes, we were tossing and turning in our bed until 4:30AM. Wynn gave us some credit (around $150) but our vacation was ruined. I don't understand why a hotel like Wynn would need to have such a party atmosphere. If we were looking for a hotel like that we would have stayed at Hard Rock Cafe or somewhere like that and saved a bunch of money. Highly recommend avoiding staying there on Fridays and Saturdays.
Not as good as the last 10 times
Got to the hotel at 12:40 pm on saturday 14th of this month and the clerk told me room was not ready; l guess the clerk was in training and next to here a lady with the japanese name ( do not recall it) confirmed that. Not water was offered (been between Wynn and Encore more than 10 times), told them was my wife bday (12th of July) and our anniversary (15th); probably not interested in that which is fine but we always travel during july for this special occasion and first time we were gosthed like that. The clerk let us know as soon as the room is ready, we will receive message to my cell phone. Thanked the ladies and went to lunch. Almost 4 hrs later and no message, l got back to the front a little upset (around 4:30 pm already) and asked polite to an other clerk (Caleb) about my room and the answer was: the king room is not ready but 2 queen bed, yes. Declined the option and at this point l was very upset and in that precise moment, Caleb pick-up the phone, called probably the supervisor and the king room by magic, was ready. He offered waved the resort fee for 1 nt; that's not the point! The way the situation has been handled, was not of a 5 diamonds hotel. Caled apologized and took care of the resort fee. (At the check-out was still there the 2 nights resort fee) Couple times during my stay had to go to the front cause my cc had issues (more than 10 times in those properties with the same cc in the file). Love Wynn but this particular time, not happy of the services provided at the front. Will be back next month for Bruno Mars concert. We will pick again Wynn hoping.... really hoping was just a bad day
Great place to spend your days in Las Vegas
Spent 4 nights on this hotel during a business conference, unfortunately didn't have time to enjoy the amenities, swimming pool, and other entertainment. The hotel in general is very good, fancy in the details. The rooms are perfect, the standard option delivers high quality with great space. The only thing that is missing compared with other Las Vegas hotels are higher quality restaurants that compares with the hotel level, anyway you are located close to many top restaurants.
A great stay!
An amazing hotel, probably the best on the Las Vegas strip! Rooms are stunning and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are also very helpful. Felt very safe here as a solo traveller and would 100% stay here again! Great facilities too, lots of options for eating/drinking.
Wynn Event Buyer Beware
Wished to attend the chainsmokers event at the Wynn on July 13, 2024. The event was abruptly changed to Diplo. Contacted both the Wynn event organizer and StubHub and was unable to obtain a refund. StubHub advised that they are a third-party reseller and even if you bought Taylor Swift tickets and the event organizer showed up with a different recording artist they would not issue a refund as an event of “some sort” was still going ahead. Buyer beware!
Can't wait for my 3rd Wynn vacation next year!
Excellent experience. Easy check in, nice clean room with a great view, friendly staff, a lot to do at the resort and casino. Of all the meals we had around town and found mostly disappointing, the meals at the Wynn were all great! The Terrace Cafe for brunch was super, the Brunch Buffet was excellent, the Parasol bar has a great view and really excellent service and the Sushi/Noodle place at Encore was great as well. (By the way we ate at Casa Playa last year and that was excellent as well but this year thought we'd try other chefs--big mistake). If you like an upscale atmosphere and being treated right, Wynn is for you.
A great hotel for the Las Vegas experience
This is a lovely hotel. The staff are all very helpful. The room was always clean and tidy and the buffet breakfast was very good. I would only disappointment was that we had booked two queen beds in the room. Which are only on one side of the hotel we arrived late in the evening got whole bags in the room and went out for a bite on our return. There was an outside disco playing down below the hotel put us on the other side, which was a king bed only if you’re a light sleeper, make sure you pick the right side the pool area is lovely all in all it’s a great hotel .
hai
me and my sister always come here. except for the fact that the people get too loud, love it. i had to choose date i came but trust me it wasn’t august 2023:( yea, try the ice cream its very good. also, u will probably get lost for like 3 seconds so yea careful out there ps as u probably know las vegas is very hot too hot
Today, I called about accessibility seating for Awakening
Today, I called about accessibility seating for Awakening at Wynn. I was told that the box opens at 2pm, but they cannot be reached by phone for inquiries. Additionally, I was told that my rewards status would qualify for discounted tickets, but that wouldn't be able to be applied to accessible seating. So, my patronage is only valued under ableist conditions. This is quite offensive. I have really enjoyed going to Wynn previously, but this experience doesn't sit well with me.

Soooo backstory to this is we were going from Cancun to Las Vegas. We got a cancelled flight interrupting some of our Vegas vacay. We tried cancelling our stay at South Point but they were more like too bad so sad. Well we got stranded again in Houston, Texas which cut into our stay at the Wynn. The customer service rep for Wynn was really understanding and empathetic to our situation. As we were supposed to check in that night. He refunded our money for our stay. That is the epitome of customer service and not only after the almighty buck like most services in Vegas. We are definitely booking with them then the next chance we get for sure. Thank you Wynn.
We have been staying at the Wynn for several years.
The past two visits have been just 'ok' as we had personal items stolen when we were enjoying the pool area - last year someone stole my husband's leather sandals while we were swimming in the pool, and this year someone took our three lounge chairs we saved while we ate breakfast at Tableau, plus stole the $35 suntan lotion we purchased in the shop near the pool. It was so disappointing as we (grandmother, daughter, granddaughter) stayed at the Wynn for a special 21st birthday, and felt it was not even safe to get in the pool to swim thinking someone would steal our belongings. Very sad! We even gave the lifeguard $5 to keep an eye on our chairs and belongings. Upon check-out, it was realized that the Wynn had overcharged my credit card almost $500. It has been two days, and the charges still reflect 'pending charges' on my credit card, so it was necessary to call the business office.
The best resort in Vegas.
I've been coming since the opening and it remains the high point of all the hotels and resorts, on and off the Strip. Beautiful rooms, perfect service, great dining and excellent security. What more can you ask for?
Masterpiece of Steve Wynn is alive and well.
Made our way through the Wynn last night on our way to the Lionel Richie residency at the encore theater. The Wynn is a marvel of a hotel/casino. Beautiful work apart, incredible restaurants, and so much more. If you've never been here, know that the price point is on the higher end for both rooms and restaurants. But if you're living in that stratosphere totally worth it.
Beautiful property.
Lots of great food choices and shopping. The gaming floor is large with lots of choices. The checking staff is really nice and the buffet is great. The only negative I found was the Rolex store. Which was incredibly rude and not to the standards of the wynn resort.
Shocked.
Disgusted. Very rude employees and management. I was staying at the Wynn with my underaged daughter. I couldn't bring her anywhere, because the policy and rules were ridiculous. Yes, I understand that anyone under 21, can't drink, or gamble. My daughter was simply walking to talk to me, and they continuously kicked her out. My daughter is 14 years old, she is a minor, and I refuse to leave her alone without parental supervision. Truly horrible that the Wynn wishes my kid to roam around by herself without an adult present. And then, she was standing, not on the carpet, but completely off of it just waiting for me. This man came up to her and kicked her out the entire casino and told her she has to go upstairs! No one is going to talk to my daughter like that. Truly horrible. The employees are very rude!
What a gorgeous hotel! This is the second time I have been
What a gorgeous hotel! This is the second time I have been here. We came to see Awakening which is a gorgeous must see show. We also went to their snack shop and had a great coffee. They had some good food and drinks at their café at a reasonable price. Their shopping was also exquisite. We went into a beautiful gallery where they were incredibly nice and very informative about the art. We enjoyed seeing the cars in the shopping area and all of the high end brand names.
I absolutely love Wynn/Encore.
So much so that I just returned from a trip there and that was my third trip since October. The Wynn rooms are beautiful and we had fabulous meals at Mizumi and my favorite, Sinatra. The service throughout the property is top notch! There is one exception however - the casino. I play high limit slots and I like variety and want to play the newest games - Wynn is severely lacking in that respect. Much of the casino floor is dedicated to 1 cent machines with low minimum bets - you can't change the denomination or the size of the maximum bet. Games on the floor tend to have a maximum bet of $50, if you can find them, and there aren't many. In addition to the low limit games there is a lack of new games. I want to play the newest games and I can't at Wynn. The high limit room is tired and there are no new games to speak of, I think the newest is Huff & Puff and I know there are at least two new generations of that game that are nowhere to be found in the high limit room or at Encore. I just don't get it, a high limit player that can only play 10% of the machines in the casino. I would think the casino would want a player like me as opposed to the single cent player, but perhaps I don't understand casino economics. I really, really love the hotel and restaurants but we're considering different properties for our next trip. I'd love to hear from Wynn on what their plans are to modernize because it is a limitation and keeps me from an automatic return. Last, they really need to institute automated W-2G's, that's a major pain to wait for those. The casino staff is generally nice (with the exception of the cage) but it does take a lot of time. There's more to say but we'll start here - come on Wynn, let me hear from you!E
This is for the hotel management.
You guys could care less about customers being happy. My husband checked in today to a king room where the smell is unbearable. Instead of offering a different room or even my husband willing to pay the difference for a nicer room, they claim they are sold out. Well I called reservations shortly after and there is a king size room and suites available. All we wanted was a nice clean room where we can breathe and not have a headache and enjoy the 3 nights we are staying in Vegas. It is one thing to be sold out, but you're not and lied and won't give us a different room that meets the standards of what Wynn advertises. We've stayed here for many years and will not be returning and will be checking out to stay somewhere else.
My two sons and I just returned from "guys weekend "
My two sons and I just returned from "guys weekend " Thursday to Sunday at the Wynn hotel in Las Vegas to celebrate my 70th birthday and my older son's 40th birthday. It was the second time that I have visited the property. My wife and I stayed here about eight years ago. The hotel is beautiful, immaculately maintained to a very high standard - impeccable. The Wynn staff were all exceptional very friendly and helpful ! As you would expect from one of the top resorts in Las Vegas the price of everything was above average . A basic mixed drink ranged from $20-$25 draft beers at $10 -$15 . The restaurants were also all very good but expensive . You will not find a .99 cent shrimp cocktail at the Wynn ! LOL ! An example I stopped in the Wynn coffee shop one morning for a salmon and cream cheese bagel. It was outstanding, but at $18 it was just slightly overpriced $15 would've been fine in my mind but the extra three dollars made me feel a bit like I was being "gouged " especially since I was gambling. It was cold and rainy unfortunately when we visited so we didn't get a chance to use the pool or play golf . A high end shopping mall is attached to the Wynn with many exquisite designer stores which are interesting to visit and potentially treat yourself to something exceptional to remember your trip . We also rented a car at the Hertz desk located in the hotel and drove 30 minutes to visit Red Rock Canyon, it is quite beautiful and definitely worth the short trip . However note that you must have a reservation ahead of time to be allowed in the park the fee was a very reasonable $20 per car . A big plus in my opinion of premium prices at the Wynn is that the resort attracts an affluent fun crowd with many international visitors . This gave the resort a nice vibe. I did not see the rough crowd or drunk college kids like you might potentially find at some of the other casinos, or especially in old Las Vegas . I highly recommend the Wynn be prepared to pay premium prices for everything but you will receive great quality in return!
I've stayed at the Wynn for years.
A few times, even stayed in the tower suites. After my most recent experience last weekend, I will never stay at the Wynn again. I decided to go to the spa for a body treatment. Within the first 10 minutes of the treatment, my skin started to burn, and my feet and ankles turned red. I was in excruciating pain, and alerted the masseuse. She then immediately tried to place the body scrub on a different area of my body and I experienced a burning reaction again. I needed to literally ice my feet and calfs during and for hours after the treatment. I was unable to get the full experience and spent my entire hour burning and trying to be comfortable after leaving the spa. I spoke to management about my very poor experience. They instantly responded with extreme hostility. I had zero intentions to sue the Wynn- I signed consent forms and saw the ingredients and had no issues with what I signed up for. Upon relaying my terrible experience, I was expecting some sympathy and was instead met with the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. They informed me that I must make a police report. Yes, a police report! For a bad experience at a spa. Makes absolutely zero sense. I told him I did not want any problems as I was only in Vegas for 24 hours and I wanted to enjoy the rest of my stay. All that I expected was a bit more decency in the customer service aspect. After speaking to concierge, they informed me that they will speak to management to get back to me regarding a possible voucher to get another service at the spa at a different stay, since my whole 60 minutes I was burning and in pain. This morning I received a very rude and in-compassionate email from management saying no apology, and just sending me a list of the ingredients in the scrub. The lack of good customer service in a highly rated resort is concerning. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will advise my tower suite member siblings to also never stay here again. Only stay here if you would like terrible and rude customer service.
Worst hotel chauvinist security guards are terrorists towards woman….
Worst hotel I ever been, I don’t recommend going to this hotel! Security has a strange machist rule I saw 3 dif. Married woman been taken by police and coffen after talking loud to their husband or slapping him as a joke…. You ll be better traited at a 2 stars than there… specially by security someone has to check who is this security make up strange regulations and hating on woman… I talked to woman after and they said they were at the hotel for 6 days with their husband when the security came and took them to a room lock them there and called the police…. Without any rights… after this they spend the night in jail because (shocking) the husband could not stop the police from taking them… after all this humiliation the “security” screamed at them that “ for don’t ever came back because the were banned( just their wifes) for one year… So better don’t go near this hotel if don’t want to go through all this humiliation… I’ve been everywhere in the world to many hotels this is by far the worst I have ever seen… is missing management specially from the insecure security man….
Fabulous
My first time in Las Vegas and beyond happy I chose Wynn. This place is HUGE! It does lack the personal touch, but understandable with the amount of people there. Staff were all friendly and polite though, and we had q tiny complaint/ about noise which woke us up our first night and they did their best to recompense. We had a room on the 26th floor with panoramic views which were incredible. The bathroom is truly fabulous, great size but my only complaint would be around the amenities provided. Felt a bit stingy to have 1 small shower gel in the shower, then a bar of soap by the bath.. shower gel wasn't refilled very often. I loved being able to control, lights, curtains, and temperature from the ipad. The breakfast buffet was incredible, everything you could ever think of, (except hot chocolate!) My greetings to the friendly gentleman who did my chocolate pancakes each day :) This hotel has a truly luxurious feel compared to the others I visited, and I would definitely return. Taxi to the airport was a fixed rate which I think should be the norm for tourist locations like this. Wynn has a great location, close to the strip but not in the thick of it. Visit Wynn shopping mall and the great fashion show mall across the street.. I even loved the smell of the hotel and found I could purchase it to take home! I would definitely stay again.
Worth every penny a good hotel is hard to come by these
Worth every penny a good hotel is hard to come by these days. You get what you pay for and The Wynn is The Wynn for me
This hotel does not honor its commitments.
You may make a reservation for a room and present the confirmation of that reservation and still be denied with impunity. Extremely poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Dr. Kuhn
Very, very, very loud at night
Very, very, very loud at night! Probably the worst idea for hotel guest trying to relax and sleep is to have an outdoor club that sits at the base of the Wynn and Encore hotel that cranks dance beats and heavy bass from midnight to 6 am non-stop. You would think that once you went to your room to sleep that you could expect a quiet sanctuary. Not if there is money to be made from the few people up all night. At least put the club inside where the noise pollution can be maintained. This is a known nuance that the hotel staff just say sorry to hear that it kept up half the guests every night. We moved to the farthest room away and it still throbbed through the building all night long. Really ridiculous and we will never stay here again.
Great stay!
Great stay at the Wynn. Stayed in panoramic king which had great views. Food was excellent and great for those with coeliac disease even at the buffet - strict cross contamination procedures everywhere and servers very knowlegable and reassuring about what was suitable. Highly recommend!
Just wanted to share, I was checking in and the poeple
Just wanted to share, I was checking in and the poeple noticed it was my birthday and did a free upgrade. I thought that was extremely nice of them. The service here is a 10, and people are super nice. The rooms are the best on the strip IMO
Beautiful Room, Spectacular View, Restful Space.
Beautiful room on 26th floor. Tower Suites. Required card verification to take elevator up. Curtains open remotely when you enter the room. Spectacular view of the Sphere and the Wynn golf course. None of the noise and chaotic lights of the Strip. Quiet for a great night's sleep. Extremely comfortable beds. Very spacious bathroom. Excellent amenities.

Enjoyed it except for many smoking areas dedicated for the game machines. Visitor's can be seen playing inside the casino areas. There were a few restaurants but you have to walk a mile or so to find the one you want to try until you are tired of checking their menus which were not inviting! Will I stay there again in the future? It all depends on their nice accommodation for my family!
Pools shut every day different reasons
Staying at the wynn for a week and great weather chose this hotel because of the pools and thought we might sit out for a few hrs before lunch . Nope! All pools closed due to non existent wind . Bet the casino is never shut . Tried the buffet , Luke warm food wouldn’t go again it’s not relaxing felt like you were in a shopping mall . Jardin and red restaurant really nice and their show is fabulous. There are plenty of top hotels when spending this amount of money . Would not choose again . Need to take pools off their amenities not really any apologies brushed off and not used to that anywhere else at this level
not wynning
check in was horrible , they only had limited of agents working at the desk while having a very busy check in hour. after finally getting keys to my room , i was checked into a dirty room seems like someone barely had checked out. went back to the main desk and advise the agents of the situation. no apology no nothing, just a new set of keys and a smile. going back to my new room after a tiring day and waiting in line and having to go back. during the night my ac in the room was very loud. had told the front desk and they said they can send someone to my room. it was never fixed. and also during my stay housekeeping kept knocking on my door while we had the DND on the door. had advise hskp i told front desk that i decline makeup service for my full length of stay but obviously no one got the messaged. i was super excited to stay in a luxury hotel but left disappointed .
Disappointed experience.
I write a review on google under my name .I don’t think they’re posting my review but can be seen in a google map under my name. I can say this about Wynn where I was customer over 10 times is not worth it the money. They not haves any respect for their customers special the customer service and other stuff. The Wynn is not anymore the star of the Vegas strip but are there new and older hotels like Venetian,Bellagio and Fontainebleau where do value your money.Thank you.
Straight downhill
Well downhill fast. Have stayed here more than 30 years this will be my last time. Rooms are starting to fall apart. Cleaning substandard. Basic towels, linens worn out. Can not believe the negative trajectory. A real shame. the Doctor Hit me with some BIG LOVE ❤️💕 and a helpful VOTE! Poor service
So disappointed that the Wynn Las Vegas had become as unpredictable and disappointing as their counterparts here in Vegas . I have always appreciated the extra level of service at the Wynn, but it appears to have disappeared. Still waiting well past scheduled check in for a Tower suite even though we were told we would have an early check in. Get it together Steve. You are losing your faithful clientele.

I stayed at the hotel 3 months ago, excellent location, excellent service, luxurious room, very comfortable bed, excellent shower, the cleanliness of the room is excellent, an excellent experience, I will go back there again, highly recommended
Wynn is probably one of my favorite hotels in Vegas and
Wynn is probably one of my favorite hotels in Vegas and I've been to the higher end hotels here. One thing I wish the Wynn is able to do is hire someone to do A.I. or have a better technology/app. 1. We should be able to book a massage via app. 2. We should be able to book turndown service via app. 3. Ask for services or extra towels via app. 4. When the maid is done cleaning the room then the app would alert us. There were so many times when the maid or turndown service is late then I have to walk to the room, she's still working on it (late), then I have to walk back down the elevator and wait an extra 30 mins. 5. Order room service via app. 6. Book a restaurant via app. For the life of I am never able to book a restaurant through the app. 7. The digital key works via app + It would make life so much easier. Then there should be an A.I. if we allow it. Hey, so and so, we have tickets to a show for this price or opening to massage at 2 PM would you like to book. I suggest someone from management to look into Royal Caribbean app where the booking and person's itinerary is added to the app.

Great Service - amazing dinner!!
Read about the site in NYT and bought a reservation at Mother Wolf in LA 2 days later. Worked great and the food was amazing!!!
Worked perfectly!
Got the reservation (that I couldn't get anywhere else) and was able to entertain a group of friends at the infamous Bern's Steakhouse.
Got into Nobu Malibu
Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!
Very easy
Was very hesitant going into this experience but am glad to say that it worked out very well ! will definitely use appointment trader in the future
Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!
Great reviewer team
Just wanted to take a second to shout out the reviewer team. Even though they probably review hundreds of listings and bids a day, they still take the time to leave great comments and respond relatively quickly. Thanks!
Incredible
I got a reservation to Don Angie, which I've been trying to book for weeks! I am very happy with this service.
Best platform out there!
Super simple, easy, and fast to secure reservations for hard-to-get restaurants and locations!
This app is life changing
This app has opened my world up to so many wonderful new experiences I would never have the chance to have without access to this awesome app! 10/10!
Worked perfectly
Was a little nervous at first but was pleased to see that the booking went through flawlessly.
Highly recommended.
Success on Short Notice
Was able to snag an indoor table at Don Angie through an absolutely seamless worry-free process.
Worked perfectly, thank you!
This is a crazy holiday season in NYC and I was very pleasantly surprised to see that AppointmentTrader works! Will be using again!
Worked flawlessly!
Worked so well! I was a bit nervous, but everything went very smoothly. purchased the reservation, and got into the restaurant seamlessly.
Love this app!
So glad I came across this app :)
Quick table in Miami
I didn’t have my hopes high as it was a party of 4. In 24 hours I had a carbone reservation available! I was very happy as my family really wanted to come here
Prime time, great meal
So easy and had a prime time which I can never seem to get on normal res apps. So worth it
Got impossible NYC res
instead of waiting weeks I got my 4 charles reservation instantly
Worked perfectly to get into Carbone. So delighted
perfect
Worked well, got me into a restaurant with no availability
I was skeptical, and I still don't really know how they managed to find this hard-to-find reservation, but it was a win-win from my point of view, and I'll use this service again.
Last minute reservation for Delilah Las Vegas
Got a last minute reservation, dinner for 2 at Delilah Las Vegas: super impressed! The process was simple, transaction seamless. We had an amazing time! Couldn’t be happier! 😍
It works!
Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!
Money transfer
As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.
Love this app
Got to go to places otherwise unreachable
Easy Access
Very easy to get into one of the hardest restaurants to reserve in New York.
Payouts Blocked Because of Sell Through Rate
Does anyone know how AT plans to handle cases where a seller is quitting the platform but has a sell through rate <25%? The error message I got said to fill more bids or find other ways to increase the rate.
Is AT really going to block sellers from withdrawing their money? Especially revenue made before the sell through rate was introduced??

Let’s go. Get more people placing bids!
I will give you 50% of ALL of my PROFITS if you teach me how to make profits?
LOL. Thank you The New Yorker.
Appointment
Transferring reservations is not supported in AT. Why not just use the name in the AT screenshot?
Buyers interested in Bern's Steakhouse: PLEASE READ
Same goes for 4 Charles and I Sodi
Prepaid Reservation Fee
Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
Congrats on 3 mil
🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🍾🧨🧨🧨 now on to 30 mill!
Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it?
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid?
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted.
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
