Wynn Las Vegas Reviews from The Last Year
I absolutely love Wynn/Encore.
So much so that I just returned from a trip there and that was my third trip since October. The Wynn rooms are beautiful and we had fabulous meals at Mizumi and my favorite, Sinatra. The service throughout the property is top notch! There is one exception however - the casino. I play high limit slots and I like variety and want to play the newest games - Wynn is severely lacking in that respect. Much of the casino floor is dedicated to 1 cent machines with low minimum bets - you can't change the denomination or the size of the maximum bet. Games on the floor tend to have a maximum bet of $50, if you can find them, and there aren't many. In addition to the low limit games there is a lack of new games. I want to play the newest games and I can't at Wynn. The high limit room is tired and there are no new games to speak of, I think the newest is Huff & Puff and I know there are at least two new generations of that game that are nowhere to be found in the high limit room or at Encore. I just don't get it, a high limit player that can only play 10% of the machines in the casino. I would think the casino would want a player like me as opposed to the single cent player, but perhaps I don't understand casino economics. I really, really love the hotel and restaurants but we're considering different properties for our next trip. I'd love to hear from Wynn on what their plans are to modernize because it is a limitation and keeps me from an automatic return. Last, they really need to institute automated W-2G's, that's a major pain to wait for those. The casino staff is generally nice (with the exception of the cage) but it does take a lot of time. There's more to say but we'll start here - come on Wynn, let me hear from you!E
This is for the hotel management.
You guys could care less about customers being happy. My husband checked in today to a king room where the smell is unbearable. Instead of offering a different room or even my husband willing to pay the difference for a nicer room, they claim they are sold out. Well I called reservations shortly after and there is a king size room and suites available. All we wanted was a nice clean room where we can breathe and not have a headache and enjoy the 3 nights we are staying in Vegas. It is one thing to be sold out, but you're not and lied and won't give us a different room that meets the standards of what Wynn advertises. We've stayed here for many years and will not be returning and will be checking out to stay somewhere else.
My two sons and I just returned from "guys weekend "
My two sons and I just returned from "guys weekend " Thursday to Sunday at the Wynn hotel in Las Vegas to celebrate my 70th birthday and my older son's 40th birthday. It was the second time that I have visited the property. My wife and I stayed here about eight years ago. The hotel is beautiful, immaculately maintained to a very high standard - impeccable. The Wynn staff were all exceptional very friendly and helpful ! As you would expect from one of the top resorts in Las Vegas the price of everything was above average . A basic mixed drink ranged from $20-$25 draft beers at $10 -$15 . The restaurants were also all very good but expensive . You will not find a .99 cent shrimp cocktail at the Wynn ! LOL ! An example I stopped in the Wynn coffee shop one morning for a salmon and cream cheese bagel. It was outstanding, but at $18 it was just slightly overpriced $15 would've been fine in my mind but the extra three dollars made me feel a bit like I was being "gouged " especially since I was gambling. It was cold and rainy unfortunately when we visited so we didn't get a chance to use the pool or play golf . A high end shopping mall is attached to the Wynn with many exquisite designer stores which are interesting to visit and potentially treat yourself to something exceptional to remember your trip . We also rented a car at the Hertz desk located in the hotel and drove 30 minutes to visit Red Rock Canyon, it is quite beautiful and definitely worth the short trip . However note that you must have a reservation ahead of time to be allowed in the park the fee was a very reasonable $20 per car . A big plus in my opinion of premium prices at the Wynn is that the resort attracts an affluent fun crowd with many international visitors . This gave the resort a nice vibe. I did not see the rough crowd or drunk college kids like you might potentially find at some of the other casinos, or especially in old Las Vegas . I highly recommend the Wynn be prepared to pay premium prices for everything but you will receive great quality in return!
I've stayed at the Wynn for years.
A few times, even stayed in the tower suites. After my most recent experience last weekend, I will never stay at the Wynn again. I decided to go to the spa for a body treatment. Within the first 10 minutes of the treatment, my skin started to burn, and my feet and ankles turned red. I was in excruciating pain, and alerted the masseuse. She then immediately tried to place the body scrub on a different area of my body and I experienced a burning reaction again. I needed to literally ice my feet and calfs during and for hours after the treatment. I was unable to get the full experience and spent my entire hour burning and trying to be comfortable after leaving the spa. I spoke to management about my very poor experience. They instantly responded with extreme hostility. I had zero intentions to sue the Wynn- I signed consent forms and saw the ingredients and had no issues with what I signed up for. Upon relaying my terrible experience, I was expecting some sympathy and was instead met with the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. They informed me that I must make a police report. Yes, a police report! For a bad experience at a spa. Makes absolutely zero sense. I told him I did not want any problems as I was only in Vegas for 24 hours and I wanted to enjoy the rest of my stay. All that I expected was a bit more decency in the customer service aspect. After speaking to concierge, they informed me that they will speak to management to get back to me regarding a possible voucher to get another service at the spa at a different stay, since my whole 60 minutes I was burning and in pain. This morning I received a very rude and in-compassionate email from management saying no apology, and just sending me a list of the ingredients in the scrub. The lack of good customer service in a highly rated resort is concerning. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I will advise my tower suite member siblings to also never stay here again. Only stay here if you would like terrible and rude customer service.
Worst hotel chauvinist security guards are terrorists towards woman….
Worst hotel I ever been, I don’t recommend going to this hotel! Security has a strange machist rule I saw 3 dif. Married woman been taken by police and coffen after talking loud to their husband or slapping him as a joke…. You ll be better traited at a 2 stars than there… specially by security someone has to check who is this security make up strange regulations and hating on woman… I talked to woman after and they said they were at the hotel for 6 days with their husband when the security came and took them to a room lock them there and called the police…. Without any rights… after this they spend the night in jail because (shocking) the husband could not stop the police from taking them… after all this humiliation the “security” screamed at them that “ for don’t ever came back because the were banned( just their wifes) for one year… So better don’t go near this hotel if don’t want to go through all this humiliation… I’ve been everywhere in the world to many hotels this is by far the worst I have ever seen… is missing management specially from the insecure security man….
Fabulous
My first time in Las Vegas and beyond happy I chose Wynn. This place is HUGE! It does lack the personal touch, but understandable with the amount of people there. Staff were all friendly and polite though, and we had q tiny complaint/ about noise which woke us up our first night and they did their best to recompense. We had a room on the 26th floor with panoramic views which were incredible. The bathroom is truly fabulous, great size but my only complaint would be around the amenities provided. Felt a bit stingy to have 1 small shower gel in the shower, then a bar of soap by the bath.. shower gel wasn't refilled very often. I loved being able to control, lights, curtains, and temperature from the ipad. The breakfast buffet was incredible, everything you could ever think of, (except hot chocolate!) My greetings to the friendly gentleman who did my chocolate pancakes each day :) This hotel has a truly luxurious feel compared to the others I visited, and I would definitely return. Taxi to the airport was a fixed rate which I think should be the norm for tourist locations like this. Wynn has a great location, close to the strip but not in the thick of it. Visit Wynn shopping mall and the great fashion show mall across the street.. I even loved the smell of the hotel and found I could purchase it to take home! I would definitely stay again.
Worth every penny a good hotel is hard to come by these
Worth every penny a good hotel is hard to come by these days. You get what you pay for and The Wynn is The Wynn for me
This hotel does not honor its commitments.
You may make a reservation for a room and present the confirmation of that reservation and still be denied with impunity. Extremely poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. Dr. Kuhn
Very, very, very loud at night
Very, very, very loud at night! Probably the worst idea for hotel guest trying to relax and sleep is to have an outdoor club that sits at the base of the Wynn and Encore hotel that cranks dance beats and heavy bass from midnight to 6 am non-stop. You would think that once you went to your room to sleep that you could expect a quiet sanctuary. Not if there is money to be made from the few people up all night. At least put the club inside where the noise pollution can be maintained. This is a known nuance that the hotel staff just say sorry to hear that it kept up half the guests every night. We moved to the farthest room away and it still throbbed through the building all night long. Really ridiculous and we will never stay here again.
Great stay!
Great stay at the Wynn. Stayed in panoramic king which had great views. Food was excellent and great for those with coeliac disease even at the buffet - strict cross contamination procedures everywhere and servers very knowlegable and reassuring about what was suitable. Highly recommend!

Just wanted to share, I was checking in and the poeple noticed it was my birthday and did a free upgrade. I thought that was extremely nice of them. The service here is a 10, and people are super nice. The rooms are the best on the strip IMO
Beautiful Room, Spectacular View, Restful Space.
Beautiful room on 26th floor. Tower Suites. Required card verification to take elevator up. Curtains open remotely when you enter the room. Spectacular view of the Sphere and the Wynn golf course. None of the noise and chaotic lights of the Strip. Quiet for a great night's sleep. Extremely comfortable beds. Very spacious bathroom. Excellent amenities.

Enjoyed it except for many smoking areas dedicated for the game machines. Visitor's can be seen playing inside the casino areas. There were a few restaurants but you have to walk a mile or so to find the one you want to try until you are tired of checking their menus which were not inviting! Will I stay there again in the future? It all depends on their nice accommodation for my family!
Pools shut every day different reasons
Staying at the wynn for a week and great weather chose this hotel because of the pools and thought we might sit out for a few hrs before lunch . Nope! All pools closed due to non existent wind . Bet the casino is never shut . Tried the buffet , Luke warm food wouldn’t go again it’s not relaxing felt like you were in a shopping mall . Jardin and red restaurant really nice and their show is fabulous. There are plenty of top hotels when spending this amount of money . Would not choose again . Need to take pools off their amenities not really any apologies brushed off and not used to that anywhere else at this level
not wynning
check in was horrible , they only had limited of agents working at the desk while having a very busy check in hour. after finally getting keys to my room , i was checked into a dirty room seems like someone barely had checked out. went back to the main desk and advise the agents of the situation. no apology no nothing, just a new set of keys and a smile. going back to my new room after a tiring day and waiting in line and having to go back. during the night my ac in the room was very loud. had told the front desk and they said they can send someone to my room. it was never fixed. and also during my stay housekeeping kept knocking on my door while we had the DND on the door. had advise hskp i told front desk that i decline makeup service for my full length of stay but obviously no one got the messaged. i was super excited to stay in a luxury hotel but left disappointed .
Disappointed experience.
I write a review on google under my name .I don’t think they’re posting my review but can be seen in a google map under my name. I can say this about Wynn where I was customer over 10 times is not worth it the money. They not haves any respect for their customers special the customer service and other stuff. The Wynn is not anymore the star of the Vegas strip but are there new and older hotels like Venetian,Bellagio and Fontainebleau where do value your money.Thank you.
Straight downhill
Well downhill fast. Have stayed here more than 30 years this will be my last time. Rooms are starting to fall apart. Cleaning substandard. Basic towels, linens worn out. Can not believe the negative trajectory. A real shame. the Doctor Hit me with some BIG LOVE ❤️💕 and a helpful VOTE! Poor service
So disappointed that the Wynn Las Vegas had become as unpredictable and disappointing as their counterparts here in Vegas . I have always appreciated the extra level of service at the Wynn, but it appears to have disappeared. Still waiting well past scheduled check in for a Tower suite even though we were told we would have an early check in. Get it together Steve. You are losing your faithful clientele.

I stayed at the hotel 3 months ago, excellent location, excellent service, luxurious room, very comfortable bed, excellent shower, the cleanliness of the room is excellent, an excellent experience, I will go back there again, highly recommended
Wynn is probably one of my favorite hotels in Vegas and
Wynn is probably one of my favorite hotels in Vegas and I've been to the higher end hotels here. One thing I wish the Wynn is able to do is hire someone to do A.I. or have a better technology/app. 1. We should be able to book a massage via app. 2. We should be able to book turndown service via app. 3. Ask for services or extra towels via app. 4. When the maid is done cleaning the room then the app would alert us. There were so many times when the maid or turndown service is late then I have to walk to the room, she's still working on it (late), then I have to walk back down the elevator and wait an extra 30 mins. 5. Order room service via app. 6. Book a restaurant via app. For the life of I am never able to book a restaurant through the app. 7. The digital key works via app + It would make life so much easier. Then there should be an A.I. if we allow it. Hey, so and so, we have tickets to a show for this price or opening to massage at 2 PM would you like to book. I suggest someone from management to look into Royal Caribbean app where the booking and person's itinerary is added to the app.
Nice Place
I loved this place, it's a bit far but it's worth going

Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
