This is the worst club I've ever been to in Vegas.

They have multiple lines and have no rhyme or reason as to what line they let in. They let half our party go through security and then for some reason one of the other security guys told the guy checking my party that he was supposed to let people from another line in first. So instead of just checking the remainder of my party they asked the people they already checked through security to come back into line! The normal response would have been to check the rest of my party in because it was not our issue that they didn't know what they were doing. On top of that they let anyone in. There is no dress code and guys were coming in with hoodies, torn up jeans and sneakers. The age demographic was all over the place. Most of the club was tables (most of which were unoccupied) with only a tiny dance floor. The only positive was that we didn't pay for this disaster of a night club. We left after 30 minutes. Go somewhere else like XS at the Wynn where there's organization, decent music and a dress code. I'll be surprised if this club lasts another year!

Zouk has easily become one of my favorite nightclubs in Vegas purely for their residency. Home to some of the most prominent EDM artists, this club is definitely worth checking out especially if you haven't set foot inside Resorts World. Like every club on the strip, always utilize a promoter to get your group in for free. Even ratio dominates here and they typically have a generous rule of comped entry before midnight or 1am with drink tickets for ladies. I've seen Disclosure, Audien, and Slander here and have been both on the dance floor and onstage. There is nothing quite like being on the dance floor underneath what they call "the mothership" and the massive LED screens onstage with the LED panels on the ceiling. That black space on the ceiling really adds to the depth and appearance of being larger than it is. The table prices here are relatively modest in comparison to other clubs on the strip and allow you to have groups of 12-15 per table. Overall, I'm excited and grateful to have a new home for EDM and I look forward to what they have in store. (5/100--2023)

Despite how good the entrance looks don't be fooled, unless you've got a vip booth or table get ready for a cramped time. Once you go in you'll have a horseshoe shaped path you can walk thats 4 people wide and leads from one bar to the other. They've got booths and tables on both sides with great room and plenty of both but unless you pay the vip price you wont be sitting there which is insane since the private area takes up 3/4 of the place. besides the occasional light show they've got there's no reason to go there. If nearby and want good place to check out better you try the Alle lounge upstairs on the 66th floor.

.. I went for the first time last weekend for Kaskade and honestly had an above par experience compared to other Vegas clubs throughout the past few years! I did read many of the reviews here beforehand and was nervous but I had a good time! My party was 2 females btw.We got dropped off at the Ayu day club rideshares pick up. I would recommend doing that and then walking around to the resorts world entrance facing tacos el gordo. We got there maybe 11:15 and the guest list line was quite long but our promoter was able to get us in right away. Thank you Cami!! Their restrooms are clean. Venue is small but we found great spots to stand right in the front center behind the first group of tables and people didn't push as much as other clubs. I do think if we entered later, we would've been buried in the back or off to the side though. Kaskade came on at 1am. The only thing I'd watch out for is that we got 2 free drink tickets which they said was valid until 12:30 but they actually stopped taking them at 12 midnight. Overall a good first experience at Zouk! Still left early for tacos though :) right across the street!

I had a super fun night here! We came to see Tiesto and he did not disappoint. We sat at a table which was nice since we had space to dance or chill on the couches with a cocktail. The huge bottle of champagne was great and the waitresses in our area were very friendly. I had a lot of fun here and would definitely come back.

I have been to many clubs in Las Vegas and Zouk has recently been added to the list. My friends and I were on guest list and let me tell you, it was quite the line however they did get us in within an hour. If you are paying to get in, it was $50 for girls and $100 for guys the night we went (Saturday in February). The club has a cool atmosphere, a few bars, and of course depending on the dj good music. I will say the club was on the smaller side but overall a fun time!

Went for the Ludacris show, Dec 2022. The cost of a table out was crazy, after getting a spot to see stage there’s no way you getting a drink the crowd is so thick. The club was way over filled tables not an option limited and over priced they will get you in but comfort an ability to enjoy show not at all.

Well started out for a great New Years. Then right after New Years we went to the Club Zouk. Not to get into a long story my wife had a glass thrown and hit her in the eye which cut under her eye which was bleeding and she got a black eye from it. She left fast as I followed. By the time I found out what happen I went back to the club and they said nothing we can do but to file a police report, then told me that the hotel security would be able to help. Well that was a lie, went to security and they told me that the club had to handle it. So no one really cared what happened. Went to the Hotel Manager to make a complaint and Cassandra Tipon said not our PROBLEM! I said Wow you have to be kidding. She said no sir I am not. So I asked for her manager's name and she told me NO this ends with me! I asked if she would forward my info to her manager she said no this is as far as it goes. Then she called the hotel security on me to have me removed. Problem was i was very calm and not causing any problems. We did file a report and had not heard from anyone seems that no one cares what happens to you. I would love an upper Hotel manger to call me but feel that's a waist of their time.

Went to zouk in May 2022 would never go again nearly got crushed to death and the dance floor was full of tables whst ruined it and a table was 300 dollars so the rest was pushed rewards the side of the club thy over filled it the night we went dj Tiesto was ther so can imagine how many people was in ther ,you couldn't dance in ther put it that way you need a proper dance floor all thy care about In ther is money for them tables if you can afford them ,

The promoter I worked with to get on the guest list also did not inform me that you can't even go into the main club area without purchasing a ticket. They had us outside with a damn projector or whatever in front of us. Wouldn't have wasted my time and I wouldn't got a ticket if I knew that. I also arrived promptly at 10:30 and waited in line FOR OVER AN HOUR, I had blisters on my feet by the time I got in. They had two lines (both lines were a mix of people with tickets and people on the guest list) and they continuously let one line go like 3 times without letting my line go once! They also promotes free drink tickets and failed to mention they're for the CHEAPEST POSSIBLE vodka cranberry. I would've paid for cocktails if I knew the vodka they used would come right up after I drank it. Dress code is not enforced enough. There's also not enough bar area, nearly impossible to get a drink unless you go outside. Overall pretty upset I wasted my night in a line, just to get into a mediocre club.

Worst experience I have encountered. They overbook tickets so there is literally no room to walk around the entire club. Everyone is shoulder to shoulder. Mind you this is already not safe. The staff members/security are disrespectful, rude, and aggressive. I felt like I was getting constantly shouted at and shoved by the staff/security when there was literally no place to walk around. If you want to get trampled at, yelled at and given the worst service there is then this is definitely your place. Otherwise please don't come here if you don't want to experience a bad night out in Vegas. I even complained to the staff and there is no one responsible to take care of customer concerns. I called to get a reimbursement and I never received it. Very unfortunate experience and it ruined my excitement for ever coming to Vegas again. I have gone to numerous clubs in Vegas and never had an absurd experience like this.

A big group of us signed up and once we got there, the line was ridiculously long. Waited about an hour, just to be told that; to actually get in the nightclub. We would have to purchase a wristband that cost 100 dollars... not worth the wait or money. Save your money and your time and just go to a club downtown.

Without a table, I would not go - it will get incredibly cramped. With a table, you have space, service, and one heck of a time.Audio A+Lighting A+Staff A+They went heavy on the acoustics and the lighting. Will definitely visit again. Only downfall is that it is incredibly far from the main strip and the entrance is far from the back door.

I came recently for zedd & tiesto . This club is much smaller than Omnia or XS. There's a lot of rooms for tables but not much other room to sit or anything if you don't have a table . At least at Omnia you can chill upstairs in the balcony. At XS there's also plenty of random spots to sit outside . If your a group of ladies the best bet is to find a promoter and get on a table somehow . If your going with a group of guys it would probably be better if you bought a table .

I went to Zouk for the first time on Sunday during July 4th weekend. Duke Dumont was headlining. I expected it to be busy. And it was. I was surprised I liked the layout of the venue that made it tolerable with the sea of people. I'm docking down stars for this review because of one particular worker that offended me with his type of hustle on the job. Venue: Easy to find in the Resorts World hotel! I came just before 1am and there wasn't any ridiculous line. Bars were easy to access and not crowded! I never made it to the actual dance floor but the whole room lights up literally and figuratively to every corner. Mother ship, not chandelier, was alright. Lights and graphics were awesome. They even did the cooling jet spray and confetti to the back of the room where the tables are at. Security worker: This middle-aged bald clean shaven azn dude working the back right corner facing stage appeared nice. I know he was helping with crowd control from randos entering the back R corner of the tables and entrance to the dance floor. I genuinely asked if the dance floor could be accessed from his corner and if he was still letting people in. He listened, walked to see the dance floor and came back and said no he can't. But then he said he can do it for some cash. I asked him how much. He said $100. I was baffled at the amount and the audacity to present the offer to me with the price. I understand some culture is for the club goers to offer $ without workers asking. But this encounter just felt weird. It killed the vibe for a bit so that's the reason for the review.

smaller than xs omnia hakkasan; far from everything and resorts world at this time is pretty stale and uninvitingbut the lights, screens, moving panels/ufo and lasers were really great. we saw zedd here and it felt much more like a concert than it used to at xs -- as if the club was designed with him in mind from the start (more likely zedd's visual team is amazing)personally, i probably like it more than hakkasan but maybe not more than xs or omnia. what do i know though, i'm getting too old for this stuff :)but go see zedd here though, it was a lot of fun (he started pretty much right at 1am)

Best Answer Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Best Answer Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Best Answer Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Best Answer Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Best Answer Hey @IlluminatingLip, Yes your card gets charged when you place to bid to secure that the funds are actually there, as many bids are for a future date the amount gets placed in your 'deposit account' (Portfolio->Accounts) but if a bid can't be filled or is cancelled by you while no one is working on it (the AT lingo for a bid that you place for a reservation that you would like to get but no one answers) the amount is moved from the deposit account into your main account so you can instantly use it again, which is cool in the way that you can place 10 bids and instantly reuse the balance amount for other bids once a position can not be filled, without having a bunch of authorizations on your credit card. There is another thread in this forum that answer this question with more detail but here is the blurb: [...] your funds are deposited in your AppointmentTrader Main Account in real time so you can use them for another bid instantly and don't have to carry multiple authorizations on your credit card for a number of days. You can access the funds with the credit card number that is shown next to your main account (labeled 'Show Card Number'). [...] btw. that card number is just a regular visa card number and can be used anywhere where credit cards are accepted.

It's fine if the sellers are just individuals that can't use the reservation. But just curious: 1. What's preventing people from creating lots of email accounts and write a script to book all the reservations FOR FREE then resale it here? 2. Since restaurants can be partners, can they benefit from the bidding? If so wouldn't this just be ridiculous? So a restaurant can sell reservations just like selling a ticket? And customers not only need to pay for the reservation also need to pay for the meal?

Best Answer Great question! If you haven't already, next time making a reservation, utilize the AT virtual credit card offered to secure your booking through Resy. This virtual card number will travel with the lifespan of the reservation once the booking is sold to another user. Alternatively, another fail-safe option AT offers, is a '1 hour prior to your reservation' notification in case the user has not unlock the booking for use. Which then allows you to cancel to prevent a No Show for the venue!

Once you place your bid, all sellers with a connection to the venue will start to work on fulfilling your desired time and date of the reservation. This process can be instant or may take a few days as most locations are either fully booked or hard to get! Stay tuned!

Best Answer Hey @HolisticQuestion30, whenever a bid expires, can't be filled or is cancelled by you, your funds are deposited in your AppointmentTrader Main Account in real time so you can use them for another bid instantly and don't have to carry multiple authorizations on your credit card for a number of days. You can access the funds with the credit card number that is shown next to your main account (labeled 'Show Card Number'). The real-time access is also true for any funds you earn from selling or reselling a reservation. You can use this card-number at any place online that accepts credit cards. Problems with using credit card issued to my account

Appointment Trader issued a refund to my account in the form of a credit card. When I try to use the card it is flagged as fraudulent and some vendors won’t accept it at all. Please advise.

Hi, I just purchased a red for Carbone 3/31 5-6pm for $55, it was charged by my bank account but I haven’t received an email to confirm neither do I see anything in the app confirming and not sure how I can contact someone directly. Thank you!
