Zuma Miami - Buy Reservations

I've been in this restaurant many times for business dinners etc. went on Sunday for anniversary brunch with my wife, while having brunch my wife decided to order a Risotto which is not part of the brunch and it costs $45. When got the Risotto "we are paying extra as its not part of the brunch assortment" my wife decided to wrap it to go as we were already full, so we asked the waiter, to my surprise the MGR "Asian lady around 60 years old" came to our table and introduce herself as the General MGR and said. You cannot take Risotto and we have trashed it. We had a conversation and i even told the lady how about if i had ordered the Risotto to go in the first place, she didn't care to reply or acknowledge. I understand that you cannot take food from the buffet brunch, but this was ordered extra on the side and was charged separately. It makes absolutely no sense. As i said, how about if i had ordered the Risotto to go from the beginning??? This MGR basically stole $50 from my pocket... she didn't even care to listen to my argument.

Zuma takes brunch to a whole new level- AYCE and AYCD with the best assortment of fresh seafood, Asian-fusion cuisine, and drinks. Also, the staff was super friendly and attentive. They made sure our glasses were never empty. The lychee martini was definitely my favorite drink. As my entree, I chose the chicken which was super flavorful and not dry at all. The sushi was very fresh, and I loved that they had great vegetarian options as well. The dessert was absolutely delicious- the eclair and panna cotta is a must try. I would say it is pricey, but it is well-worth the experience.

My favorite brunch in Miami is a must try! Zuma is the best all you can eat all you can drink Miami brunch. Great quality of food and a great price for everything it includes. My favorite plates vary from the sashimi and nigiri selection to the spicy beef tenderloin and mushroom hot pot. However, if I had to pick one plate the Chilean Seabass is definitely the winner. Finish off a perfect meal with the zuma dessert including a variation of fruits and yummy sweets.

I bought my boyfriend here to celebrate his birthday and the only word that I have to say is delicious!! We had a wonderful experience, from the ambiance, the decor, settings just overall experience was great. The food!!! Everything we ordered tasted soooo good. Our family visited this restaurant and upon entering with our four kids the doorman made a rude and snide comment with regards to our attire. The adults were dressed smart casual and the kids - well they are kids, shorts and tshirts. The comment was back handed and unnecessary - especially coming from someone in a terribly fitted baby blue suit with matching baby blue suede shoes - his outfit should be an embarrassment to this establishment, he looks ridiculous. His comment ruined our whole visit.

So we had 7:15 reservations but the hostesses were too full of themselves to give a damn. They just claimed they had no tables available and sent us to the bar. Of course they want us at the bar, we spent another $200 on drinks waiting to be seated. We easily had to wait an extra 40-45 minutes. I guess this is just how Miami does things. Once seated, the staff was okay. We went with the premium omakase and added the A5 wagyu. It was too much food at the end but overall pretty good. Considering we spent a grand on dinner, the service could be better at this place. We had to fill our own wine, which at the price range, should be filled for us. Again, welcome to Miami, I guess. I would not come back. The food was good but not worth the price point. And the table situation was ridiculous and does not fly with me. Your restaurant is not the hottest thing in town.

The setting is gorgeous whether inside or on the riverside patio. Nice decor and furnishings. The all inclusive brunch has many drink options including French champagne, mimosas, Bloody Mary, sake etc. Food options include sushi, sashimi, oysters, shrimp, skewers, pork bao buns and many other hot items. The ‘main’ that we chose was beef tenderloin and it was delicious. Desert tray was a nice treat with sorbets, fruit and 2 cakes. Service was very good and friendly. They are quite ridged with the two hour sitting, so time your enjoyment accordingly.

As anywhere in the world in Miami, Zuma provides top notch experience for anyone who is in love with Asian food (Japanese). The atmosphere and ambiance match the gastronomic experience. You have a choice of inside seating or outside with a great view on yachts passing by through the channel. Reservations strongly recommended, also this place is not easy on your wallet.

Actual experience was worth 5 stars. Amazing food and our waiter was so nice. Completely worth the value. The problem was that the person at the table next to us was using a jule and would blow the smoke in our direction. So inappropriate and gross when we had a table full of food. Very off putting. Would have been a great experience otherwise.

I came to the hotel on Valentine's Day for a reservation I had at Zuma. I am very disappointed with the valet service... I was there until 11:30 pm until when I went to get my car from valet. Not only did I have to wait 30 mins for my car to be brought to me but my car was gone through by the valet team. Everything that was in my center console and not touched for months was sitting on my passenger seat which my boy friend previously sat in on our way there. When I confronted your valet team and the man in charge all they had to say was "what's missing, what's missing" at the time I couldn't pin point anything that was missing but that is not the point. I am spending hundreds of dollars on a dinner. And then $20+ on valet which is also very ridiculous. I wasn't going to say anything but I am actually very upset about it still bc my personal belongs were gone through one of which was a travel URN with ashes that should never be touched by a random person. It is not okay. My friends and I that were regulars will not be returning to your restaurant or your hotel. I think you should talk to the hotel or valet team about what is acceptable and what's not. Maybe that's why they are taking so long to bring the car around.

We went to Zuma on a Saturday night and had a reservation at 10:15pm. This restaurant is located in the EPIC hotel where you must valet for $20 .To access the restaurant you have to walk trough the main lobby. Since we had a reservation, we didn't have to wait long. The manager in the front was very polite and let us know when our table would be ready. He then, set us a new table when I said that I didn't like the one assigned to us (since too close from other couples.)It was my 4th time at Zuma and I always love the atmosphere. We ordered Zuma truffle sushi, shrimp and cod dumplings, spicy tuna roll, rib eyes with chili ponzu , Negroni and a Zumanuka.Food was delicious so were the cocktails. I loved the music which was smooth house. I will not put 5 stars because our waitress was polite but not really efficient and pretty slow. We also dealt with multiply waitresses/waiters which was very confusing. Great water view when seated outside!For those still concerned about Covid, personnel doesn't wear masks

But what really made our experience exceptional today was PABLO, behind the bar. We decided to pop in last minute and there were only two chairs open - at the bar. We jumped on it and it was the best service EVER. Pablo was amazing. Thank you Pablo, you are great!!!!!!

Having had a lovely dinner at Zuma in London, I was eager to have my family experience it in Miami before heading out on a Christmas sailing trip.

Having stayed at the Epic Hotel a half a dozen times or more, I asked their concierge to book our reservation for us. It was confirmed via phone by a member of the Zuma team the next day. I mentioned that we were traveling with my 5 year old nephew and my two elderly parents and would be grateful for prompt seating upon arrival.

Our reservation was for 7pm. We arrived 10 min prior and were told we had to wait. Then, out of the blue the MOD/GM comes up and begins to insult us in a VERY condescending and assumptive manner re: the dress code (two members of my family were wearing designer sandals that didn’t meet their dress code and my brother in law had high end shorts on). We were beyond insulted in her delivery and her tone. Not to mention the fact that we were about to spend close to a thousand dollars dining with them and that many many other patrons appeared to be in violation as well.

I let her know that ZERO people in the booking process of the 3 we spoke with mentioned the dress code and she would be better served to not be so assumptive and condescending when addressing a guest.

The only reason I am giving Zuma two stars after this experience is that our waiter (Lucas) was lovely/very attentive and the food was decent while not super impressive given my experience with Zuma in London.

First of all I have been Long Time patriot and fan of Zuma restaurant since they opened in Miami. However this weekend was far what I had experienced in the past and has me questioning if I will ever go back again. We made a reservation ahead of time with large group of family friends at Zuma for my 50 Th anniversary. Our reservation was at 2 pm the time we arrived early at 1.45 pm.

There was a bit of a disarray happening and the normal entrance was blocked with a large black barrier. We found a hostess booth where they asked the group sit in the lobby of the hotel. The hostess informed us that the previous table was running late and therefor our table would be sitting around 2:30-2:45. Already, off to a bad start since the brunch ends at 4pm. Then we inquired if we can get a drink at the bar in the meantime when the hostess advised the interior space was closed for renovations and it was patio dining only. (Which was beyond crowded seating). Then we were told to there was no buffet style brunch and that a waiter would bring us our brunch as we ordered from a menu card. NO BUFFET BRUNCH!?!

Needless to say that was not the brunch nor experience that keeps me coming back to Zuma. Especially on a special occasion and with such a group of out of town guests. The whole experience was ridiculous. I should have been informed at the time of making the reservation that the restaurant was under reservations and their dining services had changed. Ownership and management failed greatly! It was very inconsiderate and unprofessional! Renovations happen but in the manner that my reservation was handled it’s nothing like the Zuma I loved in the past.

The day was not lost as we were able to make a spur of the moment reservation at Seaspice on the River. I’m so glad we did as the ambience was amazing, live DJ and excellent food.

The place to go in Miami. this is a fixed visit for us, whenever we are in town. Great location in the EPIC hotel. We had dinner in the terrace, but service was good as usual. The food excellent as in all venues I have been.Th tuna and salmon tartare is omething not to be forgotten...
Thanks to the general manager for a few details towards us, that helped us to go through some minor incoveniences. Great customer service

We had a reservation at 9. The Hostess told uss we need to wait the table will get cleaned. 30 Minutes later we were still waiting and asked again. She gave us a weird look and told us there was a Problem with the Creditcardterminal and asked again the name of reservation. In the end we waited for 50 Minutes to fet seated on a monday night. The food was ok, but it doesnt come any close to Zuma in Dubai. Zuma Miami is not worth a visit.

The worst time that I had after 10 years having brunch, paying the same as past but without buffet, limited time for order dishes and drinks, waiter trying all the time to bring the dessert less than 1:30 hours that we started, feeling like rush and late brunch, need to eat fast, sincerly never more!!! Feeling like kicking us out all the time. Never saw it before limited 2 hours for brunch and less than 1:30 hours waiter kicking us out. Really, don’t recommend anymore! Don’t come back anymore. More than 10 years costumer but now Zuma is out of limits. Who you think we are? Should be a pleasure brunch but was turned in a rushed and poor, as the dishes are reduced too. Really, worst time ever!
